My girlfriend and I (also known as my wife) enjoyed the tropical stork s arrival. Amazing appetizers: we really love the lake fire - fried green beans with a side of sirrachi sauce. Plus you can feel the barge move a little on the water: 295 Barge. Of course I loved this place when it was lances turtle club.

1 Tito s and sugar free red bull - charged me $23 - bartender was plastered and it was just a messy vibe. Definitely overcharged me - and I m sure it was end of the night vibe when you walk into a local bar that s about to close which gave it that vibe. 1 plus is the bar is located on the water !

My favorite bar in the city tried others but none matches the vibez of the Barge. Great selection of music and the live musicians are 10/10 I just hate I always get there for the last few songs. Bartenders are great food is even better thought they do have some beautiful ladies working Ive just never tasted one lol hope the wife doesnt see this review or you guys are going to start seeing me a lot more often.

Like many, I will travel for good crawfish. Im stuck out in New England and cant find that here. While visiting back home in Texas, I came across reviews for this place...and let me tell you --it did NOT disappoint. Its probably the best youll get in the area without throwing a backyard boil yourself. Be aware, this is an ACTUAL barge so if you get motion sick, this may be a challenge. The entire barge rocks. Would not recommend for small children. However I love it! There was live music, even in the peak heat of the day Memorial weekend. We ordered at the bar directly and received our orders PROMPTLY. We did not wait for table service. I would definitely recommend a try and will be back myself.

I went here and sat at the bar upstairs. At first I was offered a drink immediately. After opening a tab, my second drink took quite a while. The blonde at the bar asked if I wanted another, which I replied...yes please. She then favored her friends seated behind me, and got them drinks before mine. Although I ordered first. Then I sat 10 minutes watching her behind the bar totally disregard me being there ! I had to shout ...excuse me ...can I get my drink ! Come on ! It took a moment to grab a bottle of beer and hand it to me. When she finally brought it, she set it down, and walked away without even looking my way ! Rude and horrible service ! Better places in Seabrook to waste my money than here !

This place is COOL! We loved it. We walked in and were a little unsure but then we were greeted by a lovely bartender. She went over and above. We are from Australia so things are a little different. She helped us with food choice and even peeling the crawfish, recommended how much to order to start and let me tell you the food was fresh, spicy and sooo good. We ordered two pounds of crawfish and the lobster ravioli and shared between two of us. Our son said their fries were amazing. All round amazing Texas experience. Thank you so much. Mother s Day was perfect. Try this place out!

Cool little hang out place. I wasnt impressed by the food though. I kept i simple, 1/2 dozen grilled Parmesan garlic oysters, a dozen boiled shrimp, fried shrimp plate and a bucket of beer. The oysters were so small, no bigger than a marble , and the cheese was barely melted. The shrimp was good but would recommend it not be on ice after its boiled. The butter sauce had a flavor that I just couldnt tell what it was and was off putting. My husband did like the fried shrimp plate. I can see hanging out here to have a few drink and some appetizers but not a main meal. It was pretty windy that night also, which made the restaurant sway, so if you easily get motion sickness, dont go on a windy day. It might not have been as bad if we would have been on the 1st floor but we were on the 2nd floor where the live entertainment was. I have to say, he was very good.

I have been going here for years. I love to attend the Pirate Church on Sunday at 11:15. This place is a hot spot any time of day or night. They always have good bands, food and drinks. The staff is friendly. I love the rocking of the boat, it makes me feel at home. Drive, sail, motor or dinghy your way right into this great establishment!!!

