We hosted 4 watch parties at Shark Club and every single one of them was phenomenal. Assistant Manager Cole Bourassa was incredible to work with in coordinating our events, making sure everything went smoothly with regards to audio, food, guests comfort, and was very responsive in touching base as the events were approaching. We searched all over Dallas for a classy sports bar venue with great audio, seating, food, and service. HUGE plus is there is a kids section so we didnt have to exclude anyone from our parties :) Thank you Cole and Shark Club for making our events so memorable. - Maria Gonzalez, S46 Survivor

On my first visit, I noticed that the tables were reserved. So, I asked if they had seates for two anywhere, and I was told no by the hostess. Now, prior to me walking away, another couple came up and asked the same question. The hostess sent them to the bar. When I turned towards her, she commented, Oh, the bar has opening sitting. Yes, the couple took the last two seats, and no, this was not about race. Now, I have heard good things about this establishment, so I will go back. Maybe my second attempt will be a better experience.

Ask for Kira from Canada! I have attended this establishment 5 out of 7 days in one week. The service and food is amazing. The atmosphere is so authentic and such a vibe. I had a 30-45 minute conversation with the owner Mike and he was very down to earth. They treat you like family here. It s a one stop shop with car meets and karaoke every Sunday and sporting events are televised. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY IT!

I am a frequent partron, long time SHARK CLUB MEMBER, and was just in your establishment @SHARKCLUBUSA in Plano, TX. The hostess took our reservation at the door and seated us. We ordered drinks and appetizers. About 30 minutes in, a very rude and obnoxious, young man approached our table, by the name of JAYLEN, stating that we had to move to the back, because the host messed up. This is the worst service ever, especially on behalf of a staff s mistake. He talked so bad to us. First of all, my husband is a decorated, US veteran. and secondly, it s Father s Day and this kid could be the age of our son, who was down right disrespectful! Has to be the worst customer service ever! Our waitress was awesome though! Then, Jaylen went on to lie, saying he would take a round of drinks off our ticket and didn t! Needless to say We left and sadly probably will never return, nor recommend the Shark Club Bar with that type of service! If I was his boss, he definitely would be terminated on how he handled that situation! Just Awful!!!

On game days definitely make a reservation. Drinks and food were great, I recommend the butter chicken. Biryani wings were pretty good, very crispy and a dry rub but could be more flavored. Los Mexicanos has a nice kick and very delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and nice! Service was pretty quick even though it was packed. Will definitely return

So there we were, my kid and I, arriving at 7:15 PM sharp to catch a stars away game, only to be welcomed by a sign that declared 21+ after 7 PM. Apparently, the evening takes a serious turn at this bar when the clock strikes seven! Despite the semi-empty bar, which usually houses no more than a small crowd gathered for the game, the staff made a point to remind us of the 21+ policy. They graciously let us in, this time while emphasizing the magic hour had passed. Yes, folks, it s a weeknight at 7:15, not the stroke of midnight! The place is attached to a hotel, popular among families, not exactly the backdrop for a wild nightlife scene. It s your regular sports bar, where the most scandalous event is perhaps running out of buffalo wings. The food does hit the spot, and the service is generally okay, barring the occasional server who might be too invested in making new friends at another table. But all in all, she was professional and didn t fuss about the time. The real stars of the show are the TVs large, in charge, and crystal clear, making it a great spot for any sports fan who can keep an eye on the clock just as well as the game.

