We went for lunch and everything was delicious. The place itself was adorable, clean and easy to find. The menu was easy to read. Everyone was so polite and I believe the manager or owner thanked us for coming in. Staff was knowledgeable about food and very quick. We would love to come back!

The waitress was very friendly and accommodating! Most of the breakfast items came as expected, with the exception of the mimosa. The waitress simply never mentioned it again after ordering it. As to the quality of the food: I was greatly disappointed. A bowl of fresh fruit ($6) was presented in a beautiful snack bowl the size of a DelMonte fruit cup. The crush pineapples and slice cherries were the giveaway. I could not stomach the idea of eating highly processed fruit syrup. Instead of sending the cute $6 bowl of freshly processed fruit back... my silly behind ordered a side of hashbrowns ($3.50). Good grief, it was smaller than a $1.50 hashbrown from McDs. In addition to the petite size, it was soaked in old grease and soggy. So, my overall experience of attempting to grab a lite breakfast in a spunky quaint house was horribly disappointing. The indoors were freezing during the breakfast hours, as the restaurant was mostly empty. The newly constructed screened-in patio was a nice addition. The naturalistic view and sounds of the birds were relaxing. Personally, Ive experienced it; however, I wont return.

It took about 30 minutes or more for our food to be served. Hash browns were hard French toast was flat and dry in some places . Omelette had a slice of cheese on top and the veggies were not even sautéed. I was really disappointed for the price we paid. It was also our first time.

10/10!!! You must stop by if you re around. We stopped by with a big group of people, the food was amazing, and the owners and all the people on staff were so kind. We got burgers (they were great), and you got to treat yourself with a dessert! The location is great, such a cute town and there are many shops around. I highly recommend. We had such a great experience!! The bread pudding is unreal.

So I just got off a flight from nyc, and it was 930am. I wanted brunch/ breakfast on a Sunday morning. I googled this place . Saw the reviews . Let me say the street is old fashion country texas. Looks like a house from the outside . But upon entering, its a bright, warm, cozy atmosphere. Let me say service was excellent . The food was so dam good. Portions are great, not too much. Perfect amount . But I would revisit Huston texas just to dine at this restaurant .

Cute place to visit away from the fast food restaurants. Close to shopping old town variety stores. Plenty of places to visit and admire some European-style shops. Parking: Street parking is somewhat limited and there is free parking in the back of the restaurant. Some dirt in the back not recommended if it is raining.

Not gonna lie this is the worst diner I ve ever been too. The only saving grace was the customer service. The food was nasty and bland. I guess it s technically my fault for not reading the menu but why would I expect a Mac and cheese burger to not have a bun? Why would I pick up a piece of meat that has Mac and cheese on it?? And all that for $20?? There were plenty of red flags, no French fries, no buns on the burger, soda in a plastic 20 ounce bottle, potato chips that come in a small lays bag and the mac and cheese look like it came out of a box. If my wife didn t ask about the sandwich it would have came with no meat. It was also bland she didn t finish it. This was just an overall horrible experience A bad burger, bad sandwich and 2 drinks for $50. Customer service was good though everybody was nice

Best dang burger i have ever eatn! My wife and i went in to Lynns and Matthew gave us some recommendations and a bit of history about there burger meat and he did not dissapoint! Where do I start? Service was nice. Sweets where great. The food was a hot mess. 1st order you a child. The order was for scrambled eggs with cheese. The order come out with no cheese. We ask for them to add cheese they brought out a slice of cheese on a plate did not even go back to melt the cheese in with the eggs. 2nd order same thing but she wanted onions in hers. The eggs come out with small raw onions on top not even cooked it. 3rd order was French Toast that came out flat as a piece of paper and had no teast. So over all like I said THE FOOD WAS A HOT MESS. We have been to Lynns Table twice, both times with a dog. The outdoor dining is very pet friendly. The wait staff was very welcoming, including welcoming our pittie and giving him a big bowl of water. Everything we have ordered has been delicious. The burgers are cooked to order, the salads and wraps have been fresh and crisp, and the desserts are wonderful.

They claim to serve breakfast until 11, but we sat down and tried to order at 10:30 and they told us no. Waiter then let us know that we could get lunch instead, and then came back to the table and said we actually couldn t order lunch until 11:30. Then they offered to serve us dessert at 10:30 AM .

