This restaurant lacks too much, to begin with, the typical dishes are few, they have a huge menu but unfortunately very few Colombian dishes, the food lacks seasoning, how sad that it is only just a name and that the menus and the seasoning They do not represent the flavors of our Colombia, the dishes are very messy and there are many things to improve.

We had a great first experience here, the food was fantastic our server was really nice and accommodating and was patient with my demanding in-law. Haha My mom was craving their food so I went to order to-go. The server had a face like I was annoying her. I know she talked ish about my request to another server and initially, I had left a low review. When I got home I saw that they honored my request so I had to change it :) Food is great! The empanadas change depending on who makes them. That would be my only neg, sometimes the potato has huge chunks of skin which make the empanada unappetizing. Only reason why I didnt give 5 stars - inconsistent empanadas and customer service The coconut flan is !!! Parking: Plenty of parking at this outdoor shopping center. First visit was a deal changing experience, very friendly staff and easy on the eyes and the waiting time after the order was placed was surprisingly short maybe 12 minutes , the flavor are just overwhelming and the prices to me are more than reasonable, its know one of my go to place. Ordering through the phone is a horrible experience. I placed an order to pick up after 20 mins I went to pick up my order, I walked in and NOBODY greeted me, I was standing there for a solid 2 minutes before someone acknowledged me. After stating a had an order for pick up she proceeded to look around and left. Asked another waiter for my order and she asked someone else for it. Whoever she asked just told her to look for it herself to which she replied I m too busy to help him it just kept going back and forth. I just left without my order!!! Will not be coming back.

I usually come to this restaurant after leaving work and then on the weekends it is a cozy place. I like it. It is quiet and the seasoning of the food is very tasty. I actually enjoy the food here and have visited many times. However, I recently ordered soup to go, and when I got home, I discovered the plastic lid was melted, making it unsafe to eat. This new experience was terrifying, we met friends who were eating at this place and we decided to sit at their table, serious mistake, after 10 minutes of waiting to be served, I asked one of the waitresses for the menu, she answered me. in a derogatory way right now I bring it to you, this is not my table, when they finally bring it we ask for an appetizer, after a long time it arrives cold, when requesting spicy the waitress says there they already have one grab that one, the waitress takes our order after a long time our food arrives, the waitress distributes our friends desserts and literally disappears, trying to get her attention we call another waitress, ask us for the ticket to pay the bill, she just turns around, when the waitress returns, she arrives with the ticket saying in a mocking manner, to whom do I give it, who is going to pay? We tell her that they were separate accounts, she gets upset and says that happens when they request the account from another person, no way! Since we wanted to leave this place we decided to pay the person to whom we had given the ticket, oh big surprise, the ticket had a tip of 18%. A little annoyed, we paid the bill and the waitress muttered that it was going well for them and here it wasnt even Come back, I think that if you dont have the patience to serve the public, you should choose another job and respect the client.

I wanted to comment that today I attended the novena at the La Pot restaurant in spring, which is the worst novena that we shared in a public place in my life, what a bad time I had with my family and even more so with my three-year-old daughter. I was excited about her novena. I feel like they get on the list and use these special dates as a facade and take advantage of people being forced to buy at the restaurant. to be able to access the piece of dough that they gave with a doughnut that was even hard, and the attention of the waitresses, needless to say, was too rude, a terrible face, if they dont have the charisma to do their job, they shouldnt be in those positions. My question is if you dont have the Christmas spirit to do this type of event, dont do it just for sales. If they enlist to be participants as leaders, if they do not do it well and in a good way. Dont do it.

UPDATE: their message reaching out to me here is fake. I politely emailed them on Oct 3 and today 10-13-23, I still havent heard from them. They care about making people believe they care. 10-1-23 Ok food, but theyre uneducated about tipping etiquette and have a snobby attitude. Theyll dog you for tip even when youre just going for takeout, so if youre going for take out be prepared for them to flat out ask you for tip. The older, chubby, red headed lady took a sign out so I could see it that read people who tip go to heaven. Lame and disrespectful. Theres better places to go where theyll appreciate your business.

My wife and I went to this place. I ordered a small paisa tray, the pork rinds were not crispy. The patacon pisado was very tasty! Patacon pisado is a green plantain in the bottom(fried) with slowly cooked beef on top that has a special tomato sauce on top and sliced avocado. Food

tl;dr the arepas are small, not what I expected, and the atmosphere was mid. I like the atmosphere, its what I expected. Very local and things work better if you know Spanish; iykyk. Unfortunately, it was a bit loud and everyone we talked to was a bit too quiet and spoke very fast so it was hard to communicate, even though I know Spanish. It was our first time there so of course we didnt know what to do but it seemed like they thought we did, if that makes sense. As far as the food, everything tasted really good but the arepas...were not arepas like I expected? Dont get me wrong, they were delicious but they were small crispy corn things, not medium sized soft corn things. ¯\_( )_/¯ Dietary restrictions: Most Latin food seems to have many gluten free and dairy free options. I also, sadly, need to avoid pork and I wasnt feeling the beef, so I had fish and it was quite good. They had a good amount of fish options, and this one was gluten free. I dont think anything is *certified* gf or df unfortunately, eat at your own risk :/

Great Columbian food! Service was great! English is limited but you can manage to order your food! Service was great and was quick to serve you your food! Highly recommend!

Love this place very humble but the quality is great. It was my first time here but I heard based on my friend s comments the restaurant used to be much better years ago. But like I said for me was great.
