Ive been driving past this place my entire life and decided to stop in, and it was great. The service was super friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming, like a little slice of home. I got the Ultimate Combo, and it was delicious and extremely filling, impressive since Im on the heavy side. Im definitely gonna come back and recommend to my family.

I love this place. I go here every Thursday morning with other men from a Bible Study. Ive had a lot of the items on the menu. The BLT is fantastic, a bacon lovers dream. The chicken fried steak is amazing and I recently had the chicken and waffles, which was outstanding! The staff are friendly, attentive, and really take care of you. The atmosphere is ok, it just might get a little tight sometimes, with the tables, and the big screen TVs might become a distraction, but its still a great place to hang out and enjoy a great meal.

Jamie and Nicki were phenomenal in providing the southern hospitality their establishments atmosphere provided. The eggs, grits and bacon reminded me of breakfast that my family would cook when I was younger. I will definitely be coming back for breakfast soon.

The food was OK but overpriced. For example they used to have a two pork chop meal. The meal now has one pork chop but the same price. If you want two it is $9 more. Everything carries an additional cost. Raisin bread is $1.95 for two dry slices. Our waitress gave us the check at the beginning of the meal and never came back. We had to ask people walking back by for things we needed. I suggest you head to Belle s at 1960 and TC Jester. The prices are better, better parking and atmosphere and better service.

This food was not good at all. The best things were the turkey bacon because you cant mess that up and the lemonade drink. The pancakes were burnt and dried out. The eggs were overcooked the hashbrowns slash mash potatoes had no taste with out ketchup. I ate it for nourishment because I was hungry and didnt feel like going somewhere else and waiting. Very overpriced! 52 dollars! My mom hasnt stopped talking about the 15 dollar porkchop that was over cooked yet. I would say no flavor or seasoning on any of it. Wont be back. The other good thing is they have great customer service just cant cook breakfast.

I had breakfast. My husband had a club sandwich. The French Toast was good. The sausage patties had no flavor, and it was like they forgot to add seasoning when making it. I will try this place again, but try lunch instead. Everyone is friendly and full of energy, even when being slammed. Try this place at least once.

Came here for the first time with my husband and let me tell you all the food was amazing I had the chicken sandwich and cinnamon French toast . My husband got a grilled cheese sandwich with ham and he also got the cinnamon French toast we love every single bite . The waitress and everybody that works here are friendly and attentive. I absolutely love this place , the atmosphere was so cozy, the staff knew peoples names/orders as they came through the door! I got a take out corn beef hash,bacon ,eggs and toast. My husband and I both had the chicken fried steak and eggs with a side of hash browns and a biscuit! Everything was delicious, the steak was tender, the biscuit was warm and soft, the hash browns were deep fried and crispy! Service is great the waitress was attentive but not overwhelming And everyone was happy smiling. Very nice and friendly environment.

Been wanting to try this place for a long time and was finally able to. The food was very good! I didnt like the biscuits and sausage gravy that much and the manager came and asked what they could do to fix that, doesnt really happen these days anymore. If you dont have breakfast here, you dont know what youre missing. Went 2 days in a row. 1st day, had eggs Benedict. Ham, egg on a muffin with sauce....oh yeah...it was yummy. Its hard to find breakfast places that will cook my eggs exactly as like them and this place nailed it! I have texture issues since I had surgery months ago so its been hard to get eggs for breakfast when I eat out and I love eggs! Their grits were mighty tasty, too, and my cup of coffee was strong enough that it was just colored water. When I arrived there were only a few people but after I was seated, the place filled quickly. Apparently, its a local favorite!

My personal experience, Madeline was great. Friendly, personable, welcoming. Food was great, however being reminded three times (while there s hot food and coffee in my mug) that they can take care of payment at the front, while pointing to the counter. That was a off putting the first time, the second time and the third time. There was a couple who was seated behind us, that ate, cleared a table and took up space after being done.. I never heard the staff remind them to check out even with an empty table. Im rating the service here.

This is my place. I love this small quaint restaurant. The people are very kind. When you walk in, the owner is always very welcoming. I even bring my own mug at times for coffee because I m silly that way. I just like my own cup, believe me their cups are great. The food is fantastic. I have had their breakfast and lunch. And I can t find anything wrong. Seasoned very well. This is the kind of restaurant I grew up going to in the country so I truly do enjoy going here! Floors are clean, tables are clean. The waitresses are very attentive and responsive. Bathroom is small but clean.

Sausage patty was good. Pancakes texture were fluffy but chalky. Flavor taste as if the pancakes weren t fully cooked inside or if there was something off with prepping batter. Bacon was cooked didn t eat it tho. Grits are very watery but buttery. Sausage gravy was ok idk why the sausage in it taste different from the patty I had. Service is friendly and fast. I do think it s weird personal cups for the staff are sitting right next to your food and drinks at the bar counter and they come up while your eating, drinking out of them but it could just be a Texas thing. The lady next to me told her waiter when they checked out that she didn t like her chopped steak.