Our party of three stopped in for a late lunch yesterday, we all had sandwiches and they were all delicious. We all ordered the potato salad and while the sandwichss were all good, the potato salad was not. The potatos were not cooked through and were very under done. I know potato salad can be tricky because we all have our own ideas about what is good potato salad but we all agreed that the number one thing is that the potatos are actually cooked. I did mention this to someone at the register. We also felt the they were a bit over eager to bus our table. I watched him try to take plates from the table next to us and the lady was clearly still eating then he tried to do it to us, TWICE. Please stop trying to take your customers plates while they are still eating. We had ice cream for dessert and it was delicious. Overall I thought it was a nice little spot. I would eat there again but just not order the potato salad.

This restaurant claims to be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Unfortunately, they turned us away when we arrived at 10:30 AM. My father-in-law and I were hungry and didnt want to wait for the other restaurants to open, but the employees made it clear that the business makes too much money and can afford to turn people away. It looks like they serve ice cream or gelato here, but we didnt buy any.

Its just ok. We did an online order for pickup. They messed the order up, which we didnt catch until we got home. The service was terrible when we went to pick it up. The atmosphere is cute and would be nice for dining there I think. We all ordered sandwiches plus a kids pizza. The sandwichs were very full, but just ok in taste. They did package the to-go food well. All in all, its a pretty ok place for a quick lunch.

A great experience at Lynns Table. Ive been here a couple of times before, but this time was truly magical. We got a life changing cherry coke float, and I got a hamburger that, unlike other places, actually cooked to a Medium Rare. Also, the atmosphere added to the experience. It feels very welcoming but also Western. It truly can not be explained in words. Dietary restrictions: Had another person with me ,who had a cheese allergy and, unlike other places, actually did not include any cheese. Also, I was happy to get another take-out container when I asked.

Breakfast tacos were a joke. 11 bucks for a spoonful of hasbrowns and tacos that were barely bigger than taquitos. Then it took like 45 mins to get our order. To the extent tables that sat after us got there food and left before us. Waitress only came by once after we got our food. No fountain sodas only bottles. Refills only with the purchase of another bottle. Coffee was burnt tasting. Coffee cups went empty. Wont be going back. Also, almost 17 dollars for 3 pancakes 2 eggs (didnt look like 2 eggs) and 2 pieces of bacon. And the ham steak was just a large piece of fat/bacon. They have a award they just won in March of 2024 for best business. Not sure how that happened based on my experience.

The fudge is good and looks like their lunch has great feedback from others but we didn t have a great breakfast experience. Our eggs were under cooked (runny yolk) and asked to have them cooked a bit more. They brought them back out just as runny. The rest of the meal (biscuit sandwich)was lacking as well. The area was nice and the staff friendly. If in town we may try them for lunch or just grab some fudge next time but not breakfast.

We went here for my daughter-in-law s birthday. The staff was courteous, personable, and professional. The atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant is quaint and very conducive to a relaxing meal. The food, however, was subpar. We ordered the Cajun Crab Spinach and Artichoke Dip for an appetizer. It was average at best but certainly not worth the price of $17. The beef tenderloin steak sandwich was tough and unfavorable. The German dish that I ordered, their signature dish, Frikadellen, lacked flavor. The meat pattie was dry as well as the spaetzle. I wasn t a fan of the German red cabbage side dish (it tasted like it had cinnamon or cloves in it of which I was not a fan), however, my husband liked it. The crab cakes were a nice size but they too needed more seasoning. They tasted like they were missing something. My son ordered the Schnitzel. It was not fried to a crispy brown. The coating was blonde. The best thing was the Four Layered Chocolate Cake. It was AMAZING! It was everything a chocolate cake should be. In a nutshell, I would return for coffee and a piece of the chocolate cake. Parking: This place had no parking lot. You had to find a spot on the street to park.

This place has always been good to me. Went with my sister and had two huge sandwiches. She decided on the Turkey California Club and I went with the Crab Salad Sandwich. We BOTH thoroughly enjoyed our meals with the pasta salad. I decided to try one of the soups of the day, asparagus soup, after feeling drawn to the pasta salad. Unfortunately, I wasnt impressed. If I went back, I would try something different. I wasnt terribly hungry, so got the eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast. Eggs were fine, cooked as I requested. The hash browns were the frozen shredded potatoes cooked up, nothing to write home about and not very plentiful. The bacon was fine. The toast options seemed limited to me; the whole wheat choice wasnt very flavorful/interesting. Also, they were delivered unbuttered, which leads to unmelted butter.

