Would definitely recommend booking with Andre. He was very flexible and good communication up until the end of the event! We had a turn out of about 120 guest and we all fit perfectly. He provided the tables, chairs, ice, and a margarita machine! He stayed close by during the time of event which was perfect for questions during set up.

nice little venue the porch is nice could be awesome additional seating for events during the cooler season the owner is a nice guy and helpful I will say he was kind of late to open up but stuff happens it was kind of an inconvenience but the party over came now down to the cheese there is a nice 2 sided frozen drink machine that can be used at the facility here is the dope the owner will tell you what to get his mix is kind weak I figured it out and its about 6.5% (not much stronger than beer but tasty) the machine takes about 5 gallons at a time and he premixed (2) - 5 gallon buckets for one refills you need at least 4 liters of 80 proof booze (40% alcohol) per 5 gallon bucket to get to 8.5% so double that for your purchase dont go by what he says cause he will mix you slushies other wise this place is pretty great we had a great time and would use this place again had about 90 people at our party nice cool a/c, decent kitchen, free ice, the bar is nice, and so are the bathrooms this place should be a money maker if it is managed well would at this point highly recommend to any one looking to have an event in the spring area

I delivered a cake for a birthday here last weekend. I met the owner as well. Its a neat, clean venue in Old Town Spring. The owner built he place himself and really took pride in it. I highly recommend
