The staff was amazing and very kind to us. We went there late and felt bad but they still made us amazing ramen like always. He kindly added a side of extra chili oil when I wanted extra spicy. I was also craving milk tea but didn t order it because it was late, but the owner overheard me talking about it and offered us free milk teas to go. I definitely recommend this place it never fails.

Have ordered here twice, once for pickup, the other in store. The pickup order was set for my lunch break, but I immediately got notification that my order was ready when I placed it and when I called in was told they missed the order ready time. I tried again in store to give them another chance as I love poke and ramen. Having tried both (as well as most of their apps) I can say this place was rather underwhelming. The fried sides tasted oily and the takoyaki was undercooked. The poke was passable, but for the price I expect a bit better especially with the other shops in town. The ramen was the best thing I tried and the portion size was fantastic and good topping variety, although I did find the broth rather salty until I mixed in some other sauces they had available.

The tonkotsu ramen was not good. It was bit salty in the beginning, the chashu was burned with little to no flavor, the egg tasted bad and cold, and there was this weird taste that ruined the whole ramen. It s the taste of when you leave open food in the freezer then fast cook it afterwards. It has that freezer taste just not good food. Nice place and good service though.

The brown sugar milk tea was mid, and I didnt appreciate having to pay an extra dollar on an average sized tea that is already $5. The poke ingredients seemed fresh enough, but they added sweet corn and onion to my bowl which I definitely did not ask for. Im pretty specific with my order and this really threw off my meal. Really wanted to like this place more since my favorite poke place is kind of far, but I was not at all impressed by my first experience.

C-tier ramen, D-tier poke. The fish used in the poke was too old and had a grainy texture. Topping distribution in the poke bowl was not great, too little rice, overwhelming amount of wasabi. Pork chashu was cooked too fast, didn t have a chance to render, chicken chashu was just salad chicken.

The poke was very good, my favorite place is Pokeworks but this was cheaper and just as good, I ve even had authentic poke in Hawaii and this was great!
