I wanted to share my recent experience with DR Horton San Marcos company and express my concerns regarding their handling of warranty requests (Megan, Matt & Hunter) and the lack of professionalism exhibited by their workers. It is my hope that by sharing this, others can make informed decisions when considering their services. Firstly, I encountered issues with the workers who were sent to address warranty requests in my home. Not only did they fail to properly fix the damages (Jacob) caused by their initial work, but their overall approach lacked the level of professionalism one would expect. This left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. Furthermore, I found that the title office of this company (Jesse) did not effectively communicate with customers. It was evident that there was a lack of coordination between the office and the workers, resulting in a disjointed and inefficient process. This lack of effective communication only exacerbated the issues I faced. Additionally, I noticed that there seemed to be a pattern of employees (Anthony , Megan, Chad, Hunter) from this company writing positive reviews on various platforms. While it is not uncommon for companies to encourage their employees to leave reviews, it raises concerns about the authenticity and transparency of the feedback provided. Based on my personal experience and the issues I have outlined, I strongly advise against engaging with this particular construction company. It is essential to thoroughly research and consider all available options before making any purchasing decisions. By doing so, we can ensure that we choose reputable and reliable builders who prioritize professionalism and customer satisfaction. Remember, sharing our experiences can help others make informed choices and hold companies accountable for their actions.

My experience all around was excellent. I love my home, everything went smoothly. Brittany, Ricardo and Trey did a great job keeping us informed and addressing all our concerns. Sara Lebron and everyone at DHI title was exceptional. Sara always answered my questions immediately, she was super efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I was really nervous and tentative about this whole experience but all these amazing people really did a great job guiding me through the process and Im very happy with my home!!

I wont bore everyone with the NUMEROUS issues weve had from purchase to now owning our DR Home here in New Braunfels, but trust that there are MANY of them. Above everything, the communication has got to be the worst Ive ever experienced. We are understanding of delays and the challenging labor market builders are facing today but the lack of responsiveness to remedy issues is unacceptable. We are in the process of reporting our issues to the BBB as we can see now other way to get these things taken care of. Please think twice before purchasing ANY DR HOME!

My wife and I purchased a D.R. Horton home in the Manor Creek development off HWY 46 New Braunfels Texas October of Last year. I could give you a detailed account of my past year dealing with D.R. Horton and their warranty group. But, really its all just hear say right? So Im going to cut to the chase and just tell you this. I dealing with D.R. Horton its been the worst experience in my entire life buying a new home from them. Im 69 yrs old and Ive purchased over a half a dozen homes in two different states and by far this is the worst contractor that Ive dealt with regarding skillful work. I will just tell you that its time consuming and mentally draining in dealing with their warranty people, workmanship, lies, rescheduling all while be nice to you and smiling the whole time not meaning any of it. Be cautious, check out other builders in the area if this is where you want to live, before signing a contract with D.R. Horton. This is not just my thoughts but most of the peoples thoughts that live in our development. I hope to be out this home within five years. Thank you for listening and have a great year.
