Bathrooms are gross. Take out area got my food wrong then blamed me for it even when I told them I didn t care to just add my actual order to the current order. Will never eat here again. if they would have just left it alone I wouldn t even be writing this review. But to blame me without me even placing blame is crazy to me. very poor customer service and by a manager of all people

Had a craving for pasta and olive garden hit the spot! JOSH, our server was very kind, respectful, and on top of our table the entire night! Had the all you can eat pasta bowl and highly recommend the creamy mushroom sauce mixed with alfredo sauce! So good! Parking: Lots of parking space! Kid-friendliness: They have lots of options on their kids menu!

We went to have lunch today, and we ordered soup and salad, but unfortunately when Ive finished the whole bowl of Tuscana soup Ive found a Tiny piece of glass! first I thought was a rock but no was glass, it was shiny in one side, very scary moment The waitress called the manager and he looked surprised too and asking me if I was ok. I just hope theyve threw all the soup away and made a new one. (And still weve paid full check).

Staff needs better training on what is and is not vegan, spent some time debating what to get due to staff not being informed what is vegan and what is not vegan on the menu. Its clearly written but was informed otherwise contradicting the online menu causing confusion. Vegetarian options: Lots can be made here veg and vegan friendly just need to ask! Dietary restrictions: Mention the restrictions to your waiter! Generally olive garden Is more than capable of offering service to all sorts of dietary restrictions.

Too long to be seated and everyone just not willing to seat me to walk me over to the bar table. 6minute wait with not busy at all The appetizer stuffed ravioli doesnt taste good at all. The service was ok. Think the man had an attitude becauses I asked him to seat down and he told me to wait. To find out, he was my waiter . Wont go back to that location no wonder its slow. People standing around cant help sit people crazy.

Went at a pretty decent time for dinner. Was able to get seared pretty quickly since it was the open bar seating. Aside from that, the service was actually sluggish, and a little unkempt. Plates left all around our table as well as drinks not coming for 20mins at a time. Thankfully nobody was served without others. Thats always a major flaw in places. Nobody wants to watch someone else eat. Would go back, so long as service gets a bit of a pep in the step...

Was in a hurry and had lots to do, ordered a chicken alfredo entree for take-out, and when I finally got around to opening the bag later that night, it turned out to be Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara instead. Will not return. Unfortunately, the food and service have not improved. I keep trying this location, but I feel it is getting worse. The hostesses make you feel uncomfortable and always look as though they do not want to be there. We were told they ran out of clean utensils when we arrived and didnt receive any until we asked after receiving our food. They had a sink full of vomit in the ladies room and when I notified the hostess, she wasnt even shocked. She said they already knew about it. No apology or rush to have it cleaned. I was appalled!! I couldnt enjoy my gluten-free pasta because it was extremely mushy and overcooked. I did notify the waitress but nothing became of that. I was just stuck with it.

On June 16th my family ordered Olive Garden to go through the website. We went and received are order, but didn t check until we got home. We were missing a whole entree. The manager Russell was super understanding when I called and made it again. When I went to pick it up I received a gift card for my inconvenience. I really appreciate Olive Garden taking care of its customers. I didn t make a big deal about it either I just wanted the missing food I paid for, so for that I appreciate the great customer service.

Great food and great service. The server was all the time paying attention to our table, making sure we didnt run out of beverages or bread. I just want you to pay attention to one detail, supervise the bathrooms, to keep them neat, there are rude people who throw the use papers on the floor and that gives a bad impression, I know its not their fault, but review and correct the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The bathrooms have many visitors and that must be maintained for their success. Service was a bit slow because we had a trainee. But the trainer was very very attentive and made sure our lunch was at the pace we needed and we still got all of the little extras we asked for. Worst experience Ive ever had. I ordered for 4 people. I ordered a drink. I told the gentleman that I needed my drinkymediately to bring it way before the food. Because I could not eat and drink together. Didnt feel I needed to explain myself. But the reason for that is because I had a surgery. And you cannot eat drink together. So I wanted to drink my drink. Then wait about 20 minutes and eat my food. They never brought me my drink. Until after the food or ride around the same time. It lets get technical. But I had to ask at least 10 times over repeatedly for my drink. How to get a even a manager involved? She just looked at me goes what. You cant eat hot and cold together, huh? I dont know if I must have to. Myself to you I have a surgery and I cant eat and drink yo. She was yeah sure you did. She did not even care. I had to take all my food home and to this day. Im still a lot even it. And I told her she needed to have to do something. Because this was not tolerable for me that I didnt even want the food. And she told me I had to pay for all of it Dietary restrictions: I had a surgery and cant eat ant drink within 20 minutes of each other

Came in for a late lunch with my mom, and was sat in the bar area where we were right next to two other couples and it seemed all the wait staff gathered there to talk. No problem with that, it s just the whole place was empty, was there NO OTHER place for us to be seated? Also, when reviewing the bill, we were charged an extra $3 for table games when we didn t play any. Our server was very nice, repeatedly checking if we needed anything, fast on refills and to-go boxes, and solved the problem with the false charge very professionally.Food was good, maybe needed some seasoning, overall ok, just maybe better seating next time

We have been to different Olive Gardens several times and it is always the same experience (very bad) the food is cold with hair, the lettuce in the salad is rotten, the pasta is cold and hairy and it seems that they recycle the food because you order a type of pasta and they bring you all the pasta that people have left over and they dont serve you well.No I recommend this restaurant based on all my experiences and I hope they close it.

Olive Garden in The Woodlands exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and we were promptly seated thanks to their fast service. Our waiter went above and beyond, making our little one feel extra special with a heartfelt rendition of Happy Birthday and a thoughtful birthday gift. Even the manager took the time to wish our daughter well. The Tour of Italy is a must-try dish, and the Shrimp Alfredo, Mango Margarita, and Peach Teas were consistently delightful.
