My wife took me here for lunch and I was not impressed. I had a Panini with Chicken and I could make a better version with a Rotisserie Chicken and Pesto. The chips were greasy, if our waitress would have checked on us I would have sent them back. The Industrial decor was tired and it appeared to be lots of ladies eating Salads and chatting. Nothing about the Restaurant gave me an Italian or Mediterranean vibe.

This place rocks. I stopped in for the first time to have lunch. I had the tomato soup and grilled cheese. It was absolutely amazing. I plan on going back very soon to try other menu items. Went for Sunday noon snack and wine. Bartenderess was wonderful sharing tips and suggestions. Turned us onto the special champagne bottle, which was chilled perfectly. Our board was very tasty and the mushroom fondue is my favorite. Will be back very soon!!

I just watched another one of our favorite servers leave in tears. I have noticed since coming back a few months ago after a very bad experience about a year ago the past month or so our favorite waitresses are leaving? I especially love having my work meetings at Postinos in Southlake when Nava is our waitress. No matter the day you had or are having she makes you smile and laugh with her cute jokes and treatment. I especially like to be treated with 100% respect and to be completely honest I pay for the best service so I get it with my favorite waitresses. Now another one is most likely gone. Im not sure I asked a server and was told she didnt know. Its funny when I see them leave with tears (assuming management cant manage) they are never seen again. So if Nava happens to see this review please let me know where you go. Im pretty sure you left too as I have seen so many go in the past month or so. My friends and I will come and see you. I could be wrong and she may be back but I will say if this server is gone, my friends, co-workers and I will not be back. Its the service I demand that means the most to me. I can get a good bottle of wine and finger food somewhere else. I am not trying to down the restaurant however, your staff has been amazing to me and my crew but you are running them off! I have seen management treat these servers in ways I would NEVER treat my staff. I appreciate all my staff does. We all have good and bad days but again this concerning. Another waitress leaves in tears!?! What are they doing to the staff?! Poor management at this location. This is a restaurant in need of rescue. I will be finding out if another one of my servers has left. Especially our favorite one, Nava. I do not know her name but that is how she asks you call her. Addison location is to far for us so update pending on this review. I hope to see Nava again?

We had such a blast on our first visit and were definitely coming back. The $25 bottle and board is the best! A bottle of wine and a bruschetta board for $25. The service is always amazing and they remember us by name. This is our new Friday night hangout spot. Cherise is the boss and I went out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Miranda, Amy and Courtney are the best bartenders ever. Theyre always smiling and always attentive. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining on the stunning patio, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! Michelle, the manager, was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail of our visit was perfect. Joseph, our server, provided top-notch service friendly, knowledgeable, and always a step ahead in ensuring our glasses were never empty. The Tuesday board and wine bottle deal is an absolute steal! My daughter introduced me to Postino (Southlake) this summer where she was living nearby for a summer internship. Side note: she has celiac and frequented Postino because of the staff s knowledge of celiac and care preparing gluten-free food. On each of my visits to see her, we made the routine stop at Postino. The food was consistently delicious and the wait staff was knowledgeable and Texas-friendly. On our last visit, the manager Cherisie made a special visit to our table to make sure we knew how seriously they took the celiac issue. Amazing experience!

My husband & I came for a light meal, & we loved the vibe of the restaurant- low key & cozy. A big plus is that the workers were not only friendly, but happy to work there. My husband and I are both wine cult members so we have gone to Postino a lot in the past. We have also been to many different location, mostly in the Phoenix area. We have recently moved from Arizona to Texas, so this is only our second time dining at the Southlake location. This visit, we planned to pick up both of our wine cult bags, enjoy our monthly free glass of wine and share a bruschetta board. On the positive side, Will, our server was fantastic and went out of his way to accommodate our request. I am unable to eat cheese and most dairy. This has never been a problem before as they have always substituted whatever I wanted and we have been able to end up with wonderful bruschetta boards that I could eat without any additional charge. This time, however, I was told that I could only substitute the cheese for another cheese. If I wanted to have a non cheese sauce as the base, each bruschetta would be charged an additional $2.00. As I mentioned, Will was wonderful and said he would see what he could do and thought he could get the manager to credit the up charge since it was an allergy. When it came time to pay, he said that the manager was not able to discount the additional charges but she did give me half off my glass of wine. Although I m sure her intentions were good, I only had one glass of wine and had planned to use my free monthly wine as I won t be back before it expires. Also, since it was happy hour, the wine was only $6. So, I ended up paying the extra charges for the substitutions on the board, $3.00 for a glass of wine and I didn t get to use my monthly free glass of wine. I realize that this was not a huge expense but it was certainly not the experience that we have been used to in the past. Also, there are no bruschetta options available on the menu for dairy free or no cheese and I hardly think that putting a different spread on the bread should require an additional charge. Both of our wine cult memberships will expire soon and we had planned on continuing our membership. Even though the food was good and the service was excellent, after our experience today, we will have to seriously consider whether we will continue as wine cult members.

Food is amazing. I ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got to it. They give justice to the food that may be considered as simple but it is not a simple task. The food is delicious. I got the bruschetta with 4 different kinds of spreads (salmon and pesto, mascarpone and prosciutto, mozzarella basil tomato, and the fig and green apples). I got the meatballs. I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup. I wanted to see what the rave was about and try out their food. It lived up to the expectations and more! Every Tuesday I sit in Cheys section out on the patio and every weekend for brunch I sit at the bar for Chase (the bartender). The first thing I noticed was this place is very cozy and full of plants and natural lighting. I stopped in with a few friends and we all enjoyed ourselves. I had the chicken mozzarella Panini with focaccia bread. There was a lot of chicken on it and the sun-dried tomato sauce was extremely tasty. I loved the bread. It was on as well. Could ve been a little bit warmer, but it was cold because it was so much of it because it was slightly thicker on one side than the other. My friends each had a skillet with a meatball and a soft boiled egg. Tater tots on the side were bigger than any I ve ever seen. They both really enjoyed their meals as well. It was too early to drink at brunch time for me, but they had a special of 2 pints of beer for six bucks.

Employees are very confused about the menu and the wine club .My friend joined the annual club and they could not seem to apply discount without going back and forth between the manager also had a difficult time splitting the check. Then to top it off I was told since it was mine and my wifes first time we would receive a free bruschetta. This place did not disappoint! The atmosphere was upscale, but laid back and inviting, with a large outdoor patio with comfortable seating. The service was fantastic. Joseph was helpful and attentive, and he was so right about the OMG grilled cheese! Speaking of food, it was all just as good as it sounds. The mushroom fondue was deliciously savory and salty with a nice basil flavor to keep it fresh, not heavy. The apple, fig, Brie bruschetta was bright and crisp and creamy. The moscato was sweet with the soft tartness of fresh fruit, not cloying or sugary. Expect to pay around 20$ per plate and bring some friends to share with. Be sure to check out their special: 25$ for a full bottle of wine and your choice of 4 bruschetta Mondays and Tuesdays after 8pm. They also have wine to go! I can t wait to go back. Vegans look elsewhere, but vegetarians should definitely give it a shot.
