I recently had to opportunity to work with Tiffany and Shannon on a transaction and highly recommend this dynamic team. While I certainly found them to be customer focused, going above and beyond, they were just as responsive and accommodating with their professional partners. Not all title companies are created equal, its so important to have a good team in place. I would recommend them without hesitation and hope to work with them again in the future.

Told me Id receive my funds in about an hour, I emailed 5 hours later and they stated they missed the deadline to wire the money. Didnt care to let me know. When I asked when it would be transferred, they acted like it was an inconvenience to let me know. Despite it being over 24 hours after closing with no funds transferred. Buyers realtor chose this company, otherwise, I would have chose to go to a company that has better communication.

If you want truly caring, professional, do whatever it takes to get you closed title company; this is the branch you want to choose! Tiffany and Shannon will work to make sure all is handled properly. We had a nightmare closing (due to buyer lender incompetence) but these Ladies really worked hard to make it all work! Freedom Title, these ladies deserve your kudos!

Sarah Gilliland and her escrow team have been incredibly professional and helpful in working with our clients, even under the most trying circumstances. And George Galloway, wearing his G&G Law Firm hat has been a unequaled legal resource for my clients, and me personally, several times. Aside from their up-beat spirits and attitudes, the best part of working with Sarah and George is that they are accessible.
