What a great night, with great food and excellent service! A group of 10 of us came in tonight and were treated better than we have at many other restaurants weve visited. Joe was an amazing waiter who was very attentive. All of our food came out exactly as ordered. He asked if we were celebrating anything. We told him we were just out celebrating life and he brought us cake with a candle for our celebration. It was incredibly thoughtful. He also dealt nicely with how we split our checks. Overall if was a fantastic night!!

I love coming to this establishment during lunch as the fondue in a flash is fast and delicious, as well as reasonably priced. Alex did an amazing job at being attentive but also giving me time to enjoy my meal. He made it a relaxing break during a very busy day.

The food as usual was superb the 2 of us each did our own variety of cheese, we split the meat course, then indulged in 2 kinds of chocolate. We love coming here even though its a 3hr dr.

Very cute romantic package and sparkler dessert options. We did the first package for two and it was fantastic. Service was friendly and very helpful with the menu. I do recommend to plan to be there a while we arrived at 5:30pm and stayed until almost 8 pm due to the many course meals. Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian option for grilling in the entrees.

This was both my boyfriend and I s first time coming to the Melting Pot, we celebrated our anniversary and our server Joe made it an amazing experience. He was very helpful with the recommendations and made it a really special dinner for us. He even wrote happy anniversary on a plate and offered to take pictures for us. First time to a Melting Pot and didnt expect the high pressure salesmanship from our server, Luis. Tried to order A La Carte and he would have none of that. We were not prepared for the experience to take north of 2 1/2 hours for dinner when we were the only table in there for most of our visit. Cheese fondue was ok, Ill take the ones we make at home over theirs. Salads were good. Selected the grill cooking option for the entrees not knowing that we would be dodging splattering hot grease the entire time. The grease landed in your ice water and made the glasses slippery to hold. Had lots of grease floating in my ice tea. Our friends had to move their 7 year old to another seat to protect him. The meat and seafood for the entrees were of high quality but really didnt enjoy them because I was working too hard to appreciate them. Chocolate fondue for dessert was probably the best part of the meal with a great selection of things to dip in the chocolate. Through in some wine at $16 per glass and the meal ended up being on the pricey side. We had a table for 6 so a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill that we split into two checks. When I went to sign the credit card reader I asked if the gratuity was already included and Luis said yes. However, I did not notice that on the top of the card reader a default tip was checked as well. So I signed without realizing I justed tipped on top of everything else. When I realized this later, steam was coming out of my ears. I feel Luis deceived me for his own enrichment. Never coming back.

Wow! If you are tired of the typical steaks & burger dates. Head over here and try the four course meal! I have never tried anything like this before and me and my husband loved it! This was our first time at Melting Pot, and it did not disappoint. Every aspect was top notch, and made for an amazing date night with my wife. Our server, Alex, was amazing. He thoroughly explained the menu (which was confusing at first), and he made some stellar recommendations which elevated the experience. I had been wanting to try out this open concept style Melting Pot for about two years. I usually don t spend a lot of money on food though, but I finally got a new job and wanted to celebrate. So, my girlfriend and I go after all this build up! We have been to multiple Melting Pots across the country, and have loved every bit of the experience. But as soon as we sat down, we knew something was different. Usually, it s a very close relationship with the server at a Melting Pot. They are on top of things, they are bringing the ingredients to cook with, etc. You get to know them pretty well. But at this location, we saw our server once in the first 30 minutes we were there. Brought us a Coke and a Mule, and forgot the waters, which took another 10 minutes to get there. We ordered an Alpine cheese to start, and while we weren t sure if we were going the full four-course, we were open to it. After waiting the 30 minutes for the cheese, it came out room temperature and was not melted at all. Felt pre-melted, brought out to the table and just left. Again, no sign of our actual server, just the other servers helping us out. At other Melting Pots, they melt it all there at the table with you. Not here. Now this is where I admit, I became very frustrated. I was there to drop $100+ on a meal and an experience unlike any other in the industry. And here I was getting treated worse than an interstate side Applebee s. I finally went and spoke to the manager Lucero, just to give feedback. I didn t want to demand free food or call for someone s job. I just hoped that they could use this situation to help better train people in the future. She offered to switch off my servers, which I resisted because I didn t want drama. When I got back to my table though, we had one of the other servers tell us that he was taking over our table now. He said his name was Joe, and asked if we needed anything else. I ordered a salad, and it came back under 5 minutes, and he brought french fries back with him too. Said they were on the house, and that really touched me. When he came back and asked if there was anything else, I just told him we were ready to end this debacle and go home. He brought back our ticket and told us he only charged me for the salad. Rest of it was on the house too. That was at least $50 worth of food, and he did that for us. And when he came back to pick up the card, he brought me a piece of cake with a huge firework on it since he remembered I told him I just got a new job. Joe really made my night with all that. A special night was ruined and then enhanced beyond my expectations, all thanks to Joe. I decided to tip him whatever the meal was going to cost. I cannot thank Joe and the manager Lucero enough for truly making things better after things went off the rails. I wasn t going to come back after that first server ignored us, but now, I ll be back to see the best server in El Paso, Joe.

This was a great place for my wife and I to celebrate our two year anniversary. Jesse was accommodating when we asked to upgrade our reservation to the Thursdate (romantic champagne) private tables. Jesse was exceptional at providing recommendations, being there when we needed him, and accommodating dietary restrictions. When he wasnt sure, hed double check with the kitchen for our sake. We had a wonderful experience, and staff went above and beyond to ensure that was the case. My only regret is that I forgot to show our military IDs for Military Monday 20% off. If you are coming for a special, I advise mentioning it at the start rather than waiting until the end because you may not get an opportunity before the check is brought out. Id recommend the melting pot for any private special occasion, and the romantic upgrade is worth it for the privacy and ambiance. Vegetarian options: Delicious full-veg entree (one is plenty to share for two people) with a plethora of sauces to mix and taste with. Dietary restrictions: Note that the smores chocolate fondue has gelatin, and that the dippers include two types of marshmallows and rice crispies which also have gelatin. So options are limited to fruit, brownies, and cookies for those not consuming animal products.

Alex made our experience so great. He was super helpful and helped understand the menu. The food was good - California salad, perfect, classic alpine cheese, also perfect. Our entrée was a little so, so. When choosing a broth I d go with either the basic or just grill. We did the wine broth ( coq anu vin) and it wasn t the best. The desert came out and it was amazing. We got the banana foster and it was to die for. 100% recommend. Definitely ask for Alex if you stop by. Dietary restrictions: Before getting seated they ask if you have any dietary restrictions. Food wasn t too bad it can be difficult to time the food right if you like medium rare go for 1 minute on the stuff that isn t seafood. The banana foster is addictive I made them take it away. Besides that the cheese was the next most impressive thing. The rest I would be okay without. Overall 4.3 I would say. Priced expensive but somewhat fairly nice customizable options. Can be overwhelming but Alex really walked us through the questions we had we pretty much figured it out from the get go but don t know what s recommended. Not fond of the coq au vin for the steak lovers or the pacific rim would probably get those meat choices with a different cooking style but none of the other styles seemed like I d be interested in besides cast iron. Maybe in general their broths aren t super flavorful but I m from GA and we like seasoning. I wish my meat was seasoned or maybe if I had salt to use at my own leisure. I suspect but overall great vibe and experience. Rosemary fries could use some rosemary oil maybe to stand out more pungently.
