Service was not good. You have to get napkins and forks by yourself. They serve your food in a metal tray. They allow animals in the restaurant, very unhealthy. Food was very greasy, not the quality a regular restaurant will give you. Prices were high, for the kind of food they sell. An order of pancakes took for ever. If you want to waste your money, that is the place. Overall, not good at all. Next time I will go to McDonalds.

The food here is downright inedible and disgusting. The server was rude. The cook looked like he was miserable. The kitchen looks filthy from what you can see from the register. I wanted to walk away, but against my better judgement I ordered sweet potatoes fries. They were bland, undercooked, greasy, and saltless. I threw them away.

The company said they were looking for us after we waited for 2 sandwiches and fries, but nobody came up to the table asking. Even if we had ordered at the window, nobody would have come up. The people next to us ordered 15 minutes before us (exact same orders ironically) and still hadn t gotten their food by the time we went up to the window and asked with our receipt. Not to mention, the chicken sando is supposed to come with chips and clearly it s not even worth a damn.

MAAAAN, I came to Industry Restaurant yesterday for lunch and was so disappointed ! Ordered @ 11:57 am and saw the waitstaff tending to several to go orders before tending to dine in customers. Got my chips, queso & tea right away and saw people that ordered after me get their food, again waitstaff tending to to go orders. Finally @ 12:37 pm I asked where my food was, a side salad & Fish Tacos. My order was there sitting under the heat lamps for GOD only knows how long and it was brought to me. Salad HOT, Tacos including the tortillas were hard as a ROCK. I took one bite of each & got up to leave. The server asked if everything was good after I got a tea to go and I just chuckled, but really I wasn t happy at all. Really dissatisfied with the service and the food ! And of course I tipped 20% when I ordered so they got 3 over on me. One was the service ! Two was the wait & food ! Three was the tip when the order was placed !

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. Despite the order at the counter setup, the staff couldnt handle a busy night. We waited over an hour after ordering just to be told they were out of shrimp, fish, and brisket, leaving us with only chicken tacos, which we reluctantly agreed to since that is not what we wanted. Another 30 minutes go by, and we still didn t receive our food. Ordered fries and didn t get those and still had to pay for them. Our drinks were also delayed, arriving when we had decided to leave. Everyone ate at our table except us, even though we ordered at the same time. Just to add, the chips that came with my cousins burger looked like they just poured out from the bottom of the bag. They were small pieces & crumbs. I fully understand nights like these happen, however the apology felt half-hearted, and the overpriced menu didnt match the atmosphere. For what we paid, the experience was far from worth it, and wouldnt recommend this place if ur planning to come on a busy night.

Over priced for what you get. Our waiter was running around took have of the tables orders and didn t write them down. He came back and asked for the orders again. We wait for 20min just for our waters and he only brought have of the table waters. All of our food came out at significantly different times. Some people had there food in 10min others where waiting for 45mins to get there food. Time they got there food the others had finished. We also had to send back drinks and food we ordered because they were not the right. After we finally ordered they came back 3 different times saying that had ran out of food that was ordered. I went to the bathroom came back and my food was gone. I was not finished with it, they didn t ask anyone at the table if I was finished they just took it. Someone at our table spoke with the manger about it, he was rude and seemed put out that we were trying to explain how difficult and frustrating our first and last time experience was. Will never recommend or return.

Manager Wendi Wade is always very attentive. Ive seen him every time Ive been there and hes always been so kind despite it being so busy. And an employee by the name of Grayson M was delightful to talk to at the register and also was very attentive. I noticed both of these people going above and beyond while keeping a kind and professional air Side note, the chips and queso are literally addicting and theyre a good size serving too. Their cheese is real and the cilantro (I think??? Little green leaves) is insanely good and I dont even like cilantro

Sadly unable to eat here with a soy allergy but the service is incredible! Several staff members were very helpful in determining what was and was not safe. Being plant based and no soy is very hard. Thats on me. Not them. If soy wasnt an issue there would be SO many amazing (even vegan) options. Try them out!

I really enjoyed the chili cheese fries, but the other items I ordered were not as good as I d hoped they d be. The half grilled chicken was nice but the rice was not cooked completely and had little to no flavor. While the customer service was good, there seemed to be information lost in translation with the kitchen. The person I was with made a request about the preparation of their food and it came out incorrect. The live music and atmosphere was nice

