Ordered online. Ordered my fav BBQ pork steamed boa buns. And then I risked another plate, the Spicy Beef. I figured if I didnt like it I would still have my buns. They got the order wrong. They messed up and gave me the wrong thing. They gave me soup buns which I dont like. And Im not a fan of the spicy beef either. So Im just out of luck on both plates. Very unfortunate mess up. I will not be coming back if they cant put in an order right.

What a great find! I love soup dumplings and these did not disappoint! I had the pork dumplings and they were the most super juicy flavor bombs! Loved them! We also had the scallion pancakes, hot oil hand pulled noodles and crispy duck BOA. Everything was delicious. The noodles were cooked too perfection! The hot oil was just the right amount of hot with lots of flavor. The crispy scallion pancakes were light and super crispy. Wish they had a spot in San Antonio that was this good!! We will make this a must stop anytime were in town!!

I was craving good Chinese food, but did not feel like driving to Bellaire Blvd today. We ordered delivery from here right after it opened, and found it to be decent, but not great. I decided that we should give it another try, but dining in this time. I am so glad that we did! The food was outstanding. We were pretty hungry and decided to splurge a bit by getting multiple items to try. The Peking duck bao and pork soup dumplings were spot on. If a soup dumpling reminds me of eating a pot pie, I am in love, and this is exactly what I got here at Noodle Kitchen. I wanted to try something new, so I also got the in-house made beef mixed noodles. Delicious, with just a small bit of sweetness to balance the savory. The noodles were very clearly scratch made, as they were slightly varied in width. However, the hands down winner of the day was the crispy fish dish. The flavor and texture were perfect, and being that the restaurant is so close to home, could be dangerous. I could eat the whole plate myself. If you are in Spring/Klein, and in the mood for excellent Chinese food, do yourself a favor and stop by.

Came here to try the soup dumplings (Xiao long bao) and the Peking duck. Also ordered the fried rice and the portions were quite large for 3 people. The soup dumplings were beyond delicious, very hot, very fresh, very tasty. The Peking duck was really good, even asked them to bring us soup with the rest of the duck which was also good. Will say, if you like the skin crispy this is not it. The meat is well done but the skin is on the softer side, not chewy, just soft.

I saw the reviews and i was excited i was craving spicy tofu and noodles. However i think they should take their time cooking the food. I in particular was in no rush. 15 minutes seems short for a fresh hot bowl of food. The broth in the noodles was very similar to the spicy tofu just oily not brothy. Theres so much oil no spice in taste from the noodle plate at all. The tofu was well cooked but the base was just so oily has some spice to it but overall a big bowl of oil. The best thing i can recommend is the steamed custard filled dumplings those were great. I was saddened by this. I dont want this place to rush their food because from the pictures and reviews it looked really good. Ill try this place again another time and hopefully its a better experience.

I was hesitant to try this place since Im chinese and all. I ordered the lan zhou spicy beef noodles, Sui Mai, and the pork soup dumplings. I was happy with everything. the broth in the soup dumpling and the noodle soup were very tasty. I like my beef soups to be salty and it balanced perfectly with the noodles. I will definitely be ordering from here more often. I usually have to drive all the way to the southwest for chinese food or make my own, now I know I have this option.

