My son and daughter in law were married at this beautiful picturesque venue on 4-13-2024. The venue owner and staff worked really hard over the last year as the reception hall was totally rebuilt. They supposedly have even more plans to make the facilities even better. Kudos for that. However, make sure you read and understand each word of your rental contract before you sign and fork over a down payment. They make a big deal out of TBAC rules and regulations, as they should but then didn t card. They will verbally tell you upfront if your guests bring in outside beer or alcohol they will charge a fee of $500/person. (This may be in the new contracts but we were under the old contract which was prior to their policies changing on beer and alcohol.) There was nothing written in our contract about an automatic charge of $500 if outside alcohol was found. In fact, our contract stated Guest who bring in beverages will be told to take it back to their vehicle. One of our grooms party went against our request to not bring in beer / alcohol and we were charged because of it. They did not ask us to pour it out, or to get rid of it, or to take it to the vehicle. They just emailed us the next day with a picture of alcohol in the room to notify us they were taking $500 from the card on file. We didn t realize it didn t matter if TBAC fined the venue or not. If they find it, they will take the money out of your card they hold for incidentals with no phone call, no discussion, whether you are on the the old contract or the new contract. They did not warn us that they would go into the bridal suite and groom s room without anyone from the wedding party being in the rooms. So make sure you have someone that stays in the room with your belongings or make sure your personal items / valuables are secured. Rental was until 12am so music was to end by 11pm. Of course as the crowd started leaving and tables were opening up, we began our table clearing. We chose to do our set up and demantling ourselves. We still had the bridal party and groomsmen going in out of the suites prior to 11pm to change into more comfortable clothes and some weren t going to leave the dance floor until the music shut down. Although it was prior to 11pm shut down time, we had staff coming up asking to go check to make sure the suites were already cleaned out. Of course the suites aren t cleaned out the music hasn t even shut down yet. Be prepared to sweep the floors and mop up your or your guests spills with staff watching you or you have to pay extra for staff to do it. They did go the extra mile to get in the beer, Miller Lite and Coors Lite, we requested (with the new building came a new beautiful indoor/ outdoor bar with mostly IPAs on tap) yet bar staff told some guests they didn t have the Coors Lite when the guests went to the bar to buy it (this happened to at least two of our guests that we know of) and then complained at the end of the night that there was so much left over. Tell your caterer there is no water facilities provided for them to wash their hands or for meal prep. We were told on multiple occasions there was a large frig (the double glass door type that grocery stores use for ice) we could use but when we got there, it was full of small kegs of beer. So you might not want the cake to arrive until closer to ceremony time if you worry about it staying fresh and cool. The video monitors had a nice Congratulations message with the bride and groom s name. The funny part is we are in April and the background was red with floating snow flakes. Our deco did not include red or snowflakes.

Beautiful venue for so many occasions. We were there to see San Diego based Journeymen, rock the house. Great sound, plenty of seating and lots of room to dance. For an indoor venue, the large open sliders make it feel much bigger. Look forward to another visit here!!!

I had my wedding at Enchanted Ranch and it was overall a great experience. The venue staff worked with my fiancé and I leading up to the event to deliver on our dream. On the day of, they also worked with us all when plans had to change according to the weather. The venue was beautiful and we felt like everyone truly cared about delivering a great venue experience. Our wedding guests also had great things to say. I would recommend Enchanted Ranch if you are looking for a customizable, personable, and affordable venue.

Two stars are only for the bartenders and night staff that attended our event because they deserve some credit! It was a pretty venue but not worth the headaches of everything that happened during our event. Would be an okay place to attend concerts at but highly do not recommend to have a wedding there. I also never post reviews like this but if you do decide to host a wedding there and the venue gives you Wendy and Coa Coa as coordinators request someone different and stay far away from them or youll end up running the whole show the entire night. Or hire your own coordinator you trust!