We have eaten breakfast there many times in the last 2-1/2 yrs., & everything has been great but they have increased their drink prices to the point that we are considering not going back. I had coffee with 2 half cup refills and my wife ordered iced tea, which she didnt touch and just drank a little water with her meal. Before leaving she asked for a to go cup for her tea and when she put her tea into the cup, she left out the ice as there is nothing worse than diluted iced tea. Well to our surprise, there was about 4 ounces of actual iced tea in the to go cup & that was all. The original cup of iced tea was filled with ice & very little tea. The sad thing is that when I looked at the bill, we were charged $8.00 for our two measly little drinks. I advised the cashier as I showed her the only 4 ounces of tea in our to go cup & told her that I thought that $4.00 for 4 ozs. of tea was unacceptable to which she replied sorry about that and handed me my change. We feel that they are charging $4.00 for 4 ozs. of iced tea, when you can get 32 ozs. of the same thing @ McDonalds for $1.00 and you can even order w/o ice for the same price. I feel that that is about a 400% profit, and that is way out of line when alot of places are happy with a 33% profit.

First off, coffee is $3.95. It costs .33 cents Waited on the waitress for 15 min. Chop steak was ordered MR but the center was raw. Hash browns are just a scoop of greasy grilled mashed potatoes. Chicken fried steak looked big but only had approximately 1/8 of meat all breading. Side of gravy (3) teaspoons for 3.00 May be for other people, just not for me. Who can mess up breakfast? The wait time and wait staff were fantastic. The manager however was rude. I was paying at the counter and she was fumbling things at the counter and uncovered a very dirty surface next to the cash register and the rooster fell on me and hit me hard and I mean hard enough to put me to tears. They didn t offer anything not even an apology or comp anything. I went in the car and let my daughter finish dealing with her and found out she even overcharged her card after I paid an extra tip on my ticket. When I learned she charged her anyways I went back in and she claimed she apologized to me, but I never heard that. She didn t check to see if I was OK she just acted like. I was being overreacted, but that fell on me really hard and I have a good fruits to go with it. That rooster is a liability and it needs to be glued down so it doesn t fall on innocent customers. I won t be returning. Especially how she handled the situation and talked to her employees in Spanish so degrading. Picture shown of the rooster that had fallen on me and the manager

The Breakfast Place was hands down THE BEST place I ate during my stay in Spring. Eggs Benedict were great and the pecan waffles were absolutely top tier. Sara was an AMAZING waitress and so sweet and fast. Definitely ask for her. If you stumble across this gem don t sleep on it- RUN- don t walk inside. Your taste buds will thank you.

We came here because of good things I had heard about the place. The first visit was amazing...absolutely amazing. But, we thought that might be a one off so I didnt write a review. We returned the Sunday after, and it was the same exact way. Absolutely amazing. The eggs Benedict are some of the best weve ever had, twice now!!! Definitely our new place to eat. Our first time here with relatives since we moved away from Houston. Three different waitresses took SUPERB care of us. Never had this level of service anywhere in Houston ! Eggs Benedict were best ever ! Don t miss an early morning visit here ..you ll simply not find anything to match quality & variety of food, level of service and kind staff. Could have sworn the owner was busing tables, placing silverware, filling water glasses , etc. This is a SIX NOT to be missed !

STAY AWAY! Do NOT waste your time or money (in which they like to steal) at this horribly run place. The manager is very rude and stealing from clients right in front of them. Make sure you check your bill if you do eat here. What they have price wise on the menu is NOT what they charge you for. Also when confronted the manger will try to turn it on you as the customer. This is very poorly managed and will not last in the woodlands. It is also very dirty and has booths that are duck taped together. Not anything in the woodlands you would want to sit on or enjoy. Teenage workers that stand in the back and talk bad about the manager with customers listening. When your own workers don t respect the manager that tells you how an establishment is run. The owners need to get a tight grip on this place as it is being run into the ground and stop stealing from your customers. This place is a joke.

Had breakfast and it was great! You enter and are welcomed by very friendly faces. A little rustic mix with the look of a simple small town dinner from the past, has a feel of home. Ordered a to go order. The food was not that good, got one piece of bacon with the one egg combo Meal. The hash browns were burned and when I called to let them know they said do you want us to remake them or give you store credit for the hashbrowns no I don t want you to remake my food or eat there anymore . It got great reviews but I was unimpressed. Its OK but not 5 stars. The food wasnt bad but wasnt particularly good either. Bland chicken fried steaks, lackluster gravy, boring, undercooked potatoes. Atmosphere is very basic not sure how they compete with Dennys or IHOP much Lees Black Bear Diner.

This was a quaint little place with alot of personality. The woman who sat us was was terrific. She had a great personality and was fun to banter with. The food was very good. I had an omelet, hash browns and 1 blueberry pancake. Service was good. It was a full restaurant which made it challenging to get around. Bathroom was clean as well as the restaurant. Our party of 4 ate for $60 plus tip. It was a good experience and I would definitely go back.