So, picture this: Its a wild Saturday night, and after surviving what can only be described as an action-packed afternoon, the fam and I decided to embark on a culinary adventure. The mission? Chinese takeout from an uncharted restaurant territory, a place where no noodle has gone before in our household. Spoiler alert: Maybe we shouldve asked for recommendations or consulted a fortune cookie, because what unfolded was a culinary catastrophe of epic proportions! Now, let me preface this by saying, With all due respect, Noodle Kitchen, this was NOT the noodle party we were expecting. We ordered an ensemble cast featuring Long Bao Dumplings (Pork), Beef Fried Noodle, Soup Dumplings, and Orange Chicken. But alas, it was a performance that left us with more disappointment than a failed magic trick. The Orange Chicken tried its best to salvage the evening, earning the title of best of the bunch by default. However, even this noble dish couldnt escape the clutches of culinary chaos. The crispy bits were staging a mutiny, abandoning ship faster than you can say chopsticks, and the chicken pieces had a peculiar chewiness that left us questioning if we were dining on poultry or some mysterious hybrid. The meat was so white that the jurys still out on whether it was real chicken breast or a clever disguise of minced-up poultry with a breadcrumb coating. Oh, and did I mention the unexpected hickory-flavored encore? Because apparently, our Orange Chicken decided to put on a smoky show on the backend. A taste adventure, to say the least, scoring a 3.8 out of 5 on the What did I just eat? scale. Now, lets talk about the Beef Fried Noodle, or as I like to call it, the BFN Big Food Nope. One bite into this dish, and it felt like I was chewing on culinary disappointment. Its as if the chef got carried away with the seasoning, sprinkling it on like confetti at the end and forgetting to let it mingle with the rest of the ingredients. Gritty, dry, and a beef cameo that was as bland as a high school graduation speech not my idea of a flavor party. The Bao Dumplings and I decided to keep a safe distance from each other, judging by the fams reaction. I mean, if a picture is worth a thousand words, their expressions were a Shakespearean tragedy. In conclusion, Noodle Kitchen, youve earned a one-way ticket to the DO NOT EAT list for 2024. May your culinary adventures be more delightful than mine. STAY FED, my friends! We know food! So my son ask for fresh Bao and in my search I found this restaurant. Im not big on authentic Chinese food but we were trying something new. The service was great very quiet setting. The only complaint I had was looking at the dirty fish tank while I was eating made me a little queezy. There was a dead fish in the tank alone just being tossed back n forth by the filter in the water. The other two tanks were not nice to look at either. The food im guessing was what we ordered based on the pictures. My husband ordered a dish with beef and broccoli but when we got it it was beef and noodles. Anyhow if you like real authentic Chinese food this is the spot. I didnt have any complaint other then the fish tanks looked gross. Oh and the pricing, there was 3 of us 2 adults one child and our bill was $90 for chow mein and beef and broccoli soup and ragoons. Vegetarian options: Every dish offers veggie substitute

The taste is average, and I still haven t found delicious and authentic Lanzhou ramen near Houston. I lived far away and drove for a long time, but was disappointed. The amount of ramen is not large, and the amount of fried noodles is okay, but the fried noodles have a somewhat American-Chinese food flavor.

The food is always excellent here. But the service from one waiter is always rude. He seems to always be in a rush, dropping items on the table for you. There is a difference between placing things and dealing cards with your chopsticks. Other than that, we love this place to go place.

Note: My rating system is three stars for what I would consider an acceptable or average experience for the venue that Im rating. I do this because Id like to reward excellence when I find it; hard to do that with posting 5 stars on everything. The food is excellent even if the place is a little drab and had low foot traffic, however, it was a Thursday night. Had the Mongolian beef noodles for the wife and the spicy oil noodles for myself with several steamed dumplings. Only complaint is that the beef could use a little more trimming, was a bit fatty but otherwise good. Would definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: Good solid vegetarian dumplings and noodles. Parking: Shopping center

I would much rather be writing a positive review of Noodle Kitchen because the food is very tasty. However, they are not ADA friendly. The first time we went, we had a largish group and the owner wanted to see the paperwork on our service dog. We nicely explained that there is no service dog registration process in the US and explained the ADA laws regarding service dogs, even providing literature about the laws. You could tell she didnt really want to seat us, but there were quite a few others in the restaurant and we were a party of six. We had a lovely, tasty meal and, I had hoped, given some information so she could learn the laws. We looked forward to going back, but were met again with the requirement for documentation. There is no such thing, we explained again. This time we were the first ones there and they were unwilling to seat us without some sort of fake documentation. We left. I try not to write negative reviews and to work with management for solutions and tried with them twice. If you have a service dog or want to support businesses that are ADA friendly, there are many other fabulous mom and pop owners that are ADA friendly. We frequent them often. Also, just so everyone knows, our service dog, as always, was quiet, out of the way and perfectly well behaved on our first visit. So, this wasnt in any way related to her behavior prior.

Attempted to eat here for lunch. They would not allow my medically necessary service dog in. They kept asking for her registration card. We told them multiple times that those are scams and in the USA there is no service dog registration. They broke multiple federal laws by refusing us service due to having a service dog. We tried to educate them on the laws and attempted to show them the actual laws but they would not listen. Horrible place. We will never go back. The parking lot is also not accessible for people with disabilities. I have never had issues to this extent when I go places with my service dog. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is not wheelchair accessible. Only 1 handycap spot and no handycap spot for wheelchair users

Best noodles in town. Fresh, hand made/pulled for each order. You can actually determine how thick or skinny you want your noodles just let wait staff know. Beef noodles are made in a tomato base. Mixed vegetable noodles had a totally different taste make sure to mix before eating as the sauce is at the bottom. I liked the crab boa more than pork boa. Fried pork boa is good. Two fairly spicy dishes at the very end boiled beef and boiled fish. Good flavor, just too hot for my sensitive palate. Like that the tables are topped with dozens of layers of white plastic, so you can make a mess and they can just toss it and have the tables bussed within seconds.

