Im tired of these cleaning companies sending people with no sanitation practices to do the job. The ladies worked hard and some areas of my home were clean but other areas were left untouched, the bathroom wasnt mopped, their dirty rags were left in several places of my home and they took dirty rugs and placed on top of my clean clothing, the dust pan was left on the kitchen counter, etc. I would not recommend if you want a sanitary experience.

We have leveraged a variety of cleaning providers in different cities over many years. None has been as reliable, polite, professional and organized as Lily-White. In over a year of regular service, they have never missed a scheduled date (even when we had to re-schedule). We get text reminders before our regular days (helpful!) and another text when the crew is on the way (very helpful!). Automated billing via CC was easy to set up, and always correct. Our crew is stable and they have gotten to know the property, so service is executed efficiently and effectively. Nothing has ever been broken or turned up missing (looking at you DFW providers). We WFH, so we are often here during service, and the team is very easy to interact with. The best thing you can buy with your money is your own time. Mopping floors, scrubbing toilets, tubs, stoves, microwaves and sinks, changing sheets and towels - for the price we pay the value is excellent. Set up service with confidence, they do not disappoint.

Truly great company. Had my new housekeeper bail last minute. Called Lily White and made an appointment for the next day for a deep clean. They were thorough, polite, on time, easy to communicate with (almost entirely over text), and super responsive. They are a great value and quite affordable. Will be switching over to the company for regular housekeeping now. Very happy with this company.

To give some context, my husband was gone for a month due to his job, and I was left to care for our three boys and our dog, myself all while working full-time and going to school online. My house was the last thing that I was thinking of during this time and it was a wreck as you can imagine. I called Lily-White Cleaning Service desperate for someone to come and do a deep clean. Amanda was so understanding when I asked and they had a team come out the following week to clean. They did a GREAT job. This cleaning service always done a great job! They send their teams in pairs and they clean throughly and usually finish in 4 hours. The service I use is for my home. So, as well as the services listed above, they also clean my bathrooms and my wood floors. The house is super clean when they finish and smells great! Last time I added on baseboard cleaning. They even bring their own cleaning products so I don t have to check the day before to make sure I have everything!! I highly recommend this company!!

Careful everyone - they have staff that steal. The owner does. It take ownership and when threatened with police complaint she says, the cleaning staff is here in the US without a work visa/illegally. So watch out. The owner agreed that they stole.

I used deep cleaning service for the first time in a little over 2years. Group#4, 3 ladies came cleaned my entire house real hard for 4hrs & made sure if I was satisfied with their job. And YES. I am satisfied!!! It s not easy to keep my house clean with two little kids with a large dog with so much time. The dirty level of my house got out of my hand and finally I searched a cleaning service and I m so glad I called them. My bathrooms are all so clean which I most happy about. I requested them if they have remaining time please clean inside windows & oven/oven hood and THEY DID !! (before thy arrive, I declutter house a bit. Such as remove all the papers & magnets on the refrigerator & cleaned toys on the floors & surface kinda things) It s not cheap but, now this will be my once a year thing for sure and maybe regular cleaning too. Updating my review, I moved to a new house and hired them again only this time the service I received was poor. About 6 people came and spent approximately 2 hours but nothing was properly clean, they rushed through everything. Mind you I didn t even have any bed to lay or blinds to clean which was part of the service, I just wanted bathroom washed, kitchen counter cleaned and cabinets wiped down. Myself and my mother were very impressed and we re pretty OCD and never really take the time to review businesses on here, so consider this a legit and honest review. It felt like they did a deep clean of everything (every room and bathroom). Everything was dusted and sanitized thoroughly. They came with all of their own supplies, including a vacuum. These ladies are AMAZING! I have a lazy 10 year old and my husband has a dog. The ladies came in and cleaned my apt from top to bottom. Amanda is super nice and responsive to your correspondence. Everything was done as she said. The price cant be beat!!!! My place was so clean and fresh when they were done I wanted to lock my daughter out and sell the dog lol! They have a customer in me now! Very hard working ladies. I contacted 15 companies for a last minute service that needed to be done same day service. No one else was available. I even had one company say their was no way that I would be able to get a company to come out the same day. You ladies were an answer to a prayer. They were kind on time and very professional and best of all they did an excellent job on my home. You all relieved so much pressure off me today thank you all for your services.

Yesterday, I had a one-time cleaning with these ladies. My house was completely to a point of emptiness because I am moving out so I didnt have any big furnitures/little things in the way. Overall cleaning was okay and didnt wow me. Our appointment was at 2pm, one of the ladies texted me at 1:41 said they were on their way but was still 35 minutes late past the appointment time. The cleaning was good but I still noticed some areas in our tile floor were full of dust and dirt. Some cabinet doors were still dusty and dirty. The next day, I basically still had to re-wipe everything down. Ultimately, I wasnt completely satisfied especially the price was almost to $200.

I had scheduled move out cleaning with Amanda over the phone. She is extremely nice and easy to communicate with. Amanda and the team came out and took care of the house. It looked great afterward and the price I paid was phenomenal. I will also note, my home was quite dirty, disgusting to my standards. It would have taken me a whole weekend of hard scrubbing to clean it. However, Amanda and team knocked it out in only a couple of hours. I will be using them for any future cleaning efforts!
