3 stars because this place is simply a sandwich and beer bar. Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Beer is ice cold. But, we ordered a couple shots, and thought they tasted extra smooth. Come to find out that they forgot to mix the alcohol in them. They made it right and promptly brought over more shots with the alcohol included. But then ordered a Beam and diet. Drink came out and was black as Wesley Snipes. Was on the fence about it, but took a sip and sure enough. Tasted like they forgot the alcohol again. Went up to the bartender and she said that it had a ton of Jim Beam in it and it was dark because it was Diet Coke simply exchanged it for a beer. Didnt want to go for the full three strikes. Basically I enjoyed the place, but will be sticking to pitchers and food. The jalapeño poppers are delicious and the hot chicken sandwich is great. So I will be back. But maybe they need to get themselves a real bartender.

So sad I have to leave this review because honestly their food is great. Employee experience with Leah on the other hand. I called yesterday to ask about the Patriots and Jets game. Not all restaurant bars play all the games now depending who s showing. Yesterday it was on Amazon prime. I knew a bit of information before I called (like the time lol). Leah answered the phone (what she said her name was) I asked whether they were showing the game And she said The only game that s playing? . Which I honestly didn t know whether she s trying to be rude or not. I honestly didn t know the answer for that. I was like I m not sure if that s the only game that s playing tonight. She was pretty snarky and I blew it off. Then my second question was Do you know if y all are going to do bingo today? Since I know they always do on Thursday didn t know whether they were still going to proceed with bingo on games nights if they planned to have the sound on for the game. I thought that was a pretty legit question. (Since we been on bingo it gets pretty noisy! Which we always have fun.) She continued to be snarky and let out a big ol sigh! And says I DONT KNOW HONEY game starts at 7 bingo at 8 so I assume.. She made me feel like I was an idiot and should ve been apologizing for wasting her time. We honestly just wanted to watch the game there with sound on and eat there with our family. My third question would ve been if they would ve had the sound on lol!! But all I did was ask for her name and told her she didn t have to be rude. She ignored my request for her name while we sat there in silence for a couple seconds, and I had to repeat myself and ask for her name a second time. We ended up going to Sawyer Park. Anyways other than this experience I love bringing my daughter for bingo and crawfish.

Stopped in here after never getting waited on at Ale n Ivey. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was amazing. Try the Mango Cart beer with a tijin rim, so good. Service at the bar was fast and friendly. Choose this spot over Ale n Ivey every time. You won t be disappointed.

I went to this place for a graduation party. Our waitress was AMAZING! She split the check for each person; came to the tables exactly the right number of times; was personable and kind; and, in my opinion, went above the call of duty to take care of each of us. The food is HUGE! I ordered an appetizer as a meal as I watched all of the dinner plates come out WAAAYYYY too big for me, (some even cant with 2 plate 5 for sharing!) This place is lively and full of jovial people. Worth a visit.

Upon walking in we were greeted by the host. She asked how many people were dining and we told her 3. She walked us to the table right behind her which I declined. We asked for another table and each table that we walked to was dirty along with the floors. Needless to say we found one that was half way decent. Normally when I see dirty floors in restaurants I immediately leave but I tried to give this place a shot and I should have followed my first mind. I ordered 3 lbs. of crawfish, 3 corns and 3 potatoes with the hot garlic butter sauce and needless to say it was HORRIBLE! The corn and potatoes were not cooked thoroughly, seasoned nor hot. As a matter of fact, upon sitting there dining we noticed everyone s food was coming out piping hot but ours did not. I guess they gave us the last bit of crawfish in the pot. Our plates were basically thrown together. Also, I ordered a strawberry cocktail as per its description it states that it was rum with strawberry purée. Needless to say there wasn t one ounce of purée in my drink and it tasted like a strawberry soda with sprite in it. This was my first time having crawfish this year and was my first and worst experience. Upon paying for our tab my friend told the waitress that we were dissatisfied with our food and she didn t acknowledge our complaint. I did not eat all of my crawfish and actually asked for a takeout container because I was going to take the remainder home and cook them properly but after careful consideration I decided to leave it. Why should I have to recook food that I paid $38.00 to enjoy and eat at the establishment. I will not be coming back. And with all the people standing around the restaurant it should be spotless.

