This rental company will snake you for anything I moved out last year because my husband passed away and I confronted them about being in contact with collections they denied it. And the cable and WiFi are free right but I left everything in the apartment that was there and now one of the two are scamming me out if my money anyway they can.

Skiles has been the worst rental agency I have ever worked with. I had black mold in my apartment from the ceiling leaking due to the tenant above me overfilling her bathtub. I started calling about this issue in August, but unfortunately it did not get taken seriously (I had four contacts with them prior to this-one where a maintenance man told me the ceiling wasn t leaking because it wasn t wet when he got there) until December when the place was infested by cockroaches, ear wigs and even centipedes. During that time, I got a horrible sinus infection and went to student health for my worsening asthma. I also had to physically leave my apartment as they eventually had to tear out my ceiling and closet wall. All of the hotel stays and medical bills were with my own money. After this, I was informed by a note on my door in April from a local tenant rights group that my building would possibly be torn down within six months, so I spoke at the town hall to realize that this project had been in the works for almost a year with everyone claiming they had spoken to tenants. At that meeting we were given 12 months to vacate without without charge because the building would be torn down. Now fast forward, I have moved out and received a letter charging me for cleaning I had done and stating there was mold in my cabinets. Funny, since the entire place is full of mold and is now causing a structural crack in a bedroom wall, which I told them and emailed them photos of before leaving. I m also being charged for that wall. Also, during my final cleaning when finding the source of the mold I got sick again and had to pay another $150 at an urgent care. They are even charging me for a fire extinguisher that they never gave me! I bought my own and have a receipt for it. This place is a joke and they prey upon low-income people, I will continue to speak out against them at town hall meetings or wherever I can so others do not go through these same issues. In the end cheap rent isn t worth bad health and being taken advantage of. If I can stop at least one other person from going through what I have gone through, this review will have been worth it. I ve attached pictures that had been sent to them throughout this issue. The ceiling was from after they painted over existing mold and water would come out of it and leak onto the bathroom floor.

We have rented our office out of the Executive Suites since 2019. It s a great price with all the perks that come with renting the office space. Electric, water, paid, a Receptionist, Break area with coffee, Nice bathrooms, parking, a block from the square downtown, and a Great Professional atmosphere to run your business from. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving there office out of there home, or are trying to save costs and still have all the amenities. They have many different size offices that will fit whatever size you need. Anyway just thought I would share. They have been good to me and helped me survive threw the pandemic so I thought it would be the least I could do to let everyone no in case someone was looking for a great place to run there business from.

Maintenance is non-existent and they dont follow up with their contractors. Moved in to multiple non-functional appliances which took over a month to fix, no floors which took over a day to fix delaying my move in, unit was not cleaned after last tenant (found a hospital band with name and personal data behind a toilet), the patio door had an inch gap that they just never even pretend to fix, trash left over from contractors/maintenance just left in unit. Tired to charge me for move out repairs for things which werent even in the unit when I took occupancy and/or were issues from the last tenant which I reported at take over that they never got around to. And worst of all they let me move into the unit with a bathroom that has with no window and a non-fictional vent. This caused a black mold problem which maintenance didnt do anything about when reported. It is illegal for bathrooms to not have either a window or a functional vent. This company is a scam.

Im an owner. I had been looking at property/asset management companies in the area. Their website is basically blank. Id drive by this place, but I never could gauge what they do. So, I stopped in. Basic questions: - What do you do? -- Property management. - So no wealth management? -- Words, but no. - What kind of properties? -- Commercial & residential. - How many? -- 400 - Where? -- San Marcos. Im immediately skeptical, but website says they cover a much larger area. So maybe confusion. - How is your portfolio broken out? What percentage is commercial vs residential? -- She didnt know. - What is your fee schedule? -- She didnt know. - Do you have a booklet of fees? -- No. They claim to have been in business since 1973. I have no idea why they were unable to just rip those questions to pieces. It should sound something like this... Simple, our monthly management fee is 10% of the rent. Here are the special fees. And we expect the owner to maintain a reserve account of $### so that we can address any emergency maintenance issues. We try to get a 1-year lease. The tenant pays first, last, and has a security deposit of $400. We run a credit check. But, with all the college students, its generally pretty bad. Our tenant renewal rate is 75%. We personally inspect the properties ## times per year. All financial statements will be available via Appfolio. Any questions? But ya, none of that. And then a nugget on the Google reviews (apparently posted by Skiles), Response from the owner4 weeks ago -- We are definitely not fair and love to take advantage of people when we can. Maybe it was a joke. Maybe they got hacked. It sounded like the reviewer was a bit whiney. I wouldnt put it past a tenant to try to post in their name. Either way, it doesnt speak to their ability to care for the assets of others. Lordy, lordy, lordy... Ill continue to look for my property manager.