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Industry, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing, with unique menu options that were both delicious and fresh. I was really excited to eat here after eating here last summer and having a decent experience. We were in town for a retreat for my work. I was not feeling like a burger so I ordered the brussels sprouts appetizer figuring at nine dollars, It should be big enough and then I would get a macaroni and cheese as well, which was eight dollars. $18 for my appetizer portion things but I figured it would be OK. After 30 minutes they finally brought out just the brussels sprouts and I had to do a double take. The bowl looks like a tiny little side was maybe 3 across. I ate them within a minute and was still starving and it definitely was not worth the nine dollar price tag. Another 15 to 20 my macaroni and cheese finally arrived. Undercooked, quite literally crunchy, but it was cold and again definitely not worth the eight dollar price tag. I would ve been better off going to Hopdoddy, which I did the following night for the same price, I received a giant heaping fresh bowl of Brussel sprouts , which I couldn t finish, for the same price. If you re gonna be local and interesting, do better. I m not sure if they re very understaffed or what, but there were not a ton of people in the restaurant and they kind of forgot our entire group. My friend waited 45 minutes for a BLT. Our waters also tasted very off and the cups were all dirty.

I thought this place was going to be a winner. The atmosphere was nice and the two servers we interacted with were great, but restaurants are about the food. Unfortunately, the food was lacking. My chicken was overcooked and dry. My husbands chicken was cooked great but over salted and my sons BLT sandwich was burnt. To top it off, One of the server went out on the patio, picked up a dog bowl, went to the drink area and filled the dog bowl directly from deck mount glass filler. For critics, it would have been best for him to take a to-go cup with water in it out to the dog bowl on the patio. This place is a hard no for me and should be for anyone that cares about hygiene and well prepared food.

Was really excited about trying this place out but ended up pretty disappointed. We recognized right away that they were busy when we got there and did our best to give them grace. The atmosphere was nice despite how over crowded it felt. It was VERY obvious that they were understaffed/overwhelmed. We, at one point, heard staff members fighting with each other out in the open d/t cooks being backed up with orders and waiters getting irritated. Awkward for the costumers. The bathroom was pretty gross, no toilet paper and no soap in the soap dispenser. They were out of a lot of food, which was weird because we were there promptly at 11:45 on a Saturday. No kids fish sticks, no shrimp, no ketchup. When our food finally arrived almost an hour from the time we ordered, my husbands tacos were cold, my daughters fries and chicken tenders (which were actually half chicken thighs) were over cooked, and my fish was mostly batter and soggy fish. We ALWAYS give a second chance and will be back to give it another shot in a month, hoping that they redeem themselves then!

Subpar. The chicken patties used seem to be preprocessed or the quality is so low that it seemed fake. Fish tacos were primarily crust and mushy fish which had no taste. The house margarita was way too salty. Thanks to the doors being open, flys have easy access to your table. The bathroom was looking crazy. At least the fries were good.

Fantastic service, great good. We ve been coming here for years, it used to be a Sunday routine for us and our friends. The quality took a dip during/right after Covid which was pretty disappointing, so we stopped coming as much. I m so pleased to say the old Industry is back!!! I ve been quite a few times over the past few months and the food is consistently 10/10. Industry is a great brunch spot and has the best sweet potato fries in town. I highly recommend the brisket breakfast sando + a mimosa carafe for your Sunday brunch festivities!

We went on Mother s Day we figured we would try a new place.The food was cold my husband and daughter both order a burger the patties were from a frozen pack. I give this place 4.5 stars! I love the food. It s giving TX but also big city vibes as well. Service was top notch. Only bad: loud! There was maybe 25-30 people tops the entire time we were there and the noise from the bar and kitchen really was disturbing. Maybe they can invest in soundproofing or insulation. Let s start with the positive. Great and fast service, fantastic atmosphere and a really cool open vibe. Ok now let s get to the food. I live across the street and ordered fish and chips to go so I can walk and eat at my place. When I got home I opened the box to see maybe around 2-3 ounces of a half of a fillet of catfish and lots of fried batter without any protein. Plenty of fries and they were actually very good with the three sauces they give you but that was the only redeeming part of this meal. Paying 23$ for 3 bites of (overcooked) fried catfish is quite frankly, insulting. I ve worked as a fishmonger for years and as much as I try to not be patronizing to chefs this was particularly awful. The batter didn t adhere to the fish. Was cooked at too high of temperature for too long and had flaked before the process. I wish I had gotten a picture but I didn t think to leave a review until later. Highly disappointed and will not be returning.

Called beforehand to find out if they were pet friendly, they proceeded to say they were entirely dog friendly. Like Chilis but Actually Fun and Tasty. The food is simple but good. A lot of the options are spicy and I wish they had more options but everything they cook is made well. Its definitely southwest, Texas cuisine. Its a counter-ordering kind of place, the people are really nice, and everything is clean. I love that they have a nice selection of draft beer and I think the ping pong table and other games are great! Definitely a nice hang-out spot. They even have large tables for groups and screens up by the bar to watch the game. Overall- its great for families, friends, and work parties. Its not great for upscale dates but perfect for a causal meet-up.

