The store is clean and well organized. The only reason for not giving a 5 star is because I was in the store for approximately 15 minutes, and nobody offered assistance in finding the product I needed. However, I kept looking and found it.

Drove 30 minutes to have something laminated and to be told they couldn t do it, I would have to place it as an order people are not efficient to move faster at work. Taking sweet time, and I would of said stick around I will do my best to get it done for you, but I guess not all people like to work to make peoples day

Im not even over exaggerating when I say this but Yolanda the manager at the location in Humble, Tx was outstanding. She went over the top to help me find my loss receipt to return a horrible HP printer and exchange it for another printer that she recommended me that was still in the same price range. I cant say enough to speak to how great she made my day and how easy she made that exchange. Thank you!

I stopped by this store today, and Yolanda was incredibly gracious in helping me with a warranty issue. Even though my printer was outside the stores warranty, Yolanda took the time and initiative to search for my receipt and warranty records to assist me in contacting the manufacturer. She even provided me with their customer service representatives phone numbers, which I promptly called right then and there. Its truly heartening to witness that exceptional service is still a priority, and there are associates like Yolanda who take their commitment to service seriously. Because of it, during my visit, I also took the opportunity to explore the store further and found additional office items that I had forgotten I needed. The store is well-organized and caters well to us office supply enthusiasts. Thank you so much for your gracious service, and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

In all tge years shopping at Office Depot has anyone offered the full details of bringing in my stock pile of empty toner cartridges from (2) HP printers. I drove down to this location from Tomball because I was told they had three of the Shaq Chairs that were out of stock in Tomball. When I arrived at this location they did in fact have the same chair but their price was $200 more!!! I let them know that the chair was $279 at the other Office Depot location and was told by a manager that they could NOT price match their OWN store !!! Seems very unprofessional for them to say they price match Wal Mart, Amazon and other retailers buy not their own store. Thankfully I was able to find this same chair online at Office Supply for $279.

Only issue I have here is they need to stock the individual pens they sale at the register and at the end of the aisle. These pens are my favorite and they are never stocked up anymore at this location. Please restock all pens and colors that are sold individual at the end of the aisle and in the impulse area and registers. Other than that no issues here at all. Great service

On today, I visited this Office Depot and no one at copy and mail counter acknowledged me standing waiting for service. The gentleman at copy and mail did not say any nor did the gentleman who logged in one computer then went to next. Mind you no one was with either worker at the time I was standing there. Until the woman I passed as I was coming in came back in store and went to copy and mail counter. Plus, a man came up to other worker. No one acknowledged me so I walked out of store. Due to my need for using high quality paper and dividers, I printed the documents personally (just under 200 pages per document). All OfficeDepot was tasked to do was binding, i.e., add front cover, add back cover, punch holes, and insert comb binding. This job was straight forward and simple. It took OfficeDepot 3 attempts to get it correct. Thus, what was supposed to be same day service took 2 extra days and 2 extra trips to the store. In all fairness, I have printed/bound many documents at OfficeDepot previously with no issues, but it appears their experienced staff is no longer employed; if so, this likely explains why my order was completely botched. I cannot help but be reminded of Red Adairs quote, If you think its expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.

Its my first time to use their call card print and nothing against the store, I even got a coupon discount but was so disappointed with the staff in their printing department. My order was 5 boxes of 50 cards each box but received them as 250 pcs in 1 box. I asked for 1 small box that would fit 50 pcs in it but they refused to give me. Made me upset

I visited the Humble location and the Employees provided me with excellent customer service. I actually thought that was not a focus for most companies these days. When I say excellent service, I am not only saying verbally, but actionable. Someone in the print department took time and educated me regarding the correct label I should use for a product I am trying to market. Another Employee from the laptop department, literally walked me over to where the rulers were. Not to mention the cashier that checked me out, I asked him about price comparing and he looked in my phone and showed me the criteria they look for to see if my item was eligible.......that personality and attitude, though. LOVED IT!!!! Next time I will write down names, because these Employees deserve to be recognized. Thanks to each of you and thank you Office DEPOT OfficeMax for investing in great employees.