They want you to put an application fee and 1/2 the deposit before even going to see the place. That is extremely sketchy and predatory especially considering the terrible reviews about their property management. That is ludicrous and they know they can get away with it due to the housing market. Literally shame on you.

I was so excited when I found such an affordable apartment (Chestnut Place Apartments). I should have know there was a catch. When I toured the apartment it smelt funky but I was told it was because there ac had been off for a couple of weeks so it was just stuffy. I thought this would not be an issue at all, I was wrong. When I started moving my stuff in I quickly realized the smell was not just stuffy it was mold. There was mold under the sink, in the cabinets, in the drains, faucet handles, toilet tank, you name it, there was mold on it. The apartment had also clearly not been cleaned. I requested that they had it cleaned. It was still disgusting (see pics for reference). I put work orders in daily because I kept finding issues with the apartment (toilet wouldn t flush, closets were broken, no ac filter, several lights out, wasp nest, ceiling fan not properly mounted and hanging out of the wall, mildew growing over all of the kitchen cabinets, it was never ending). Maintenance would come and only fix the small this. The mold, ceiling fan, mildew and wasp nest were never addressed. The final straw was when I came home to a maintenance man vacuuming water out of my apartment because he had flooded my toilet. It caused a leak in the downstairs neighborhoods ceiling and you could clearly see a ring around my tub and toilet from her bathroom. The ceiling was very compromised. It was just a matter of time before the tub fell through. They sent an inspector out to look at the mildew all over the kitchen. He agreed it was mildew, Skiles emailed me saying that it was just settled dust . I ve never seen settled dust that was brown and looked like chewing tobacco have you? It became very clear that they were not taking the condition of the apartment seriously and they found my constant calls and work orders inconvenient. They agreed to let me out of the lease. Thank God. I think they only did this because they have no intention of fixing any of these issues and they just plan to rent it out to someone else in the exact same condition. This place is sick, these people don t care, no idea how they are in business. I also recommend reading their other reviews. I didn t before I signed and if I would have I could have avoided this nightmare.

Skiles is one of the least expensive property management companies in town, and they certainly use this fact to their advantage when it comes to tenants and rigid policies. Heres a small list of whats happened to me in the last year: 1. I used the wrong debit card to make a payment online (card stolen, but saved in system). It bounced immediately so I put in the correct card, which it declined a day later. Apparently any bounced payments from the online portal, ANY, and you will be barred from using the online system for a year AND they charge you $25. I was notified 10 minutes before the office closed on the last day before late fees acrue. From then on, they required in-person money orders, as if Im a liability, with no recourse. 2. Told me pest control would come monthly. Pest control came the first week we moved in and never again showed up. 3. After 7 months of living here, suddenly required us to buy a $25 parking pass for each vehicle. No explanation, 15 days notice via text. 4. Fridge broke towards the end of my lease. Been several months since I put in a paper work order. Still dead. 5. Maintenance never announces when they are coming, resulting in us missing him every time. 6. Requires a notice to vacate before they will allow you to sign a lease elsewhere. Not uncommon, but they also require a tour of the unit for prospective applicants. Once our unit was listed, in the middle of us moving out, they scheduled a tour in our unit with strangers with, I kid you not, 18 hours prior notice, and refused to reschedule. I had to take work off just to make the place presentable. 7. Since moving in, my unit has not had a door number. Its been 14 months. 8. Applied for a unit that was listed online for $890. Got approved and upon heading to sign the lease, they bumped the price to $925, knowing darn well I had nowhere else to go. These seem like minor greivances, but the inability to work with tenants over common human problems leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The folks in the office have always been kind, but the policies are just too rigid for the quality of living. The prices are low, but there are places that will treat you better.