Enchanted Ranch was the first venue & the only venue I needed to see to have our boy s graduation party at. From the get go, Ken, gave us a tour I could envision my boy s party there. Everything turned out perfectly & we will definitely be using Enchanted Ranch again for any celebrations we have upcoming. Very professional staff, venue is top notch, the communication is superb. I definitely recommend to others to rent Enchanted Ranch for their celebrations. There are so many options & his list of vendors to help with event are amazing. The place is beautiful and there are many different areas within Enchanted Ranch that can be utilized.

Huge shout out to Enchanted Ranch for helping me plan the perfect Quinceanera for my daughter. A year and half in the making the property is absolutely beautiful, from the inside with the wonderful lighting, stage and whole set up to the outside area for guest or other party events to take place we loved the fresh country feel with a pond to take beautiful pictures! Overall enchanted dance venue was the one Becki at Enchanted ranch was phenomenal with helping me over the past few months with ensuring I was able to check all my boxes, wonderful communication via email or phone! Big Thank you to the enchanted ranch team throughout the whole process the communication was great, the packages available was perfect and the night of the staff was able to help with the time line of the event and clean up was made a little easier having staff on hand to help guide us. Thank you Enchanted ranch!

Amazingly beautiful venue. The owner was the sweetest ever. I cant wait to host the wedding were coordinating here. Its beautiful before the decor, its going to be even more amazing after. Update: the wedding was tonight and the venue coordinators for the night were great. Carson and Braydon were extremely helpful the entire night. We had Carson for half the time and then Braydon the rest of the evening. Carson was great during Set up and Braydon was great for the rest of the evening and breakdown. The venue was beautiful and i recommend this for future events.

Renting out this place wasnt the issue, it was the staff that we were provided with. We pay an additional $600 for a service we didnt get!! The staff that was provided to clean and maintain our wedding activity were slow and rude, especially the lady handling our activity. She was rude and lazy!! Wouldnt recommend booking any events there.

Horrible Experience. A/C was not working the day of my wedding. Mind this was on June and temperatures inside was well above 90. We had close to 300 guests and a good chunk of them left early before food even touched their table due to the scorching temperature inside. My newly wed wife cried from panic at our wedding by seeing how everyone was fanning themselves with whatever they could find. Supposedly because it was the hottest part of the day and A/C struggled, but at over 90 degrees?! Also, that was not true because the venue continued to be hot all the way until night. Never cooled. Contacted venue days later requesting a refund because they failed to provide a climate controlled space as per the contract stated and they basically said that they weren t going to give me a refund. That it was summer and that s something I should deal with. I was also told every event they have in summer gets like that and everyone is able to deal with it. They threw, what we felt, a lot of lies our way and I disproved them all. We felt they were very dishonest and that we were lied to. Currently in the process of taking them to court for a refund since they breached the contract. Legal advice said it was a case I would win with the evidence I had.

Unfortunately due to covid we decided to cancel our wedding event at enchanted ranch. With that being said, the venue location is gorgeous and very strategic in its various facilities throughout the property. My wife and I were bummed that we couldnt enjoy the amenities here.. In our contract we signed with the facilty it stated we were not due any kind of refund if cancelled shortly before our event which is understandable and not an issue. With my wife and I deciding to cancel we were not expecting any kind of refund or help of any kind. We called to discuss the matter and were able to come to an arrangement that satisfied both parties involved. I could not have been more happy and appreciative for the customer service and understanding in these trying times of a pandemic. These folks at enchanted ranch are down to earth and proceed with common sense to fulfill the needs of their customers. We will definitely recommend and will use the facility ourselves when we need to host big event!!! THANK YOU ENHCHANTED RANCH!!!!!