Atmosphere is great, I got a lb. of cold boiled shrimp (its shrimp only) it had a good spice and flavor (prefer medium sized) wife got the fried fish plate. I would compare the batter and texture to Captain Ds (not country style), it also had a good flavor and the fries are kind of like seasoned fries. We also got a couple of canned beverages and a Bushwhacker (it was ok, used to the ones in Fla.). We would definitely go back

The Garlic Chili Crawfish... oh my G... the end! lol. The atmosphere and their prices are good, and the service is above par... but their food is soooo good. Especially their crawfish. The place gets packed, so get you a bucket of beers to save you and the staff some headache. The barge is a chill place and the people and staff are always friendly. The live music is nice when they have it and best of all... its pet friendly. Just be sure to keep note that its on the water and the barge rocks a little bit from time to time, but its not that bad. All in all, its a very chill spot with good food and awesome crawfish at a great price.

5 Star rating for the food at this spot. Crawfish was really good, but only got 1 potato and 1 corn, per lb (ordered as he ate). Still, really yummy. Shrimp tacos were stuffed with shrimp, very generous portion! And grilled perfectly. The Hawaiian sandwich was exceptional and some of the best fries weve had in a minute. The tea tasted instant or maybe just not fresh, but we did not complain. It was doable. Service was a little lacking, but we ate inside, and the server was also the bartender. It looked like she was the only one serving everyone down there, so we overlooked it and helped ourselves to napkins or condiments that were on other tables. This joint is on the water (literally on a barge), so although we went at night, Im sure the view a whole vibe during daylight hours. The patio upstairs seemed to be the happening spot, but since it was chilly and we had the kids, we sat inside. Would definitely come visit again and check that out next time. Definitely recommend.

The crawfish were large. They use that fake butter, though. I hate the fake butter. No table service. You have to go to the bar. Not a huge place, so its not too bad. I believe its the old Turtle Club I went to in college :). Great view and they had a chill band out when I was there last weekend. Really good band. Decent Bloody Marys but no olives. Made me sad. I miss fully loaded bloody Marys! Many dont have anymore. Overall, we had a really nice time and enjoyed ourselves very much! Fun, casual waterfront bar. Parking is a little cagey. Adventures awaits lol

I can t review this location other than to say that it was extremely unwelcoming to my wife and me, two middle-aged people who don t drink. It s fine, not every place is for everybody. We arrived early on a Saturday evening in January. The parking lot was unpaved, very dark and had huge potholes and ruts. We walked over the walkway and got to the front door, and we didn t see anything but a bar. It didn t look anything at all like a restaurant. We turned heel and left. Not for us. If you like that kind of place, I hope you enjoy it.

If youre looking to grab a drink in the area Barge is probably my favorite spot. Its on the water. They have great food specials. Just did the all you can eat snow crab special for $42, so good! Awesome Crawfish when in season. Steak night Mondays...I could say more. Kid-friendliness: Sometimes they have a kid friendly atmosphere in the outdoors area, but I wouldnt generally bring my kids its more of a bar atmosphere with a middle aged crowd.

We went to eat during lunch. Service was good. Wings were delicious in my opinion. Walked through the bar (note it was off season/early) and noticed how fun their amenties look. The top bar looked fun equiped with extra ACs and fans for hoy weather. Their outside yard looked even better! They have a bar coveniently located in the middle, a volleyball court, a stage for bands and plenty of spaces to lounge and relax to some good music. Would like to check then out in a good night and check the environment! Note: Its a laid back kinda bar. Not a dress up with heels kinda place IMO. BAHFL accepted

The food was okay, not exceptional, If you want to dine together you better order the same dish. My buddy ordered a BLT and I ordered a burger. He had to wait 15 mins for my food to come out. I told him to go ahead and eat so his food doesnt get soggy but he responded that if he wanted to eat alone he wouldve come alone. The server (Alayna) didnt come back to check on us so we had to call her over to ask about my food and she said a burger takes longer than a BLT? how does that work? As we waited we noticed there was a dog sitting on the bar where people eat and the server was petting it while handling food and drinks and never washed her hands after. Not a great experience. take your sanitary wipes with you as you dont know whats been sitting where you will be eating and ask your server if her hands are sanitary. You have been advised.

Great place to hang out. Very nice people and awesome views. Beer is not super cold. They need to hire a HVAC guy to service there refrigerators there probably low on refrigerant.
