I had an amazing experience with In the Gutter. Years ago I paid some people to install some gutters on my house. I did not realize how bad of a job they did until In the gutter came out and installed the new ones. Hurricane Beryl took my badly installed gutters and I wanted to have them replaced. Rodney came out advised of their process went over pricing and even matched the color to my siding. He was great to work with and explained the entire process. Once installed I got to see how much better of a job they did. From the moment I first called Theresa kept in contact and also advised me of all the upcoming steps. After the recent storms here in Houston, I went out to assess my property and came to the realization that I was going to need professional help to make some of the repairs. One in particular where the gutters which had become a twisted mess. After much deliberation, I decided to go with my favorite color blue. Noticing that one of the companies listed had a blue service truck, I decided to go with The Company (In the Gutter). I googled gutter companys to select a local company but most of them do not have local address. I called three and In the gutter set me up with a consult . The other two said they would get back to me soon but never called back. The owner , Rod came to measure and I was impressed with the way they did business. The Good I received several quotes for the installation of rain gutters on my house. The In The Gutter Company was not the lowest but had what I think was the best design and worked with a landscape company that would develop a drainage solution that would take the collected rain water and moved it away from the house. I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to have a complete project that would collect and remove the rain water. Additionally they were very communicative during the selection process contacting me frequently and asking if I had made a decision. The installers were very professional and kept the work place clean and free of material waste such as sharp aluminum pieces. The Bad The landscape company was very hard to get in touch with. After several weeks of exchanging phone calls and being out of town the landscape company owner finally made a site visit to develop a proposal. I have yet to see that proposal. I also have not heard anything from In The Gutter asking if I was satisfied with the gutter installation or if the landscape company has completed the drainage work. Additionally I received an invoice for the gutter installation before the work started and not that it matters but in the cover note for the invoice I was told that I would receive a special gift that I never received. All of this raises a concern about customer service and resolving any issues that I may have with the gutters when it ever rains. It s like you are forgotten about after you pay for the work. I am now looking for a company to perform the drainage work that I hoped would have been performed along with the gutter installation.

We just used In The Gutters to install almost 60 linear feet of dark bronze gutters and mesh leaf covers on our new out door kitchen! 1.5 years ago we used this company to install 600 linear feet of dark bronze gutters with a mesh leaf top and we lived their work and company so we decided we needed to call to complete the out door kitchen! The first time we used them the house only had 100 feet of bent up gutters and Every time it would rain the existing 100 feet of gutters were overwhelmed... water poured off the roof and I m sure it was not good for the foundation. We met with owner Teresa and found her very professional and very personable! She spent a very long time detaining our almost 600 linear feet of gutter needed. She then returned and walked the job with us prior to her crew coming over and made any changes needed. On the day the job was to start Theresa arrived early and walked to job with her senior installer Freddy who did a great job running the team. At the end of the job Theresa and her husband Rod came by to see the finished product! They are very hands on with there projects! Our home looks amazing and I m looking forward to rain this week!!!

The team at In the Gutter did an amazing job! We only had gutters on a small portion of the front of the house, we were interested in getting gutters on the back of the house. We called a different company and the quote they gave us was extremely high.