Very nice place with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They have a Ping Pong table which is a nice addition. Full bar and great beer selection on tap. Service was excellent, but we were there on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn t busy. The food was better than expected and comes out in large portions. Tip - Definitely get the sauce on the Fish and Chips and not on the side - it s much better that way. The bowls were really good. Overall, the bill was pricey, but I didn t leave feeling bad about what I spent. Definitely will be back next I m in that area.

The empty parking lot and empty restaurant at brunch time on a Saturday should have been a sign. We dropped over $50 on two meals and two drinks, which, if I m paying all that, the food better be perfect and delicious. It was not. The cashier seemed annoyed we were there and wasn t paying attention to what we were saying or asking. My sister ordered the brisket pancakes and the meat was straight up cold, the bacon was grey, and the blueberries were off tasting. My burger came with the smallest possible amount of chips that could barely be considered a serving, it was giving we ran out of chips so here you go. I mean a burger without fries that costs $12 is already annoying af, but it was poorly put together, the meat was cold, and the sauces were so over powering it was like eating a cold sauce sandwich with cold meat. Beyond disgusting. We tried our best to finish our meals since they were so expensive but couldn t. Only one person we interacted with (I think one of the bartenders) was kind. Def don t eat here unless you want to pay for over priced cold food that isn t edible and service where they act like they re doing you a favor by doing their jobs. I m a server, and it takes a lot for me to be irritated with a restaurant but they managed to irritate me.

We were out and about at dinner time, and we ended up at Industry. It secondary looked promising, with the full bar and interesting menu. I went for the Industry burger and my spouse got the fish and chips. If you decide to eat here, be prepared to drop some cash. It was almost $40 for two meals and one drink. We did enjoy the atmosphere sitting outside and enjoying the cooler temps while watching some college football. Our food looks great. I was a bit surpluses at the lack of chips on the plate with my burger, especially compared to the fries on the other plate. I was really excited to try my burger with the bacon jam and the mayo. For me, the jam was overpowering. It was all I could taste. It was also sweeter than I anticipated. It was decent but not something I would go out of my way to get again. The fish was bland. We were actually told that it was going to be bland because we got the sauces on the side. To me, the food should be able to stand in it own without the sauce. Not everyone likes their food completely covered in random sauce. We enjoyed the atmosphere but were not sure we would come back for food. If you are going to charge me $15 for a meal, it best be perfect.

The atmosphere was cool. Bathrooms were interesting because they gave you chalk to write on the doors. Thought that was pretty unique and creative. The staff was friendly. Honestly, the food was lacking, but everything else made up for that. The fish and chips were basically just breading with very little fish. The pancakes were burnt on the outside but raw on the inside. Everything else foodwise was good, like the burgers, fries, chicken, and sweet potato fries. Drink options were plentiful and reasonably priced. I recommend trying them. My experience was ok but Id go again.

The empty parking lot should have been a warning. To start no one greeted us when we walked in. The staff either was not knowledgeable about the menu or they just didnt want to help us. I ordered plain pancakes to keep it simple, my husband ordered some tacos. The pancake was over cooked and stiff, served cold. The mimosa carafe was gross. It tasted like flat beer mixed with orange juice.

I ended up having a little bit of everything while I was there. The burger, fries, homemade chips, and mac and cheese were all AMAZING! Food thats truly hard to put down. While we had to buss the table before us on our own and while one member of our party had issues with his order, the food was outstanding and well worth any minor troubles. Will definitely be back!

Our family came here to celebrate a birthday. We had never been before, and were so glad we chose this place to celebrate. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the staf was friendly/attentive. We had the delicious chips & queso, brisket tacos, al pastor tacos, and chicken tenders for the kids. The brisket was moist,well seasoned, and garnished beautifully. We will be back again! Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed playing connect four and attempting to play dominoes. Plenty of games and a ping pong table!

Seven of us ordered food on the app they recommended us to use just to have 2 of the 7 people get food. After an hour filing multiple complaints we were finally able to speak with the manager. We were notified that we would be refunded for the food that had no been served. What we didnt know is that she also had a stipulation that if you were to also eat the food you got 1 hour late you wouldnt be refunded. So as youd expect we were not happy. We arrived at 1:30 Saturday, 4/15, to a band playing in the patio. We ordered our food got seated and moved twice because the music was too loud. We waited for over 30 minutes and I had to check on the status of our food. Shortly afterwards our food arrived. Our deliverer asked who ordered a burger of which none of us had ordered. It turned out it was the chicken sandwich that I had ordered. Initial first bite was good but the chicken was very tough and difficult to bite without having the meat come out of the bun. My wife s salad was okay but she thought it was a little weird and my brother in laws quesadillas were okay. Not a good experience with the timeliness or quality of the food.
