This park is relatively close to my house. I like to walk up there because its peaceful. Its beautiful and and its on the lake. There are pigment tables down closer to the lake area and theres parking lot up closer to the street with bathrooms that are clean it has a small walking trail and its off the main road of Highland Village Toilets: The restrooms are always clean and they always have toilet paper and they never smell bad Dog-friendliness: People walk their dogs here everyday Picnic area: There is a couple of picnic tables that are large and under a pavilion close to the lake its nice and peaceful

Great place clean bathrooms, took my granddaughter fishing and did a little magnet fishing myself! My first catch . A fine piece of texas rebar! Can t wait to toss it on the grill!

I believe that most people end up here just because they wanted to see the Wichita Forest which is closed off for the public. This is a small park with available BBQ places and boat ramps with beautiful lake views. Theres a small trail which takes about 30 minutes to complete. I also noticed that theres a beach volleyball court.

It seems like a very beautiful place to spend time with family members on weekends or holidays. The park has restroom facilities that are comparatively cleaner to use. It also has places to do barbeque. It is beautiful natural place and the view of sunset is very nice here. It is a good place to enjoy lakeside view from here. I think I will visit this place often, as I found peace in my mind visiting this place.

Beautiful place to relax, have a BBQ, and just enjoy time with friends. The place is quiet during the evening on chilly days. Theres not a lot of people during fall and March which is great. Its dog friendly, they have tables and a grill.

I really liked walking around this small woodsy park. Lots of birds, rabbits, and flowers. Good place for a picnic or bbq with view of the lake. Connected to a trail that goes north up Sellmyer St. and goes east around (and into) Wichita Forest and over to Lions Club Park and beyond.

Its a nice place. Only reason it got 4 stars was because of the occasional birthday parties that take place under the balcony in the back. I mean I guess they can have one but I just feel like one guest doesnt need use up the whole balcony. I dont see that as a place to throw a full on party.

Really enjoyed stopping by to watch the sunset go down. My only question is if its safe enough to go swimming. I noticed a couple with little kids swimming off of the pavilion. Are the waters of Lewisville lake clean and safe enough to take a dip in? Anyway, this is a great park to have a picnic, go for a walk, or to just sit and enjoy the sunset.

Its a perfect park for a short walk suitable for the entire family. We took our girls here just at sunset for the quarter mile path. It leads just to the shore line with beautiful views. Pavilion is nice and over looks the lake. The park and restrooms are very clean.

Beautiful small park, great place for fishing ( usually catfish). Two covered picnic tables that can save you from the sun, barbecue grills, clean restroom. Great for taking pictures, no playground equipment. Spectacular view of the lake, beautiful trees, you can feel summer breathe there. I really like this place.