The crawfish were amazing! We will be back for those. Philly Cheesesteak was a disappointment. The onion rings they serve were horrible as well. The service was amazing and even though we were a large group the server kept up. Kitchen did well too! I noticed teamwork all around. A pleasant visit. We will be back.

Do NOT ever go play bingo when Meek (not sure if spelling or if this is correct name because music was so loud) is the caller. He cheats. All the numbers (6 were in a bucket) were not in the spinner and he told me they weren t all needed because it is a game of chance. Told me to check my attitude when I called him on it and he told me to never come back. Horrible experience tonight. Have played many times but tonight was the worst experience ever.

They have large boiled crawfish that are prepared and seasoned well.price per pound of crawfish was very reasonable compared to other places in the area. Good selection of beers on draft and by can or bottle. Price per person seems high but that is because I took a take out of 5 lbs of crawfish.

Went here for Crawfish and Andrew had the best recommendation of the Jades Way (style of crawfish). He also had other great recommendations like the maccaroni balls which were fantastic and he always made sure we were 100%. Fun and accomodating atmosphere! Stumbled in on a trivia night and had a great time joking around w/ the host while scarfing down on delicious mozzie sticks and the sweetest crawfish I had ever had. Totally cheated tho hahaha; Had a friend recommend it because he worked at a seafood distributor and noticed this place always shelled out for size and quality. Definitely a must visit if youre coming through and looking for a quality bar night experience with awesome crawfish. Biggest gripe would be the $20/lb price tag on shrimp :(

Crawfish flavor and size was great and I know it is a small detail but I loathe deception of any kind. They claim $8.99/lb but in reality more like $9.49/lb. never have I ever had a place charge $.50 a lb for the seasoning. I frequent here a good amount and this time was not as good as usual. I came in with my girlfriend and her mom to have drinks and celebrate Saint Patrick day. I personally love the pretzels you get there but when we got this time it was cold and the cheese that comes with it was so cold you flip it upside down and wouldnt budge. Our waitress Cassie quickly resolved this issue by giving us a new one and got drinks for us while waited. Usually when we come in we have the manager named Chase who is super attentive, crack jokes, checks on everyone pretty often but the new manager they had didnt even acknowledge us, almost giving us the cold shoulder it seemed and stay in the backroom mostly. The bathrooms were way dirty then normal. I never thought I would ever have to play pass the toilet paper in the mens bathroom my girlfriend even said this was the case for the womens as well. All in all the food was good and the wait staff rocked especially our sever Cassie but I think the new manager leaves ALOT to be desired.

Decided to finally try this place out and it was utterly disappointing. My ranch water tasted like it had no tequila in it at all. The food was mediocre. My friend ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with bacon and it didnt. He asked the server about it and she didnt offer to bring any bacon to the table or any solution whatsoever. The music was way too loud for the early evening. Everything was way overpriced for what it was. There are tons of establishments in the area that have the same sort of theme as this one that are much better.

If you are a Buffalo Bills fan this is your spot to be. Delicious wings , cold beer and what a great bunch of fans. I have never experienced a bar like this for any NFL team . It s so much more than your usual sports bar. They did giveaways during halftime, and although they were totally packed, the service wasn t that bad at all. Recent visit to Rayford Rd location: Ordered loaded potato skins & wings. Disappointed on the quality of both dishes. I visited a few weeks ago & ordered the potato skins which were perfect (large quantity, premium ingredients). However, when I received this order, the quantity was half of what I had received on my previous visit - and cheddar cheese had been substituted for a cheese spread (not real cheese & not cheddar) with sparse bacon bits. The wings (the drumsticks) were rock hard. Tried using a fork, then a knife, but to no avail. Could not eat them! Embarrassing...... Disappointing to say the least.

We went on a Friday night to see the Hit-n-Run band. The atmosphere at Buffalo Run was energizing. Our waitress (I did not get the spelling of her name, but it sounded like Iealia) was new to her position. She was very upbeat and excited about her job. We placed a drink and appetizer order with her. Even though there was a large crowd, we received our food,,, nachos and sweet potato fries in a short period of time. The portions were large, though most of the chips on the bottom of the nachos dish had nothing of them. I ended up taking 1/2 of the dish home. As our waitress was in training, we ended up being checked on by her and her training partner all night. Since I wanted some dessert, I put in an order for Peach Cobbler. Luckily, my husband was too full on nachos and sweet potatoe fries to want any of the FABULOUS peach cobbler topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with cinnamon . It was a fantastic Friday date night! Dinner, dancing, energetic atmosphere, and great service made a memorable night. Parking: Buffalo Run is in strip center. Theres plenty of parking spaces.