The folks at Skiles are great people. Without getting into much detail, they were kind enough to help me get out of a really bad situation I was in - which is worth more than any services they provide. Ray, the manager, is about as nice as you can be. Sydney and Marissa in the office are very nice people as well, and all of the staff were understanding and supportive of me and my situation. They are genuinely good people. The pest control contractor Rene is also a really nice guy and always leaves a card letting me know he came to treat the apartment, as do the maintenance crew who bust their butts keeping these places running. These people actually do care about their tenants - the apartments aren t luxury units and I suspect that a lot of these negative reviews may be due to unwarranted high expectations. If there is a real issue with your apartment, they will be there to fix it. (I have been with Skiles for about 2 years now)

My experience with this real estate company has been much less than ideal. I wasnt expecting anything unusually great, but I was not expecting to get thrown in the dirt either. I was a prospective tenant of this company, never an actual tenant, so I cannot speak for much of the work that they do, but I can say my short experience with this company was short for a reason. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism in a management team as they call themselves. They are unwilling to work with their clients and have a strong inability to remain consistent. I am happy to have dodged a bullet in signing a lease with this company. I, as well as many others, have been greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic has sent me back home, out of state, meaning I am unable to come in for any kind of tours in San Marcos. Thankfully, this company was gracious enough to send me some virtual tours. I was a little caught off guard about the virtual tours, though, because they were messy and unclean. I called to ask for additional pictures assuming they had some from previous years or for FaceTime tours with an agent since I was very interested in the properties. I was told this was definitely not going to happen as they had 400+ properties to take care of. However, once I am Pre-approved (my deposit and application fee is paid) they will send me pictures. Seems sketch to me. The following days, left frustrated, but still interested in the properties, I decided to ask for the floorplans seeing if maybe that would be any good. After a few, frustrating, and attitude-filled phone calls (both ways - give the respect you get) I am advised by this management team that they would try to locate a floor plan and send it my way. I never got one. Instead, I am told to google earth it. Again seems sketch. I called back and of course. Everyone there denies that was ever said and says that they don t have those because they have over 400 properties to manage. Being desperate to get back to San Marcos and it being as close as it is to classes starting, I felt trapped to staying with the property I had found here, and just proceeded with the application process, regardless of all my frustration. Big mistake! I thought it was hard being out of state before, this company then asked me to MAIL my down payment and application fee via money order because they didn t take cards. BUT, get this. On the application they sent me, they crossed off the section that provides payment via card AND I talked to a previous resident, of the exact place I was applying for, who said they did their application and paid with a card. This made me feel very unsure about the process. On top of it all, it seemed that every timed I talked to an employee on the so-called management team and asked a question I d get a different answer leaving it to be known that they are not on the same page. After about 30 phone calls, 25 emails back and forth, and my money being sent to them (because I was that desperate and serious to get out of this state and back to San Marcos) I gave up my fight as I felt I was ending every phone call being assured that once my application was processed and this non-refundable money was in their bank, I was going to be denied, and not be given a way back to San Marcos. In fact, I was essentially assured. If you desire to be left in the dirt and milked for your money, that s the only reason I can think you d want to sign with these people. I felt as if I was just pushing to live somewhere I was clearly not wanted and it made me feel as if I had given them a check only to be denied, giving them free money, and based on the reviews from actual tenants, I m assured this was definitely the case. This management team has been so unhelpful, rude, and just flat out disgusting in how they have dealt with the entire situation. If this experience is any indication of how this company operates, I am glad we will not be renting with them.

So me and my wife are in a nightmare situation. Not surprising considering all the negative reviews. Our AC went out and we have already had to stay the night elsewhere 2 nights because it was 84 degrees at 10pm. The inside coil was filthy and in need of replacement along with an intensive cleaning. Unfortunately the work performed was inadequate, it is still 82 degrees in here. I suspect that there is an issue with the outside unit as well. Ian refuses to hire a proper HVAC company to do the job that needs to be done. I just got off the phone with Ian and confirmed he has received all of these photos and more. He told me that this is normal. Ian Skiles is the son of Rick Skiles the owner. Their only job is to save every penny they can for themselves and the landlords they manage for. They do not care at all about the health or safety of their tenants. Stay as far away as possible from this company. It is a shame that people like this can stay in business.