Do not book! I rented the venue for my wedding on September 4th and the amenities were not up to part. We got there the day before to drop off some things and it was very hot so we made sure to let them know it s very hot here will the Acs be on tomorrow (the day of my wedding). They assured me that everything will be fine the day of the event we rented the venue since 1:00pm so my coordinator could set up. At 5pm it was extremely hot and the ACs were not even on?! My guest were sweating and my grandma had to be taken to the bridal room because it was too hot for her. When I emailed them a week later I told them I wanted to be refunded the same amount that they would have charged me for the accidental fee. They then said there were damages but that I wasn t charged? (How convenient) a family member drove through the grass so we can load up the materials we had and they said that we ruined there grass. They also said that my family member was abusive? Which is crazy because when we asked if they could help us load up and asked for guidance they said oh.. we re not getting paid for that CRAZY... The lady that dropped off my cake also said there was water everywhere on the floor when she arrived apparently the AC s had broken and leaked. But they lied and said that they broke when they turned them on at 5pm? Which is crazy right because the venue was booked since? 1pm also! Let s not forget the Classic response I got from them It is also hard to keep the reception area cool in the afternoon when it is the hottest... So that you know, all available units were turned on earlier in the morning to get the place cooled down and ready for events, however your vendors would leave the doors open during their load in and all of the coolness that did build up ultimately escaped through those open doors. So If you want your guest to be sweating non stop + in the small time that your vendors load ALL of the AC will apparently escape.. & that s if they don t lie to you like he clearly did when he said the units were on in the morning when we told them to turn it on at 5pm? Because they were not on. & when I have prove that the AC leaked and broke & so they clearly were not prepared. SAVE YOUR MONEY. SALVEN SU DINERO.

This place is the best. My wife and I photographed a wedding here a few weekends ago and this place was absolutely beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No masks either. The bride and groom suites are very well put together. The main hall is roomy, open, and allows for sunlight to pour in. If youre looking for a beautiful wedding venue that wont break the bank, this is the place. I cant wait to see what the pond looks like when its finished.

Owners were extremely disrespectful to the grooms mother. The owners tried to control how the venue was decorated. The owners( the woman specifically) told the grooms mother she needed to take out the trash. Would not recommend this venue due how the owners treated the grooms family. The venue itself was very pretty. The DJ was not good. The bartenders wouldn t serve alcohol until food was served. Not impressed with the staff or owners( the woman specifically).

We were married October 18, 2020. This was the perfect venue for our wedding and I truly wish I could give this review more than 5 stars! From the 1st visit we knew this was the place. The staff is as fantastic as is the venue. From start to finish, Enchanted Ranch made our wedding dreams come true. Lisa F. is an AMAZING coordinator! She is beyond helpful and without her, we couldnt have seen it come together so eloquently. We were married outdoors and walking up the stone pathway to the pergola with such a gorgeous sunset made for the most beautiful photographs...a truly spectacular view. The indoor reception space is phenomenal, full of space, lighting and a great sound system. I cannot recommend Enchanted Ranch enough. Take a tour...make the choice!

Our wedding was 09/26/2020 The day was magical! We loved every second of it! Lisa (venues coordinator) was AMAZING to work with! Planning a wedding during a pandemic was stressful! But Lisa did everything she could to make it easy! She responded quickly and answered the hundreds of questions I had! The venue itself is still VERY new. We knew this when booking. However, everything ran smoothly and our guests loved the venue! There is lots of room and the tent is so beautiful at night! My only major concern is the bride/groom suites. It was HOT. Even with extra fans blowing, it was uncomfortable for most of the day. We were also told there would be a pond at the wedding ceremony as the backdrop and it ended up being a thrown up wall. We didn t love it, but again, being a new venue. We let it go. Overall, this venue has amazing potential! And I have no doubt with time, it will be even better! This place really is DIY and we personally didn t do a lot of decor as we thought it was all so pretty as is! We had a live band and the stage was great and the lighting was even better! Our guests had a wonderful time and if I could do it all over, I would still go with Enchanted Ranch.

I attended a wedding at this venue and had an amazing time. The ceremony was set in a beautiful spot just as the sun was setting, creating a magical feel for everyone there. The staff were extremely friendly and on top of everything. When the sun went down the entire place was lit up wonderfully giving a feel of happiness and love as everyone had a great time dancing to the awesome choice of music that the DJ played. And the stars out there at night are so bright! Ill definitely be recommending this venue to any friends or family that plan to have any event or party. AMAZING VENUE!!!