We walked in and sat our self as the sign asked us too, waited at the table for someone to come for a good 30 mins, I would of understood of it was busy but it definitely wasnt. The music from the band was extremely loud to the point that there wasnt even a reason to have a conversation at the table. But of course no waitress showed up so we ended up walking out. Seems like this is a big problem hear based off the reviews here. Looks like a new management team needs to come in and fix it.

Very nice place with a decent menu. Prices were competitive and food was served hot. My server was not the best as my drink sat empty till another server walked by and filled it saying that has been empty too long. Update: we used to go there all the time. The food was great and most of the staff was nice. Over the past year it has gone way downhill. Service got bad and it became more of a clubhouse for the bosses and not a real business. I watch great servers get fired because they wanted to do there jobs and not play games.

The music was a bit loud for my taste. The food was good but I could almost feel my arteries clogging up eating it. Im wondering about the billing. I was charged $34 but according to the menu the bill should have been $27. Drink was $9 and meal $18 when I looked at the menu online when I got home. Others I was with had issues with their order not being correct. I never saw a bill; the waitress read it off from her digital format. If I would have paid by credit card instead of cash Id be disputing this with my credit card company. A disappointing first visit to this establishment and probably my last.

Tried Buffalo Run for the first time and really enjoyed it. We had the Philly-ish Cheesesteak and the Chicken Tender basket, both with French fries. Everything was delicious! They split the tender basket to share, and the portions were huge. The server was very friendly and attentive. And everything is very reasonably priced. It will become a regular spot for us.

Went here for a work dinner (5 of us) on a Thursday and were 1 of only 3 tables being served. Sara didn t seem particularly interested in serving us; orders incorrect, charged for items that were part of the meal, charged for items not requested, up charged for sweet potato fries, but never notified us there would be an up charge and nowhere was that stated on the menu. Food was meh. Tried reaching out to the restaurant regarding being overcharged but received zero response. Will not be back.

A great place to cheer for the Buffalo Bills. Best wings around. The owners are from New York. They serve local upstate New York favorites like Beef on Weck and poutine. The huge pretzel is served with cheese & mustard. You will not leave hungry. If the Bills are playing, good luck getting a seat. This place is packed with cheering fans. Lots of fun, great food & cold beer.

Found a plastic screw on cap in our drink. We brought it to the bartenders attention to then he laughed in our face about it, and the manager came up with lies to cover up their mistakes instead of saying sorry. Waited 10 minutes after the hostess sat us before we decided to just leave. Nobody greeted us. Last couple minutes before my friend and I decided to try someplace else, there were 2 servers by the host stand talking with her. Not the first time this has happened. Horrible customer service. The lady told me that I could sit down outside and she would have someone come to me. 20 minutes later, I still haven t been served. I was literally making eye contact with the waitress as she would come outside, serve others, look at me, and go back in. Then when I asked to speak to the manager, he said that his name is Luke , he made excuses for their poor customer service. Do better.

This is my neighborhood sports bar. My son is special needs and going places can be hard for him. The Buffalo run crew is nothing but accommodating every single time and he really enjoys being there. All of the employees are amazing with him and my friends. Being that my son s godmother was in town I wanted them to have a good time with us and Buffalo run did not disappoint our group. Simon is always amazing and my son loves Leah. This is a great place to bring families and a great place to have a drink on a kid free night late night. Love my neighborhood bar.

Worst service ever. We had a table of 14 sit outside and we waited 20 minutes and still no service. We even went inside and asked for someone to come out to help us and they ended up serving somebody that walked up after us. We have been coming to this place for the last couple years. The food is good but the service has really gone down hill. Hopefully it will change.

Do not order the Mac and cheese, it has no flavor. My daughter gave it back and I was still charged for it, was told she ate most of it (4 bites). The crawfish was tasty, but the question was watery. Our first time was our last.