Rented from Skiles several years ago. A friend had warned me how they will nickel and dime fledgling college students but I decided to rent with them because I liked the duplex they managed. They tried to charge us at every turn. Most of the time if maintenance came to the house, they left us a bill. They tried to charge my roommates and I $1000 (more than 75% of our monthly rent) for failing to notify them if we would re-sign our lease or not within X amount of days of the lease terminating. I had to go in person and point out to them that X amount of days had yet to expire. We did not re-sign that year. They have a habit of leaving a note on tenants doors that say you owe us money rather than discussing it with tenants over the phone or in person. No warnings, no discussion. Just a bill taped to your door. They were an awful company who tried to take advantage of young, uneducated students. I really hope some better property management arrives for San Marcos students. Actually Vance J. Elliot was very good and helpful to me and my roommates many years ago.

I was disappointed upon moving into Chestnut Place because the previous owner was a smoker, and my apartment still held that smell. It still does, because its nearly impossible to permanently remove the smell. Not directly their fault, but it did make the move in less satisfying. However, I have NEVER had such a positive experience in any complex as I do with Sydney who works at the leasing office. Their office handles several properties, not just mine, and Sydney is the most positive, thorough, and efficient rep that I could ask for. Five stars for her. She is incredibly clear with answering questions and has a smile on her face always. I have paid my rent late a couple of times and she has been very kind, yet also adamant about warning me of potential complications that could come from late payments.I complained in person and then over the phone about my neighbors smoking inside their apartments, because the smell was becoming overwhelming. Within 30 minutes, she had drawn up a written notice to all tenants and taped it on each and every door of the property. 30 minutes. She works so quickly and it makes me feel valued as a resident. Wherever I move in the future, I can only hope to have leasing agents that are half as nice as she is.

The only way I can think to start this review is, if you decide to rent with Skiles and associates WATCH YOUR BACK. Take a lot of pictures before and after moving in. Do not expect for your emails, important or not, to be responded to. We moved in and were not even told our house ran on propane so we were confused as to why we didn t have hot water. We sent 2 maintenance requests with no response. It took my then boyfriend to go in to the office for them to tell us it was up to us to spend $250 extra after already spending $1500 in deposits to fill the propane tank. We were then notified that one of the vehicles we had listed on our lease was going to be towed because it hadn t moved we had to tell them it was on the lease AGAIN, then suddenly it wasn t a problem. Packages and mail were constantly being stolen. They did nothing, I had to contact the police myself after a pretty pricy item had been taken. 6 months into our lease my ex boyfriend moved out and did not let the leasing company know himself that he moved out because then he would have to pay to get out of the lease, so he just skipped out. I told the leasing company myself. NO RESPONSE. Forward 6 months of scraping by to pay rent on my own. I cleaned out the house myself despite it being filthy and greasy when we moved in. I was refunded $173 of my $1500 in deposits. Things deducted included, general clean up and repainting (There were grease stains all over the kitchen and dirt spots everywhere else at move in, why they would repaint now and not then? I don t know). To get the money I should ve gotten back I would ve had to go to court but since I could barely afford to move out of that place without being homeless all together I wasn t about to pay court fees. So I thought $173 is better than nothing. But wait there s more .My ex boyfriend/roomate never told them he moved out like I said and they never responded when I told them myself; so they said legally I was only allowed half of the refund and they were sorry no one responded to me. I was able to move into a small apartment and it s amazing how incredibly amazing they are compared to Skiles. All of this along with one employee Katherine Scott being incredibly rude for no apparent reason with every response I actually did get. Seriously this is the definition of a slum lord. BE CAREFUL!! Avoid if you can, there is a reason their properties are cheap, they don t take care of them or their tenants.

Dont really know what these other commenters are on about. Ive lived at one of their apartments for 4 years and never had an issue. Maintenance is prompt and on point, front office staff are really nice. College kids posting horror stories here have no idea what they are talking about. You went with a budget apartment; dont complain because youre no longer living the 5-star lifestyle your parents provided.

