Not a long wait time especially on a hot summer day. The staff was friendly and recommended some yummy combos. I got the flavor of the week shark attack For shark week! Yummy! Came with sour shark gummies on top and a free pair of shark sunglasses. So fun!! I definitely recommend if your in the shopping area!

Clarissa at Hokulia was a please to work with! She was very accommodating to our needs for my daughter s party and the set up was perfect. Plus the snow cones were delicious. Highly recommend!

Updated to add: the manager Clarissa was extremely helpful and understanding. She addressed the situation promptly & corrected the mistakes. We will be going back to try again. Went there yesterday & had a great experience. So I decided to bring my recently disabled mother in law with me today. The girl at the front has a horrible attitude. We needed a receipt for legal reasons & explained the disability. she told us it would be on the cup. It wasn t, so we asked her for an email copy. Multiple times. & she kept getting an attitude. I asked her again and explained to her why we needed it. She told me that she s 15 years old. I said okay. Can I write down the email? She said she was calling her boss. I understand she was having difficulty with the ice, but she could have just written the email down and sent the receipt when she had time. Long story short, if you have someone with special needs who needs to be accommodated. Do not go here.

It is nothing like the real deal in Hawaii. Its more of like a nicer snow cone place than a shave ice place. The syrups ate also not that great. Theyre just OK.

I really had high hopes for this little stand as it managed to secure a prime spot in front of an H E B. As you can see from the pictures, I ordered a passion fruit peach shaved ice, I instead got a shaved ice that not only looked orange but tasted purely orange as well. They don t print receipts, only stick a confirmation of what was made to the side of the cup. Essentially, I won t be ordering from this franchise or whatever, ever again and still remain hopeful in my quest to find a great shaved ice stand. This one did not make the cut

Loved the shaved ice. Closest to the one we have all over Hawaii. We bought blue raspberry with root bear. Dragons blood with blue Hawaiian with sno cap (loved it!!) and cream sickle with passion fruit. All delicious! If you like condense milk you will love sno cap. It s a weird combo but it s delicious!! Must try!

Really good, I thought it would be okay. Let s face it it s a good truck. Holding true to Houston tradition it s a great food truck. Sooo disappointed! I am 8 months pregnant and have been craving this place but unfortunately it has been closed. Even when google says they are open. BIG Shaved ice servings. I love the shaved ice here. Always fresh, icy, and never mushy. Great for people of all ages. You can also get it in a to-go container. There are umbrella tables for you to sit and enjoy so theres no need to eat and drive. I called the number and reached an owner who was very concerned with my satisfaction although I didnt have a complaint. I dont eat any other shaved ice since theyre open for the season.

Its a walk-up snowcone stand just outside the doors of HEB. Plays reggae music from exterior speakers, has a few concrete tables to sit at outside. A trillion-and-one different flavors of delicious shaved ice!

Yum. The have a club you can join too if you give them your phone number, I think you earn points with your purchases. The service staff is very friendly but it does take a long time to get your order. Its just outside the HEB, left side closer to Sonic.
