We absolutely loved Ms. Dee as our bartender!!! We used ETM Bartending at Ronin 2 for my wedding and we absolutely loved it. Ms. Dee was so sweet and always one step ahead making sure that we were all having a fresh drink. She s so friendly and a great time! She is so creative and even created a signature drink in my name and called it a Teresa Paloma everyone loved it. It was such a hit. We absolutely love Dee! I would definitely recommend asking for Dee directly she s the absolute best!

Toya was the best bartender I have ever met. She fulfilled all our drink needs with an expertise that is rare to find. She quickly identified our guests and showed great attention to detail to their preferences. JP was seen cleaning the glass door next to the bar because of all the handprints. This was above and beyond our expectations and kept the venue looking amazing for our guests. We had no idea what to expect and they have now set the standard extremely high. They had amazing communication and took care of everything so well. They did a fantastic job serving, they weren t stingy but also did not over serve any of the guests. I would love to work with both of them again!

Exquisite did a great job hosting our party! They were the epitome of professional. We had one bartender who was able to make drinks quickly and deliciously for 70 people; I was impressed by this! The crowd was happy. Additionally, there was a little mix up about having a server, and they stepped right in to fill the void, including bussing tables for us! I would recommend them to anyone.

ETM was selected by the couple before they brought us on to manage their wedding, and I found Meka to be easy to communicate and collaborate with. The only issue I had at my wedding was one of the bartenders told my coordinator that we be running out of liquor in the next 30 minutes during our event. Mind you we still had over 3 hours of event time left .I Told the bartender close it down early if it comes down to it.But comes to find out when my husband and I were packing things to leave we had two full boxes of different liquors behind the bar still leftover stressing my husband &I out for nothing during our wedding we are most definitely unhappy with our experience.

The team was very punctual up until the wedding date. I felt very confident with them. What I would have done on my side was to make sure I set up a phone call with them prior to the event, which cost $50. I did not see why I needed to pay more money, when I was already spending a lot on the bartending service. This is where I messed up because I would have spoke to them and hopefully I would have discussed key items I did not know were even a concern. Such as, the bartenders refusing to provide non alcoholic drinks from their mixers to a few of our non drinking guests. I had to be approached during my wedding saying they needed additional money in order to give my guests non alcoholic drinks.

We used Exquisite Taste to bartend our wedding at Ronin 2 Art House in February. We were required to utilize them by the venue, but I am very glad we did! I wish I remembered our primary bartender s name because she was awesome. We also rented wine glasses from them and also contracted with them to provide two servers and they were extremely hard working. There were no empty glasses and they were very cordial. All booking was done online. I had an initial phone consult with the owner and then all other needs addressed via email. The cost was reasonable and extremely professional. They showed up on time and I had no issues with them performing their work. They were so good that I would consider hiring them for any private events I host at my home in the future.

I recently had to use ETM for my Wedding because they were the chosen bartender service for Ronin House2. They sent us a bartender that was rude from the beginning. At the end of the night he cussed at a guest before he left. I was very disappointed and little outraged. We had to pay them $405 dollars in advance. If that were not the case we would have asked him to leave after the first hour. I hate to say it was racial, however I have no other choice. My fifty guests were all professional people. No one was unprofessional to him at any time. They tipped he well thinking he would loosen up, however he never did. I hope in the future ETM does a better job at hiring bartenders. Wedding are very special and everyone involved should treat them as such. Everyone loved my wedding but they did have a commit about the rude bartender. I will pass on any venue that has ETM as a vendor in the future

This was My 1st Mixology class. THE SPACE IS AMAZING @ The Space on West Main Street. Excellent venue for Valentines day. The drinks we were taught were all great and the Bartender was very informative and helpful. Definitely a place to chevk out when in the Dallas Ft Worth area

We recently booked Exquiste Taste for a wedding + after party. Meka s professionalism, swift response and willingness to answer any questions that were had made working with her one of the best experiences of this event. She went above and beyond to serve our guests + her warm and fun personality kept our guests happy and her talent behind the bar kept them coming back! The speciality cocktails were a hit but her famous rum punch sealed the deal at the after party! I would recommend her + her team for any event large or small! I ll definitely be booking her again.

Our virtual craft cocktail session was a great way to hangout with the family since we all couldn t actually be together due to the Covid pandemic. Our Bartender was wonderful and the cocktails were delicious. We have remade the drinks a few times now and will definitely book another session for the next upcoming holiday.

Meka and her team completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding. She was professional, kind, and personable throughout the wedding planning experience as well as in person! Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to COVID-19 and Meka and her team were thankfully available for our rescheduled date. She was so easy to work with in light of all of the changes that we were facing. I also changed mine and my grooms signature drinks about 5 times and she was not hesitant at all to make the change and a sign for displaying them at the wedding. During the wedding she made sure that my husband and I had a ride home before going home to make sure we made it safely. Anyone in need of bartending should definitely work with this amazing group!

I can t rave enough about this company! I was in desperate need of a bartender for my sister s party and stumbled across Exquisite Taste Mobile Bartending. I was a little hesitant at first because I had no recommendations and found them on facebook. Meka responded to all my emails very quickly and answered every question or concern I had.