First time visiting the location. We came during lunch hour and ordered a turkey sandwich and a BLT. The BLT was a bit dry, and the house salad that came with it was mostly just spinach. The Turkey sandwich wasnt that bad, and the onion soup that came with it wasnt half bad either, but.... the prices that they had were a bit outrageous. For the sandwiches and a drink were around 30 dollars. We looked into getting a burger, but every one of those was around 20 dollars a piece. For the price I have to say it was not worth it for us. We still recommend trying it to form your own opinion. I would recommend stopping in the front half and trying some of their froze treats, though. Vegetarian options: There were a variety of Salads to choose from.

This is my second time coming here and again I am NOT disappointed. The mimosas here are so good! Today I had the chicken salad and it was one of the best I ve ever had. Customer service is top notch!! Our waiter (cannot remember his name but he had glasses and long hair) was very speedy and attentive - always making sure we were taken care of. An early Sunday morning trip to Old Town Spring to eat breakfast at Lynns table was exceptional! Delicious coffee and a beautiful omelet were on my menu this morning . I have ordered the traditional burger twice and tried the mac and cheese on one of my visits. The first time, I requested cheese on the burger and didnt receive it. When I realized it, I had already left. The second time I asked for no mayo and to add mustard. They surely added the mustard. The burger was dripping with both of the condiments. Its frustrating to spend $15 plus on a burger for this happen more than once.

Rode our bikes and stopped for lunch. Tuna melt was fabulous! Hubby and I shared and it was plenty of food. Their sandwiches are huge. Waiter was amazing. Very polite, attentive and knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients. Enjoyed his accent and attitude!

This place is amazing. I have been 3 times and each time I ordered something different. Burger, Turkey sandwich and Ruben. ALL delicious and fresh!!! Service is consistent, fast, friendly and just very pleasant attitude. The only thing I dont like is no heaters outside on patio. This would of course be a super plus. I personally just enjoy eating outside unless its raining. Hope this helps!

The waiter asked how we wanted our burgers cooked we requested medium. The burgers were well done and dry. The toppings were thrown on top of the burgers. The special of the day was a disappointing Duck Étouffée which had no taste. The service was very spotty we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. Come on! For the price it would have been better to go to another restaurant.

Visited twice in the last month and food was great both times. Large menu with something for everyone but especially nice to find menu items with German tilt. Loved the schnitzel red cabbage and German potato salad. Good place for a good meal in historic Old Town Spring.

Nice comfortable interior food is decent presentation it would be a little better but its not really bad. Lady in the morning I wish would have served is a happy person I wish she would have waited on us, the male server that a little on stoic side that took over is kind of decent as well. Last time we was here very accommodating said our dog passed the test said we was able to dine inside from now on. Went back this morning checked in they said it would be 20 minutes. We waited and returned for them to tell us we wasn t allowed inside with our dog because someone said my dog barked earlier. Which is a lie. So beware if you take your dog with you. If they are busy your dog will not be allowed. Will not be back to this place again. My dog whined briefly. Having a German Shepherd if he barked every one would have heard it including you. So maybe your manager might learn the difference between a whine and a bark. On to your manager she never handed us a thing or tried to. She s a pretty good liar. Do you tell people if they re kids throw a fit there not welcome. As I recall you re the one that came out to the patio to tell us how well behaved he was, and past the test. As you have the right to refuse service to anyone , I have the right to tell people about my experience and not eat there. Hope you and your lying manager have a nice day

Very quaint restaurant,friendly service and knowledgeable of the menu items.. Burger was delicious perfectly cooked and my Reuben sandwich was the best I have ever had..the corned beef was cooked to perfection! Potatoes salad was delicious..salad was a bit disappointing .the ranch dressing had a sour taste and the salad had the bitter spring mix .only one piece of a tomato and one slice of cucumber so not very satisfying...the burger had two tiny lil pickles and didnt come with cheese and the price to add more pickles was $1.50...and the cheese I believe was the same price to add,which I thought was a bit much...but the burger didnt disappoint...I am anxious to try other items on the menu like for breakfast or dinner.. definitely going back! Parking is not for handicapped..had to walk half a mile!