I had really high expectations for this place but was beyond disappointed. I got the soup dumplings and I must say that the Bibigo frozen dumplings I get from Costco taste better than the ones I had here. The noodles didn t taste fresh and I literally had a terrible stomach ache after I had the food here. Not only that, but the cleanliness is a 2/10 here. It felt gross sitting next to a nasty napkin dispenser that has dust all over it. The employees didn t really care to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything during our time there either. I had a terrible experience here and don t recommend this place.

The dim sum style dumplings, soups and other main courses are very reminiscent of the best restaurants in our Chinatown. Obsessed with this place, this is my fourth time here in two months. I dont write reviews but this place is that good! Everything is reasonably priced for the amount of food and quality. We love trying new foods so we order a lot but always leave with leftovers. 1st time - Chicken soup dumplings (taste great, be careful they are hot!), Peking Duck full order with the soup (tastes amazing, very tender), Hot Oil Spill Noodle (tastes amazing!), BBQ BAO (tastes good, we got steamed - we know now we prefer pan fried). 2nd time - Pork soup dumplings (Amazing!), Pan fried dumplings (amazing), Chicken soup dumplings, Peking Duck full order, Hot Oil Spill Noodles. Went with family. 3rd time - Soup dumplings chicken and pork (they are a staple at this point), Hot Oil Spill Noodles (staple), Peking Duck full order (staple with large groups), Veg Steamed dumplings (amazing), Steamed Beef BAO (great), Braised Beef noodle soup (good, too mild), Lan Zhou Spicy Beef noodle soup (amazing! not overly spicy), Veggie noodle soup (good, too mild), Black Garlic Tonkotsu ramen (good, too mild). Went with family. 4th time - Pork soup dumplings, Cucumber Salad Spicy (amazing, will be a staple), Red dumplings (amazing, will be a staple, sauce is great on other food too), Chicken Egg Rolls (amazing), Veg Eggs Rolls (great!), Scallion Pancakes (amazing), Pan fried Beef BAO (great), Crab soup dumplings (great), Chocolate BAO (amazing)

This is a direct reflection to the customer service. I am not sure if they re not LGBT friendly or maybe we are the wrong racial demographic for this family-owned restaurant. But my wife, 5 year old daughter and myself visited twice and the observation was the same. They greeted and thanked each guess besides us. They visited tables to check on other customers but not us. Each time we wanted something I had to wave down a server. Needless to say we will not becoming back regardless of the tasty noodles. Remember us! Total spent (2 visits) $149.78 never again.

When this place opened, I had the best bowl of ramen I ve ever had. Sadly it seams that the have lost their desire to turn out the best. After my visit today, I m not sure if I ll be back. My ramen was served lukewarm with a cold overcooked egg. The broth was flavorless and a far cry from the rich creamy flavor bomb they used to serve. I m so disappointed to see this place falling off.

Fantastic place for authentic Asian cuisine. Its not a large restaurant but oftentimes the small hidden places have the best of food. This particular restaurant is an outstanding example of that, from the atmosphere to the very friendly waiters. I had the Mixed noodle lamb and my friend had the Tomkatso Ramen, both I highly recommend. The Peking duck is delicious as well and you cant go wrong with the Chocolate Bao desert. I will definitely be trying more of the menu items in the future. I highly recommend this nice restaurant. Parking: Its a large parking lot, zero issues. Kid-friendliness: Extremely family friendly atmosphere. Calming as well seeing how they offer Jasmine tea and good music.

Seriously, youll question if you actually ever tried this food before because this is how its supposed to taste. Will be back and the staff is diligent to make sure you are taken care of.

Cheese ragoon: good but hard to mess that up unless you really don t know what you re doing. Lemonade: definitely a mix and not that good . Thought it was freshly squeezed. Rice: hard, dry, and definitely old. What Chinese restaurant serves old rice? Walnut shrimp: average. I ve had better elsewhere General Tso: again average. Don t see myself coming back. For 80 bucks I could ve gone elsewhere like Tan Tan and left satisfied.

The pan fried buns got served with what I would call the dough runoff from the steaming process to make it look pretty, but it just tasted like grease. The filling was flavorless. The cha siu steamed bun ratio of dough to filling was off, way too much dough for the filling.