Stay away from this place! My dryer has been broken SINCE I MOVED IN. They have came to fix it about 6 times. Still broken, doesn t heat. Yesterday we put in work order to get it fixed on our online portal and it specially asks you if they can enter without us being here. I put NO. And to call before they came with leaving my #. Long story short I come home to find 2 maintenance men in my apartment without me being here!! They have all kinds of rules to be followed if not you get fined, (which I have no problem doing) but when you request for anything they completely disrespect you! It s a one way street here they are always right. They just want your money!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Honestly if I could give one star I would. The gross incompetence on part of the staff is honestly the most disappointing thing I have ever experienced. The previous tenant at my apartment even warned me about roof leaks and then told me when I moved in that management had already accomplished repairs. 6 months after move in date roof still leaks right over my bed and management has come to fix it more than 8 times.

We have rented our duplex for 2 1/2 yrs. We didnt have any issues as long as we communicated. Kat has a stern personality but was helpful. Any questions we asked she refered us back to our lease and gave advice on how to stay within our lease agreements. Maintenance was always fast when we requested things. Only one issue wasnt fixed correctly but it wasnt the end of the world. Great job on all forms of communication text email and phone calls. I really didnt care for the process of showing the place. Knowing people were in your home to view it when you arent there made me uneasy. Although we cant complain because it states in the contact the process for showing the property. I wish i would have known how uncomfterable it would make me feel.

Skyles has consistently been the absolute worst organization to deal with in all matters regarding typical apartment/home leasing. They actively try to resign residents they know they will be kicking out, defy and seemingly instantly rewrite their own contracts mid-term to fit with whatever keeps them out of hot water. Now theyre saying our pet deposit doesnt count anymore, our dog cant be here any longer, and anyone else who comes over with a dog is violating the contract. They are grade A scum and I highly advise against getting even remotely involved with these con men.

These are the most dishonest, unethical people I have ever dealt with in my life. You must have a lot of pride in the business youve built with a 2 star rating. For the last 2 months we lived there we had to deal with daily unannounced tours. I asked if they could just give me a little notice just so I could make sure the house was clean and I wasnt taking a shower or doing something awkward when they were coming, but they refused. I had a random man walk into my house 2 seconds after knocking, before I could even get to the door because I was putting on clothes. They even charged me when I was too sick with pneumonia to give a tour. They have absolutely no regard for their tenants or their safety. They expect you to live comfortably in a house where random people are coming and going without notice? No thanks. They dont even follow their own rules that theyre supposed to leave a note when they enter your house. They also came in while I was out of town and left the doors completely unlocked and all the lights on. Luckily nothing happened, but if something did I know they would have taken zero responsibility for their negligence. They stole our deposit after we had the place professionally cleaned (carpet and everything). They told us they would refund our deposit if we showed proof of professional cleaning, and then refused to hold up their end of the deal. After hearing the same stories from other tenants, Im pretty sure this is their standard practice to keep deposits without having to do any work themselves. We left that place better than when we moved in (it was dirty and infested with wasps) and they still stole nearly $1000 from us. The office staff consists of a couple nasty women who go on power trips to make them feel better about their miserable lives. Not the kind of people who should be working customer service.

Im not sure whats up with all of the bad reviews. I rented through AMS/Skiles for about 1.5 years and they were great. Katherine and Christine always addressed my concerns, were always up front and honest, as well as super friendly. The maintenance crew always did a great job, though I rarely had to call them. The property was quiet, our neighbors were really nice, and the location was perfect since it was within walking distance of the little HEB and my job at the time. Anyway, I moved to Austin for a year, but Im coming back and signing with Skiles again. Ive had nothing but positive experiences, so perhaps take the bad reviews with a grain of salt.

The most unhelpful rudest ladies I have ever encountered. They do not even try to assist with the simplest of questions. They never follow up on work orders, im not even sure they write down issues because i have to call 3 or 4 times before someone actually comes out. It would probably make it easier on everyone if the job was done correct and politely the first time. Trust me no one enjoys having to call to report a problem the least you could do is be nice and helpful. Learn some customer service.

I would avoid this company altogether, they are extremely sketchy. My wife and I subleased an apartment through them for only 6 months. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. We received late notices 3 months in a row after we had already paid our rent. When we showed our proof of payment we got a very sarcastic Well good thing you had this! as if they were trying to pull one over on us. They also tried to give us a pet violation for having a dog, which we never did. When we moved out we left the place very clean and got only a small fraction of our deposit back. I will give 2 stars because maintenance was timely and the price of rent was unbeatable but ultimately we had to get out of there because of staff and overall feeling like we were being scammed.

