Just ordered a #1, philly cheesesteak, fries, Dr. Pepper - first time Ive been to this location across from the Wolf Gang Grooming & Bakery - let me tell you, the fresh made to order cheesesteak was loaded and HOT - delicious, fresh and plenty! Service was fast, and courteous - and I got a few coupons as a bonus new customer. They are a little hidden gem in this strip center but I will definitely be back - please go give them a try - DELICIOUS!!!!!

I am not pleased with the service I received today, normally my orders are prepare in a timely manner, but today it took entirely too long. And not once did the young lady who took my order come back to let me know why it was taking so long. If this is the new norm I will not return back to this location. I came there at 9pm today.

I came in for lunch at this location today & dine in, I ordered an Philly cheesesteak, fries & a strawberry lemonade. Immediately after I left my stomach went into deep knots & constant diarrhea! I have a severe fever & throwing up. I will never dine at this location again & would not recommend anyone else either. Food poisoning

After waiting for 10 minutes in front of the speaker , this guy sounded and said can you hold ? We said sure . After another 5 min he returned and asked for our order . We gave him the order and he then asks again what we ordered . We then again re stated our order , he says he got it . Yet we were still waiting for another 10 minutes and the car in front of us still hadn t received their food . And they had been there well over another 10 min. Finally we decided to leave since the service already seemed delayed and careless from the beginning considering there was only one other car there apart from us and it being so slow. We decided to reverse and cancelled our order with the guy. No offense but I wouldn t trust someone with this lack of energy to even get my order right .

Placed an order for the Baytown Tx location and for some reason the app redirected it to spring Tx.. no big deal.. just cancel the order right? Well after calling the spring stuebner location multiple time and getting hung up on.. finally get an answer with hello? Like you expecting a personal call man? Is this Charley s?? Can I speak to a manager?? First of all idk why if you don t like your job you even work there.. less than helping manager with the customer service training of a doorknob and the attitude to boot days well I can try to call the manager and see if they ll refund you.. but I know he won t.. and I don t know what you can do.. sorry can t help you ya know.. not even the money at this point.. I was just gonna let it go.. but to have employees like that running your business? You must not care much for your company terrible terrible terrible.. and and whoever that manager was today 6/28/24 @ 6:30 pm ( for reference reasons) you ma am need to work at Walmart where nobody cares if you don t like your job cause it s a self service place rant over.. go somewhere else to eat people.. update they want me to contact them.. well Bryan I tried multiple times and your staff just repeatedly hangs up the phone gotta love that customer service

Dry, over cooked wings. WAY over salted fries. Chicken Ranch sandwich was soaked in salt. Celery was swimming in water. Bathroom doors wouldnt close AND the ice cream machine wasnt even working. For a place that JUST opened they sure had a LOT of issues.

4 extra dollars for fries on top of a 8.99 combo. Last time I checked fries usually come with a combo. There s not suppose to be an extra charge. Food is good but definitely overpriced.got two of these for 29$ after taxes. Crazy

Ordered the philly sandwich. Sandwich and wings were pretty good. However, I am not sure if it was because the meat was sliced so thinly, or if its because it was cooked too long, but it was very dry. The lady who served me (ataylor listed on my receipt) was very nice. An employee (thin man with glasses) passed by me twice and didnt even speak nor look my way. Other than those two things, it was good. Since it just opened, I will give them some time to train and improve before I go back.

Had a solid lunch over here at Charleys. The new Parmesan Peppercorn Hoogie was great with just enough A1 sauce to give it a solid acid kick. Bacon cheese fries were on point and crispy, they had forgotten the cheese sauce but after I pointed it out they apologized and fixed the problem right away. The watermelon strawberry lemonade also was great, I love the chunks of real fruit. All in all I believe this Charleys will make a happy addition to the Spring Plaza community. Parking: Lots of parking out front and too the side.

Outstanding! Went here for takeout order yesterday and everything was actually done correctly as compared to the one on 2920. They actually gave me everything I ordered including moms Chicken Philly that always ended up as a Steak Philly every time from the 2920 location. The guy at the register went above and beyond his job including opening the door as we left. Great place and atmosphere. Food was awesome and will definitely return to this location. Thank you for above and beyond work ethic and professionalism.