Both times, I had the pleasure of being served by Angelica, and let me tell you, her service was nothing short of outstanding. Angelica is an absolute gem - a super sweet young lady with an amazing commitment to service. Even when things got busy, she remained attentive, ensuring that we were well taken care of at all times. Her dedication to making sure we had a fantastic experience truly shines through. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail. Absolutely horrendous experience. We planned to go to the Stars watch party here and, after our last experience at Shark Club where the wait was an hour and a half, I call to make a reservation the day before. I ask for a reservation at 9:30 around game time and am told by the woman on the phone that the latest we can make one is 8:30. I asked why multiple times but did not get more than that s just the latest it ll let me enter. So we go ahead and put down for 8:30 and leave our details with her. Fast forward to today. We get the text saying our table is ready and respond that we re on our way. Parking lot is completely full, and when we finally park and walk in, it takes around 10 minutes for us to be seen at the host stand. I m then told by the hostess our reservation was deleted despite my texting the automated line back saying we re on our way. She asks why my reservation was at 8:30, and when I tell her that s the latest I was allowed to make it for, she asks who I talked to. When I didn t remember the woman s name, she says well that girl obviously doesn t know what she s talking about, because we take reservations until 11. So there s some serious miscommunication there. Then, the host says she texted me and told me that my reservation would be canceled, which is 100% untrue since the only texts I got were to ask if we were on our way and confirming that we said we were. So not only did one host not let us reserve for the right time, but another said she texted us a notice of the reservation being canceled when she absolutely did not. We re then told we could be put at the bottom of the waitlist, to which I say we needed to think about it because that would likely be another 1.5-hour wait. Ultimately, we get sat in the very back corner of the building, far away from where the large TVs are at a table that is not facing any close TVs. This is only because a manager overheard my girlfriend talking to the hostess and intervened. As you can probably tell by just how much I ve typed about the experience, I m absolutely livid and would not recommend this place due to the miscommunication, lying, and lack of reasonable parking available (there were free parking spaces that were sectioned off at the back of the building). Including a picture as proof of multiple other open tables but us being sat at the one in the very back.

Went on a Friday evening and the service was terrible. While it is a nice venue and plenty of tvs the service was horrible Most of the staff spent all of its time trying to look busy without doing any work. Lots of glancing around and walking to and from places with nothing in their hands nor helping customers. We waited 25 minutes and not a single server came to our table. No menus, no drinks, no water, nothing. Which I would expect if it was really crowded and all the tables were full. At best it was half full. The bartenders were just leaning against the bar hanging out and talking. So another sign it wasn t that busy. It sucks because its not too far from my place and had a nice decor. Oh well.

I did not need to ask for water, the bartender filled it. Nice vibe, low key and friendly people. I would recommend it for the drinks and French fries (I needed some carbs)

Didn t eat so I can t say much about the food, but this place was nice! Just had a cocktail with my husband while passing time in the area. Huge sports bar style venue with plenty of TV s and seating options. Game area. Not sure if there were pool tables because of areas I didn t walk to but I loved the setup.

I wish I was allowed to give less than one star. Ive been here twice. Both times denied seating. Recently, we were told we had to wait 45 minutes even though 16+ tables were available. Terrible customer service and horrible business practices losing out on money. We wont be back

I sometimes come to this place a few times a month to play the trivia game Sila Quiz. Im waiting when Liza, the lady who administers the trivia, sends an email and says that were permanently moving to Sharks. I like the atmosphere and service. Its a great place!

Service was slow. Our waitress was inattentive, slow, and cold in her service. Couldnt tell you her name, because she never gave it. Shark spice wings were overcooked and crunchy with no flavor. I had to get buffalo sauce on the side for flavor and had to ask another waitress because ours was nowhere in sight. The cajun chicken sandwich was just ok. Came with a ridiculous mound of lettuce. Once again, I had to use my buffalo sauce to add flavor. Boyfriend got the short rib sandwich. That was decent, but the bread was soggy. Party also ordered the loaded fries. Just ok. Another member of our party didnt have her entree come out until well after everyone had finished (they served her side of fries separately). At that point, she just had them take the entree back, as she just ate her fries during the long wait. At one point, the waitress filled one of our drinks up with water even though the beverage was a strawberry lemonade. She had to be asked more than once for a new lemonade. When the bill came, I noticed I was charged extra for things such as side of buffalo and to switch regular fries to sweet potatoe fries. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to be told about these additional charges. Of course, because it was a party of 12, gratuity was automatically added. Not upset about that, but honestly undeserved. On the positive, the long Island was good. However, I asked for it to be skinny, and when I ordered another one, my waitress messed up my order. She seemed to not care about anything at all . Left dishes and glasses on the table for a very long time i definitely Wouldnt return for the food. Maybe the drinks. The place is beautiful, so ... yayy? I let the manager Cole know about it at the end as a point of constructive criticism. Hes only response was why didnt you let us know? I explained that i wasnt coming from a place of malice but simply stating points of improvement. I also told him that we did let the waitress know about some of the issues, but she never cared. No apology was given

It hasnt been th3 same here on Sundays since right after covid they had so many different managers its unreal the prices went up on the menu as well I ordered wings and ranch bowl is so tiny its not funny no celery sticks like they used to give for.wings. Only had 1 bar tender all night and I guess dude was a back up my phone died waiting to close or order anything new bc no 1 really asked us
