The rice lacked flavor and the Rosemary Chicken was average. One of the waitresses thought I was eyeballing her, but I was just trying to figure out why it was taking so long to get refills and another item I ordered. I was told that the cooks forgot to make the other item that I ordered. They werent busy, so Im not sure what they were doing. It wasnt a good first impression.

TLDR: amazing food, great people, and the atmosphere is a couple steps above a Corner Bakery type atmosphere, though locally owned and operated. First time going to this location, and the staff was incredibly friendly and very funny. We definitely felt right at home. The food (both here and the Montana location) is always so good. My usual order is 3 orders of stuffed grape leaves and the village salad (which has no lettuce, and is all veggies and feta, really) and itll cover me for two meals. Husband gets the gyro and the meat lovers platter, which is enough for one Im starving and havent eaten all day meal or two regular meals for him. The baklava is excellent, though we have yet to get to try the chocolate baklava. I could eat nothing else but food from here for the rest of my life and be happy. Vegetarian options: At least two large salads and stuffed grape leaves are vegetarian, though I believe its probably close to half the menu without going to double check Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the seating is bench style seating. Most wheelchairs will be able to navigate without a problem, though will need to park at the end of a table for dine-in

Place is too small and inadequately staffed. Took 20 minutes to get the calamari appetizer, 35 minutes for the first person at our table to get food and 42 minutes for the last person (party of 6) to get their plate. After the last plate, server never came back for refills or to see if we needed anything else. Paid and left. Will not return.

We dined in during the lunch rush, and the food was great as always. Our server was a gentleman who was amazing and running around serving about 4 other tables - he was extremely busy. While the owners wife was barking orders about how things needed to be cleaned while she stood there. Then starts barking and raising her voice at other employee who had just walked in about her schedule. The food is worth it but the owner is unprofessional and extremely rude to her employees. I can see why she has a giant sign now hiring .

I came in for the first time in this location today and we sat down waiting to be served. A heavy set woman came and took our drinks and we told her that we know what we want and we are ready to get order. She told us to wait and i can understand that. She came back with our drinks and said its 30-40 minutes wait and left. The wait it not an issue for us the fact that she didnt bother to take our order. So we just left over her attitude. She need to be trained on how to communicate with her customers.

Karim our server went above and beyond to make our dinner awesome. We ordered a gyro and a chicken tabouli wrap. The chicken wrap was a bit too salty for my wife. He came by to check on us and told him the chicken was too salty and asked him for something else less salty and he recommended another gyro. He brought us another gyro and it hit the spot just right for my wife. This establishment was very clean inside and outside including the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and welcomed us like old friends. We asked if it would be okay to bring in our ESA and Karim didnt refuse. So we dined in. What a wonderful experience and we will be back in the future.

I am very grateful for the diversity in El Paso, and I am even more grateful for a truly authentic and delicious Mediterranean experience that Zenos has to offer. To start, the staff is amazing and very kind. They know the menu very well and are enthusiastic about helping fresh pallets understand the cuisine. And the wonderful souls working the kitchen are working magic. The food is fantastic, one of the best sandwich experiences Ive ever had, of course, there is so much more to try out. I absolutely recommend that you give this place a shot. Vegetarian options: If you are a fan of falafel then try this place! If youve never had felafel try this place! This was my go-to place for gyros but they ve been deteriorating slowly. When it first opened, it was a generous portion gyro with fries and tzatziki sauce included for a fair price. Now it s a gyro, fries extra and barely a hint of tzatziki sauce on the sandwich but don t worry the sauce problem can be remedied, you guessed it, by SELLING you more sauce. Very disappointing

My husband and I had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. The food was absolutely phenomenal. 11/10 - best gyro I ve ever had, and their spanakopita is mouthwatering. The only thing that felt a little lacking was the customer service. It wasn t clear whether we needed to seat ourselves or not, and when we asked, the only person in the FOH seemed irritated we were there. He told us to sit at a table, and then basically ignored us until he was ready to take our order. Then, taking our order, we were scared to ask any questions about the menu because he seemed so inconvenienced by our presence. This feeling was confirmed when they were far nicer to the table next to us and gave much better service. It could have been a language barrier, a cultural thing, or they were short staffed and it was getting busy, so I don t want to jump to conclusions. But, sadly, that was our experience with the service. I still 100% recommend the restaurant. The food won t disappoint, and will outshine even the lacking customer service.

We go there every week. The food is superb. Childrens menu is fulfilling and portions are giant. We have dietary restrictions such as no dairy and a intolerance to pepper, but the place is extremely accommodating. Service is always ready to help. This is a hidden gem in the borderlands. We ate our food so quickly I couldn t take a photo! The Tour of Greece platter is TO DIE FOR. Gyro was also absolutely amazing. Even the kids kabobs are incredibly delicious! My super picky toddler had no problem eating them with some tzatziki! Peach lemonade is also incredibly delicious. We are trying the pistachio baklava after the kids are asleep but I m positive that it will be just as amazing as everything else from Zino s. Definitely a new staple for our family!!

