If youre looking this company up for potential employment think hard about what you are willing to put up with in terms of professionalism. I took a role at One Support as I found myself needing a job that was work from home for family reasons. The conditions of this position was: -Pay at 1/2 of what the usual going rate for similar work was -Required to provide 60 hours of availability every week (though you do work only 40 hours). This means basically 5 days a week you need yo give them a window of 12 hours you can work. -Schedules are not the same week to week, so its impossible to plan a consistent life outside of work. The professionalism was rock bottom and the worst I have ever seen. -The supervisor I had stated he needed to be called and talked to for basically any reason where you needed to talk to him. Company chat/email/text/voicemail did not count as trying to communicate with him. -The training is not actually training. The training is Hey, this tool exists, you will use it, but you are not shown common (let alone uncommon) examples of how to use the tool. We spent multiple days literally doing nothing (I sat there filling out other applications haha for hours) while waiting to finally getting access to these tools. -During integration into doing the job, we were all assigned people to shadow. 3 of my 4 shadows never joined up with me and I was just sitting there with my thumb up my bum being pestered by management why I wasnt taking tickets when I havent been shown how to do anything nor know what the policy of anything is because the shadows do not want to teach or worse, are not aware they are signed up for this. This issue affected other new hires too, our team chat was full of people asking the managers what was happening. If you are in desperate need of any job and cant leave home (no car, medical issue, etc), sure this works. But I would rather take a job at fast food paying 50% more, more consistent scheduling, and some amount of professional standards, over the crap these guys pull. Thankfully something better came up for me.

You know, you wouldnt THINK that THE google - the REAL one - would permit these weasels to operate under the name Google One Support, would you? Call em up, listen to them pretend to not be able to find your account under your name and phone number, and then offer to provide tech support at $70-whatever per year and $11-whatever per month. What YOU wanted was GoogleOne Support. See the difference now? Not Google One, but GoogleOne. How SILLY of you.

I used them a few years ago and they were good now terrible! They screw up billing, their tech support reps many of them are not skilled to do the job. If you do have a problem you can t even talk to any body as a supervisor except with a call back which I never got. Poor service. I would not recommend using this company.

Had difficulties with computer and android , contacted one support and was fortunate to have Foster answer. She was excellent in assisting with my issues on both computer and my android phone. She ws able to rectify problems and provide assistance with attacks on my phone attempting to scam me. Another employee over the weekend advised they could not do anything for me on my phone. Foster is great individual, personality second to none. Thank you for having her on your staff Joe Adams

I have had mainly very positive experiences with OneSupport in the past. My luck ran out on the last encounter. It took 24 hours to get through to a tech support person. Finally a young man took my call and we began to search for a missing folder in Windows 10. Hoo boy! This gentleman had NO IDEA how to help me and made one stupid suggestion after the other. He then made a suggestion so absurd i had to call him out on it, as politely as I could. He didnt like that so his solution was to hang up on me without saying a word. Rude. I then call a techy friend of mind who finds the folder and files immediately using a windows utility or tab on the tray below. Sad. If this sort of thing happens again I will have to find an alternative to my OneSupport subscription.

What a horrible place. My girlfriend was just let go, because she stood up for herself on a call where the guy was being rude. Then they said she wasnt learning fast enough but it was the end of her second week, her training week, with one day she lost a day of training cause her mentor was sick and they didnt make it up, nor did they care when she asked for another day of training. I am beyond sickened. She needed this job and she was so happy to have a job with benefits and paid somewhat decent.

Better than other call centers Ive worked for. Ive been able to meet some of my closest friends here. But like most corporations they have some things being stuck in the mud and doesnt seem to be quick in fixing. If you find a great team, they help make the work easier.

I worked here myself for a little over a year, It was the worst job experience I have ever had. The managers were nice but had very unrealistic set goals especially when you were doing IT Tech support remotely with calls that could well last over an hour and a half, they expect you to have things wrapped up quicker than are physically possible, meanwhile not only are you doing IT support they will put you on some other contract that isnt remotely what you thought you would be doing when you were hired on and the customers you would get calling you would break you down mentally because they did not prepare us properly to even be able to assist these new contracts. DO NOT work for this company and any company that wants to partner with them I highly suggest that you dont. Its a complete waste of time and energy.