I over heard the owners of the company talking to their staff and about their staff like trash! The chef was literally cussing out the two young girls working in the kitchen like they were grown men working construction. The food is great. There is just no way I could support a business that speaks to anyone like that for any reason. He was berating them and screaming profanities in their faces . I was appalled. Will never come back n

My wife and I were BLOWN away by both the food and the service. Our waitress Heather was absolutely so nice and friendly. Recommended some great options. The food was SOO GOOD. We had chicken salad and Reuben and both were best we ever had. The chef/owner Mathew was walking around and we were lucky to meet him. Great guy who Puts a lot of pride into his food. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to Spring TX.

I discovered Lynns Table several years ago. As a home inspector, I often find a place to eat near wherever I wind up being for the day and work on an inspection report. Lynns Table is one of my favorite places ... the food, the service, the peacefulness, the camaraderie with the other guests, the pets (ha!) - inviting and wonderful! Yesterday was our 43rd anniversary. I called ahead and asked to reserve a table outside. Arriving to Old Town Spring at 10:00 and after perusing a few shops, we arrived at Noon to find an outside reserved table with a white tablecloth waiting for us. Such a class act! Thanks Lynn and your staff for making our day even more special! Double Five Stars!!

Great atmosphere and conveniently located in the heart of Old Town Spring. The waitress recommended the French Dip which was not on the menu We were very surprised to find out on our tab they were $25 each not including the macoroni & cheese sides that were an additional cost. For that amount, we would have expected excellent food quality and not average. On top of that, we waited at least 30 minutes which was another surprise since the restaurant was relatively empty. The waitress was polite and explained that she shared this feedback with the owner however no action was taken after that. We ll look for other options next time we visit. It s unfortunate because we enjoy the restaurant as part of our past tradition visiting the area. In the end, we enjoyed the atmosphere but felt taken advantage of. Recommendation to the management is simply post your pricing on the menu for specials, as well as signage helps. Good communication is always key.

The wife and I had lunch, I had the gourmet chili cheese dog and she had the breast of turkey sandwich and sweet tea The sweet tea is to die for literally Perfect. The dogs were all beef and chili was exquisite, the atmosphere great and we were loaned a complimentary umbrella to get to our car in the rain. Thank yall so much!

Kim was extremely helpful and a delight! She understands dietary restrictions and can modify most everything for you. They use only the best ingredients with none of the garbage in most foods! Even the mayo is clean and delicious! You ve GOT to try Lynn s Table! Dietary restrictions: No nitrite/nitrate,bad oils, GMO etc. Even free range eggs and certified Wagu beef.

So very disappointed the prime rib French dip was very fatty and cold. It should not have been called a special because it was $25. And worth $3.00. The bread was the only good thing. My ham sandwich was so dry I literally took my bread and just ate the ham and cheese lettuce and tomato s. we went with a group of 20 for mom birthday and they didn t try to make her feel special at all. Except to tell her thank you for bringing us with her. I felt well why not say. Happy birthday at least. And to top it off we didn t get any drinks refills from server.

This place is super homey and the food is delish! Service was very friendly and accommodating. A lot of options in their menu and fresh food served. Their coffee was the highlight! They offer flavors to be added in the coffee and I had a foamy cappuccino with amaretto flavor ! I also tried their cheese sandwich and their soup of the day which was smoked pork and veggies. I went with a group of friends and the server was very caring I would consider coming back here. In the picture was my friends plate of pita chicken sandwich with salad just remember that this option is a little spicy because of the pico de gallo that comes with jalapenos Thank you for your service !

Its always a pleasure to dine at Lynns Table. If youre in for breakfast, I definitely recommend the corned beef hash. Ive been devouring it for years! And you cant go wrong with the quiche at any time of the day. The quiche Lorraine and the Southwest are my go-tos. So delicious! Parking: There are lots of parking options when you visit Old Town Spring. For Sunday brunch, we usually find decent street parking available. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly with the menu and atmosphere. We always see families with kids here. Wheelchair accessibility: 100% wheelchair accessible. Its ramps all the way to the door!