The food here never disappoints. Classic dishes done classically well. The gyro meat is as tender as it gets! The dining room that they open up is kind of small and can get full and noisy really quickly, but the food will always bring me back! The appetizer trio is great..just ask for more pita! Ohmygosh! This restaurant is so good! Finally a real gyro! I would ve taken a picture of my gyro but I was so excited for the first bite. The meat was shaved in the traditional way, the sauce was awesome. We got gyro combos they had fries that had garlic and something green sprinkled on them. The prices were nice. So delicious and friendly! The staff is polite, and fast, the food is amazing and so fresh. We went in the moment they opened, and were immediately greeted with smiles. We were so busy stuffing our faces that I only got one picture. Our waitress was quick and amazing, and gave us great suggestions including fresh cucumber lemonade, and rosemary chicken. The chef came out and served us our entrees himself, and was so sweet and knowledgeable! Told us all about perfecting his pizza dough recipe that takes him 96 hours to make. What else is there to say about this place, other than amazing! The gyros the best in the city and there really isnt a close second! The zinos fries are a great compliment to the gyro! The saltiness and parmesean cheese on them just adds to a great gyro flavor. The Athenian salad is delicious too! Went on the waitresses recommendation and it was a hit! *edit* I gave them a second chance today and was not disappointed. Much better than last time. Well cooked falafel. Food tasted much fresher. Crunchy lettuce and onions in my gyro. Did not order the dolmas again. Gotta ask it says hand rolled dolmas but I have worked in two Greek resturants where we actually hand rolled ours in shop and yalls tastes like the dolmas out of can. Hole in the wall, hence atmosphere gets a slight ding, but the food is amazing. Love all their dips and appetizers, they have some bomb fall off the bone lamb shank, chicken shawerma is my typical go to. Great place to get your middle eastern/Mediterranean vibes. Their Greek salad is also amazing. Just about a weekly regular for us, also food is fairly healthy. Kid-friendliness: My 4 year old loves this place, staff is awesome.

The bright colors, clean environment and friendly staff are stellar. Then comes the food. Simply delicious! I got the lunch special: chicken platter, with a side salad, pita and tzatziki sauce. Wash it down with cucumber lemonade, and youll leave full and smiling. My SO got the lamb gyro, and he inhaled it, so yeah I think he liked it. Vegetarian options: Color coded menu

Zino s was a first for us, and boy was the food delicious! There was only one server tending to the whole place, and it was a busy dinner hour. Props to her for handling everyone quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner. She was also able to help us pick house favorites, and they did NOT disappoint. The food itself was totally different from what we were used to, and it was delicious! Give this place a try if you re looking to try something out of your comfort zone. This sandwich couldn t have been better. The bread was nice and warm, the vegetables were fresh, and the gyro meat was tender and flavorful. The tzatziki sauce finished off the sandwich to create a delicious masterpiece. The fries are also delicious, the service is nice, and the ambience is friendly. One of the better places to go in El Paso.

Great little place to grab some really good Mediterranean food. It s very busy, mostly with take out orders, (some quite large) although there were a few people who stayed to dine in. Our food took a a while to get to our table and the dishes didn t come at the same time (hence the four stars) but was worth the wait. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

I called in an order and specifically stated that i needed 4 seperate orders. She said that was fine, when i arrived for pick up she was able to give me a receipt for one of the orders who paid with card. She was not able to give me receipts for the 3 orders paid with cash. I was very confused about the total of each order and she also gave me $2 extra at the end supposedly for the change for each order because she did not have quarters. I couldnt figure out the totals or how much change went to each person. She gave me a total receipt for all of them together but i cant figure out the tax for each person and what the totals are supposed to be. The ladies I am picking up for are very picky and they like to see their individual receipt and correct change down to the last penny. This was very inconvinient and I will not offer to pick up from this restaurant again.

This is my favorite resteraunt in el paso. Growing up with a Greek family Ive had a lot of Gyros in my life, and the Gyro from zinos is one of my favorites! The gyro bites (im not sure exactly what theyre called) are pretty good and even though theyre not as good as the classic theyre less messy!

Best food I ve eaten in a long time!! This is our first time in El Paso traveling from Odessa, TX. The customer service was top notch!! Food is tasty but portions are tiny. See photo attached. $24 for a meat lovers plate which hardly had any meat. All the portions including salads etc are small and priced high compared to other restaurants. The owner is Greek and easy to talk to. Friendly guy but still not cool with the portions.

My family and I have been ordering from Zinos for delivery for a year or so bit had never been to the actual restaurant. We went last week and it WAS FANTASTIC! It has a very welcoming mom and pops kitchen vibe. The waitress was such a sweet tlovely young woman with a real passion for the food there. The foods presentation was lovely and tasted amazing. So eat here or order for delivery. Either way A+++++

This place has the WORST service, they are pushy and didnt give us space to order comfortably. They got our order wrong and still charged us for the food. My fiancee told them way before eating it, and the server was sarcastic and said next time if we didnt like the food, then dont eat here. To be frank she was really rude and shouldnt be working in that field. They charged $3 for water, which is absurd! The food is bland and not worth the price, its one of the worst Mediterranean food places I have had.

Cozy place for a wonderful fresh home-cooked meal. Well staffed, and the lunch special is enough for two. My lunch was Rosemary Greek-lemon chicken with added Euro meat. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian meals are available. Parking: Located in a shopping center, so parking was easy to find.

I have ordered from here previously, both dine in and delivery. This time I ordered delivery and did not receive my full order. When I brought this to their attention, the waitress acknowledge that she read the receipt wrong but refused to give me a complete order. I really like their food, but if I spend over 50$, I expect to get my full order not attitude from the employees.
