Art has been mine, my father, family, family friends of mine, and not to mention others I know of, lawyer since I can remember of the age of 14 or so. I am now in my 40 s and I can honestly say in short words. This guy goes above and beyond for you. He takes his job very very very serious and won t B.S. you. Keep it real with him and he will for sure keep it real with you and have your back throughout the whole ordeal you may be facing in your life at the time. You will not be disappointed with the outcome of having him as your lawyer. Of course he could not do it all by himself. He has an amazing secretary that keeps him organized and on point. He would be lost without Emilia. She is his backbone through it all and such a big help for him and those who walk through his door needing his expertise. With her mannerisms along with her true and no holding back realness. Them two make a good team. I cannot believe the patience she has been gifted with in order to keep up with him and all of us that go there seeking help. She is truly a work of Art . God bless you all through your situations.

Just reading your response to what other clients have said about your character and performance YEARS later. Still stands your very obnoxious/ crude/and arrogant for such a short lil man, but I shouldn t be surprised your responses are the same. Karma is REALLY REAL & I m not surprised in the LEAST your secretary did you in You were the worst criminal attorney and doesn t seem like your any better as a family attorney. Paid thousands of dollars to get my kids returned back to there mother. A year later he pulls out we did a de novo and he reset it five times just to make sure that he got payments Paid all that money couldnt even get the kids mom back in the house with them and still wanted another $2,000. No good I would recommend anybody else but this guy everybody wants to talk about rights but never the wrongs and we were done wrong by this guy

I originally hired Art when my sons dad was trying to break into my house and threatening me and my new partner, he was able to get a protective order for me and my son. However, when we went to court to settle the custody agreements, he requested thousands of more dollars at the courts before we could proceed I was unable to pay and represented myself in the agreement. The agreement was not what I wanted so I went back to court with Art after filling his retainer again and he did absolutely nothing and gave me the runaround. So here I am $6000 down with nothing done. My son is not in a good situation and he could care less.

Mr. Guzman is a great attorney. He has over 20 years of experience in family law - and it shows. During my initial consultation for a contested divorce, he reviewed my case, explained the process very clearly, and answered all my questions and concerns. I hired him right away and I am so grateful for his representation. The process itself is stressful, but I followed his advice, provided with everything he requested, and we got through the proceedings in less than six months. I can t imagine going through the process without his help. I highly recommend him.

He doesnt call you back or try to keep up with you case. If he doesnt agree with you then he will ignore you and go behind you back to try and make deals you never even talked about. I will never send anyone to him.. He is out to get paid and that is all.

Mr Guzman is definitely a great attorney. Now if you didnt like his service you should have listen to him he just trying to do his job. You must be honest dont lie to him for he knows whats best in your case he cant help you if you are in the wrong then you need to pay for what you done. My 1 st case went so great I couldnt believe it especially when the other side had more money for their 2 attorneys but I did nothing wrong. When we showed up in court the other side offer me so much I couldnt snap to my winnings I told him I thought they wanted me to pay them he said just because they asked doesnt mean they gonna get it. My 2nd case he was so fast it only took 2 weeks he wow me.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Super rude, argumentative, unprofessional, childish, unreliable, does his own thing with out you knowing, then charges you, did not accurately represent me or consider all components of my case, drug my case out way longer than it needed to be, charged me to fire him and would not return my case documents. Ended in all communication via certified mail because he would not return phone calls and emails. Upon hiring new counsel, many issues were found regarding his work. Absolutely NO THANKS!
