Rayford liquors is a pretty darn good local liquor store. They seem to always have a very good selection including some hard to get bottles. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Theres plenty of parking as its located in a large shopping center.

I go every once in a while. 4 month old IPAs go flat, just for future reference. If you sell them expect complaints.

The local owners make it worth stopping in to support our local businesses! They are friendly, outgoing, and of they dont have it, just ask and theyll get you squared away. Really prefer the local store where they know you, verses the often overpriced chains.

The lady in there is rude as hell. Racially profiled me. I watched her speak and say hello to everyone (6 people) that walked in that store and didn t greet or say hello to me once. She also made a snarkly weird comment saying oh what are you going to a concert or something? Why are you questioning what I am purchasing from your establishment when you CHOSE to sell it ? Do you not want money?! Terrible customer service. Girl you need to grow tf up and educate yourself before you call yourself running a business. The man who works here is way better.

North Houston s best liquor store is in flying under the radar at West Rayford near Kuykendahl. Don t let the exterior fool you, Rayford Liquor has the best, most diverse selection of bourbon, whiskey, and rum I have ever seen. The owner runs the store himself and has deep knowledge of where each bottle comes from, how it was made, and what makes it stand out from the others. In many cases he works with distilleries to sample and select specific barrels for his customers. For those of us in the neighborhood, this is an amazing new addition. For everyone else, it is worth the trip.