Im making sure people see this. If youre thinking about applying here, DONT. I worked as an online tech. This company has been the worst place I have worked for by far. They dragged me along for 6 months before even hiring me, in which I had to apply TWICE they lost the application the first time, everything started out fine. Their systems are broken and there is always a problem with a server or a website thats crucial to the job. When I was working here, they started to micromanage supervisor transfers because alot of us were wasting time waiting for one to pick up, which is understandable. Then they completely got rid of the supervisor transfer, which meant that handling verbally abusive customers fell onto the shoulders of untrained level one techs. I purposely didnt want a high position because my mental health cannot handle that. When they got rid of the transfer, they gave us forms to fill out for the customers to get a call back from a supervisor, which obviously did not please angry customers. As well as we started getting customers who were calling and already had three forms filled out for them and nobody had called them. This company provides zero answers that satiate the anger of impatient customers. There are some agents who actively give out misinformation that you have to combat or correct. Even some agents that will lie and give the customers what they want to hear just to have their anger fall onto somebody else. Even when I thought things couldnt get worse, they started micromanaging the supervisor callback form, we had to ask permission to fill it out.. So not only did we have to deal with the stress of abusive customers, but we also had to explain how we tried to deescalate the situation WHILE the customer is still yelling in our ears. AS THE BOTTOM OF THE FOOD CHAIN, LEVEL ONE TECH. needless to say I quit after 6 months, but thats not the worst part. This company is refusing to send me my W2, meaning I havent even gotten my stimulus check because I CANT FILE MY TAXES. Ive reached out to SEVERAL people within the company, nothing has been done and Ive gotten no reply. Tells you how much they care about their employees right? they dont, in the slightest. The only good that came out of this experience is the people, the people were nice. I once got in trouble for talking to them too much in the team chat room. Some team leaders are understanding of when you need a break from all the verbal abuse, but in no way does this mean that this company has your wellbeing in mind in the slightest.

My wife started here, regardless of the poor expectations we had, hoping it would be different then expected. The training and mentor phases were horrible. There is no accounting for those who are new, they are expected to know everything. The mentor was rude and disrespectful and really irritated me with the treatment of my wife, neglecting how embarrassing somethings can be when you dont know how to do something, ask for help, and then the mentor attacks you for not knowing and this occurred to other workers as well. He was even rude to some customers as far as I am aware and specifically should lose his job. The company has potential, I think, but the process the workers need to go through needs to drastically change. I dont know why anyone would want to deal with all this for such minimal pay. Being treated like a human is worth more than 12/hr.

A year ago, my computer was hacked. I contacted One Support. They were able to remove all of the viruses from my computer and cleaned it up. Since then, they have supported in scanning issues, printer issues, and other Microsoft and program issues. I like having my own support team to call anytime of the day when the need arises. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. Well worth the money and you can add another computer for support for a small fee. Peace of mind. Highly recommend them.

Got OneSupport a year ago because my computer freaked out on me. The Tech helped me out and solved the problem! A year later I forgot my login information called to see if they could help me and was greeted with open arms, patience, kindness and was walked through everything. After a year of not needing tech support I was wondering if I should still allocate $14.99 to the service... after the phone call I put my phone down and said now THATS customer sevice and a monthly payment I am pleased with! Thank you OneSupport!

I emailed you 8 days before the renewal date requesting that you NOT renew this service. Apparently this request was ignored and you renewed it anyway. When I tried to call your service line, the call would not go through. It would seem that you are focused on scamming the people whom you serve. I will be filing a dispute with the credit card company.

Robert Adkins was very lacking in customer service skills. He was extremely good at communicating his education level repeatedly. He berated me for 30 minutes while not answering the 2 questions I asked. He refused to let me speak to his supervisor. With his 4 year computer degree that he kept boasting about if he would have told me to turn off and reset my computer it would have been very simple. That is what I tried when I got off the phone with him and tried and it resolved the issue. If this company wants to succeed in the future I would suggest some customer service and how to relate to people training. Thank you.