Do not sign anything here. They failed to let us know before attempting to move in that our duplex was uninhabitable due to an infestation of fleas in the carpet (even though they claimed the carpet was replaced.) We didnt even move our stuff in; we were forced to saran wrap all of our furniture and clothing and leave them in the garage to not risk fleas getting on them. We bought our own flea/bug bombs and carpet powder because they wanted us to wait it out because we were disrupting what their contracted exterminator was supposed to be treating. Terrible. Doors were broken, restroom was leaking, the blinds were replaced but they wouldnt cover the entire windows, trash cans were filled to the top. Just an overall mess. Read your lease and be well informed because if we wouldnt have been, they wouldve made us stay in that filthy duplex which is illegal because we were paying them to provide a sanitary livable home for us to live in and they did not.

Would not recommend leasing any property from this company. Oh Skiles also likes to go by the name of A.M.S, just as a heads up. I leased a unit for a year with them, horrible decision. Had my hot water go out twice in that year and the ceiling in the living room leaked when it rained. Told them about it multiple times. Leak was never fixed! This company does NOT properly maintain its units!!! Future tentants beware!

Wish I could rate them no stars, but thats not an option. I absolutely hated leasing with this company and I implore you to sign elsewhere if you can. Not only will they nickel and dime you for anything and everything they can think of, they often completely ignore problems that you present to them. E.g. Rats. There was a rat in my (clean) apartment and there were rats in my ceiling and walls. Other residents complained. We CLEARLY had an infestation. Nothing was done. Maintenance sealed the hole I found with steel wool (gee, very helpful) and gave me a trap. It was awful. They tried to charge me $50 once because they were too stupid to unlock my door properly and thought I was denying them access when I wasnt even home. They treated longtime residents like dirt. Please do your research about every company and if you must sign here, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Take pictures of everything. Make them do the walk throughs with you. Or save yourself a migraine and sign somewhere else.

I only give one star because it will not allow me to give NO stars! This is seriously the worse agency I have ever leased from! Do your homework and read all the reviews on them! Their office staff is the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with! I had an issue with my unit and they completely destroyed my place. I left for a week while they fixed it and when I came back my unit looked worse than when I left. The best part is that I specifically asked the office to check on my place to make sure everything was fixed and after promising me they would they did not. This is the third issue I have had with this company in the last two years. DO NOT LEASE, RENT, OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people have TERRIBLE business practices!! DO NOT USE THEM! THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE AND RUDE! We have rented a house through them for over a year now and have never been late on rent or anything. Our septic system overflowed into our backyard when the office was closed. We called the Maintenance Emergency line SEVERAL times and no one ever answered. I got a call back 2 days later. We did not know what to do and did not want our water bill to be outrageous so we did what we could and blocked where it was coming out from. We removed it when it stopped and the same thing happened the next weekend. Again, several calls to the line and no one ever got back to me. The next week our septic system backed up into our showers and overflowed on a small amount of our carpet. They were open at this time so they did send someone right out. They fixed the situation and then sent a carpet cleaner out to cover the damage it did to the carpet ( About a 3ft area). I was happy until I got a bill for $200 saying it our fault that it happen and we had to pay for it. The best part is the carpet cleaning company that they sent out did such a good job on the small amount of carpet I asked how much to do our whole house. I was quoted $80! I am not being billed $200 and they didnt even tell us we were going to have to pay for it! There are SOO many articles online about how they scam people and I should have known. When we signed the lease and paid the deposit they called us back and told us since we were under 25 our deposit would be double. They take advantage of you and the customer service is the ABSOLUTE worse. Granted I was so upset when first getting this news that I acted a little irrational and should not have talked to them in the manner I did, but their customer service is suppose to calm you down and to help you. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT IS RIGHT. This is not the first issue that we have had with them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND ANYTHING THEY TOUCH! They are not trust worthy or honest at all! THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR EVERY PENNY YOU ARE WORTH! LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS

The people that work here are rude and sarcastic. They all have a bad attitude and have this sarcastic sense of entitlement. And forget about any sense of accommodation, they do not care about the people who rent from them at all. Read your lease contract with a magnifying glass and a fine-tooth comb, because if there is a possibility at all to charge you or get money from you they will do just that. Avoid this leasing agency!!!!!!!!!