I had a ceremony at Enchanted Ranch venue Saturday May, 11, 2019. I first booked the venue a year ago before any part of the venue existed. I knew I was taking a risk but after speaking with Ken several times prior we took our chance & we are extremely happy that we did! I would like to mention how beautiful the venue is indoor & outdoor. From the pergola, to the reception glass tent, and the fitting rooms (Lighting in every area is amazing). I received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We chose to have our ceremony under the pergola where we had plenty of space for 100 chairs, and it still included an isle for everyone to walk down without stepping in the wet grass and the scenerary was still beautiful without a fountain behind us. I would also like to mention how kind and helpful Ken was the entire day, he made it a great experience for us. He spent the whole morning out in the rain setting up chairs and the alter never once frowning & doing whatever it took to make the day a little brighter.(Looking at other reviews I must say please stay open minded! Its a brand new venue under construction, obviously any new build is going to have potential delays. There was absoulutley no rain inside the reception tent, we spent the whole morning setting up the venue as it was raining. Ken was extremely helpful with setting up. I would definitely host another event here, cant wait to see the final completion. You wont regret booking here, nor will you ever feel just like a client that must plan around a strict contract! I just had a wedding here this past Saturday and the day was perfect! Ken did a great job trying to get us as comfortable as possible. The venue is not 100% finished but we knew this before the wedding day and he did everything he could to make it feel like it was. We had such a fun day and we didn t want it to end! All of our guests thought it was a beautiful place to get married! Would definitely recommend!

What a great, all around venue! Its new so there are some tweaks that have had to be addressed but the big picture is awesome. After looking at many venues I found that the charm and wide open country of Enchanted Ranch was something that was unique and irresistible. For me, it was the opportunity to weigh in on the decor and party aspect of the reception site that made the difference. Its not Canned like so many other venues. And the size and layout allowed me to dream big for the most important part of the day.. The Party! The staff is wonderful and accommodating and Kens background is extremely helpful on the site planning side. LOVE THIS PLACE and you will too!

The venue was beautiful-well appointed/decorated-it was a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. The staff was very helpful throughout the event. The bathrooms & dressing rooms were clean & good size. The main room was large with high ceilings, but not overwhelming. There was a beautiful pond outside with a gazebo-like area for photos. Very enjoyable.

Since it s brand new the grass hasn t fully taken but I bet in a few months it ll be really nice! There are some kinks (I mean the place has been open for less than a month) but I would definitely recommend it!!!

Not wheelchair friendly! Every doorway has a large bump making it difficult for anyone in a while chair to enter the buildings. Venue was not completed as promised. Behind the ceremony area was a large UGLY hole where a lake should have been, but we were told the lake could not be filled and was going to be removed from the venue. Also if it rains before your wedding the tent will be flooded and there will be mud everywhere. Parking lots are unfinished and are not properly marked. There are no lights past the reception area, so the parking lot and driveway are pitch black making it difficult to walk to your car at night. My car got stuck in the mud and I had to call a tow truck to get it out. Only a small area had grass, the rest is unpaved dirt. Tented area was also extremely hot despite having AC. The day of the event owners were showing the venue to other prospective renters, coming into the dressing rooms while were were getting ready. Many of the items the owners used for decoration still had price tags on them. Also the wood for the pergola was unpainted and still had the ugly manufacture stamps all over. Almost none of their instagram pics are even from their venue. We had to decorate with our own building material to improve the venue. Also if you already have a contract read it over carefully. One star because i cannot give negative stars.

Went to a wedding a few weeks back. The place has tremendous potential but still far from being complete. Things not complete include: parking lot, grass sod, lake, and many more details. Keep in mind the lake is supposed to be the backdrop for the ceremony which looked awful, pretty much like a unfinished construction site. The tent was very hot which made it uncomfortable during the reception. I would not recommend this place at this time due to the unfinished parts of the venue. Once it is complete then it will be good but wait until you physically them finished before signing a contract.
