At the auto center there is a short boy, I tell him that I need to repair a tire because I have a nail, he tells me go to the person inside so he can place the order for you, I am making my line and after a while of waiting when I go to Pass by he asks me what I need and I explain to him, he tells me go with him, the same person who helped me, making me waste time and my tire going flat. I see the person who wasted my time, the one with the wart on his cheek, walking with an iPad pretending that he is working and everyone is waiting, gentlemen from Walmart, you are a prestigious company, put people who want to work and do not damage the image of the company. , time is the most valuable thing people have.

This Walmart isnt as clean as most Walmarts and the shop is pretty slow. They are more focused on trying to have people scamming down the checkout list at checkout then they are helping the customers throughout the store or keeping the store cleaned and stocked properly.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this store. I came to Walmart to get my tires changed and ended up sitting 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn t do it because of locks on my wheels. Too easy, got them broken off and replaced and came back. I sat another 3-4 hours for them to tell me that the tires I bought were the wrong size. In their system they show up as 16 but my car apparently needed 18 . I was told that I need to order it myself and have it delivered to the store. Ok. I have to get to school and work somehow, but I guess I ll wait.The tires come in and I show up to get them installed, just to find out that my order was cancelled. At first I thought it was because I showed up late, but no. According to an email, Walmart s fraud department flagged my order on my app as suspicious activity! No phone call or anything, just the cancellation. I ordered them again knowing full well it will take more time away from work and school and immediately it got canceled again. I called the customer service line and spoke to a guy who happened to be really cool about, as he handled my frustrations and said that it shouldn t happen again. So after a third order, I get a phone call a few hours later asking it was authorized by me and I said Yes, please leave it alone. They said I should get a confirmation letter of the purchase. Fast forward 2 days before I m supposed to get my tires, and I noticed I never got that confirmation. So I go into the app to low-and-behold, my order that I submitted was reset back to the purchase screen. So I submitted the order again, and at this point, I don t know if I double paid for it or not. Luckily it said I could pick them up and get them installed a day afterwards. False. I showed up today to find out that not only did the appointment that I scheduled in the app appeared non-existent, but they don t have the tools to do a tire replacement . But I m free to take it to any other Walmart. I still have a tire whose wires are exposed and could burst at any moment, a donut tire that s apparently too small for my car and now I have to get to another Walmart in hopes that I don t get delayed again after three weeks. The sad thing is, there s no compensation for the money I ve spent just working around the obstacles that Walmart has placed in front of me. Already spent over $900 on something that should be as simple as buying and putting in tires.

Firstly, I feel as if its a literal walmart policy that employees will not provide any information as to where things are located. The shoulder shrugs and hands up in the air as they apologize with a friendly face and condescending tone of voice. Whats that about? It seems to be a culture of walmart employees. I honestly believe that the scattered walmart heroes who actually do their job and conduct themselves as professionals probably do 80% of everything and somehow are breaking walmart policy. That is what it seems like. 2ndly. The person working lawn and garden entry today. Was walking around in circles, throwing up some fidget toy or something in just the most peculiar manner over and over, and reminded me of seeing a depressed lion in a zoo pacing back and forth It also didnt help that person was a guy dressed up as a girl. It was very reminiscent of a new aged villain in one of these batman movies, and in fact, I do believe that they were intentionally trying to mimic this behavior. It was very strange, very creepy, and absolutely not helpful in any capacity as an employee should help a customer. What in the actual heck did I just heckin experience? I want to scrub my brain with steel wool. Im just going to make the drive to Kyle moving forward. The sad thing is that I am sure nothing will be done to address this individual, I just hope this person doesnt do anything crazy. They really seemed unhinged. As if there were some deep-rooted mental issues.

I shop here of and on usually for automotive supplies. Normal an ok experience. I didnt know if I was gonna leave this review but at the end of that day and the result of what happened I felt I will leave this review. So I came in to purchase items for a vehicle I was working on. Multiple items. Like 5 or 6. I had left my wallet in the car. Keep in mind that most of the self check out lines were empty. I told the employee Joe I need to grab my wallet. Im parked in front is that ok. He said no that I need to take my items out of the bags and back in the basket. I was kinda confused so I said ok, Im just going to run and grab it. It was less then 2 mins. I came back in he had unloaded the bags put my items in the cart and rolled it down an isle. Seriously? That is petty and seems unnecessary. Still not very many people checking out. No wait. Anyways I scanned my stuff again and left. Well turns out he left an item in one of the bags at the other checkout I was at. Probably the most important item I needed that turned my 1 hour job into a 3 hour job and Im assuming who ever went after me got that item for free. So there were no winners. Walmart is out money. Im out my time and money and Joe felt big so I guess thats a positive for someone. All the times that has happened to me at no time in any store. Be it Target, HEB, or Walmart before that they all said it was ok and there were no problems. Anyways just wanted to share that experience.

Had a flat tire and was here, so I had them fix it.Little did I know that they would charge me on Top of the mount and balance fee and additional $3 for a new valve stem and tear out my inflation reporting valve stem. Which means that I will now have to pay an additional $100 to fix what they destroyed for 3 extra $, which should have been part of the mountain bounce fee in the first place. Walmart automotive really sucks

Went into Walmart today to buy some flip flops and saw these Lugz on sale for $4.00 and just to ensure I wasn t losing it I took pictures of the tags on multiple shelves just to make sure. When I got to the register the young lady at self check out did not honor the price on the shelves where all these Lugz were and showing pictures of the pricing. Instead she said well I don t work back there so I don t know. You can buy them for $40.00 if you want them. Clearly it shows they are $4.00 not $40.00. I m really sad because they had a size 7 and it s hard for me to find the right size boots. Walmart Customer Service no longer honors their prices that is advertised so overall I would give a zero off of this non-Walmart legacy happening. What happened to you Walmart? Walmart used to honor prices as displayed, even if it was a mistake on a representative s part. Do better Walmart!

I always like the pick up of groceries, it helps me since I have anxiety and dont like going into the store. The pick up workers are always very nice. I hope they get lots of time for breaks in summer when its hot outside. I wish the inside of the store was not so claustrophobic feeling, thats the reason I give for 4 stars instead of 5.

Have not been in this store in over 1 month I go in and have found they have blocked off over 75% of their registers if not more... have only 3 open self checkouts and 3 cashier lines and people backed up to have their goods checked out talked to a employee who has been there for years and was told it is just ridiculous but of course she can not say a word for fear of retaliation. I just could not believe it stupidest thing I have seen in a while open up the registers so people can get their stuff and get out. It is like no one in corporate shops for them self to actually know how to make things work best for the shopper....if people have a good shopping experience they will buy more and also often.

07-03-2024 Re: Online 4 item order to be delivered to the front door as per delivery instructions. Edited address to change apartment number. All looked good. Placed order. Confirmation showed order going to old apartment number. WTH! Apparently, an address has to be deleted and then another complete address added. Cant edit an adress. Everything shipped separately. One item delivered to the door. I walked over and picked it up from old apartments door. The other three are in a mailbox, supposedly, that I cant open. Relying on the goodness and honesty of the new tenant. Target delivers their packages to the door like they say they will! Regardless of package size. 05-11-2024 Ive quit shopping in store at Walmart due to receipt checks, missing shelf tags and incorrect shelf tags. End of update. Get your shelf price tags right. 9.98 on shelf, rings up 12.48! I dont like having to do all the work and still paying full price for groceries. Im not a Walmart employee. Shop for groceries, unload and check myself out, bag and load groceries, get checked that Im not stealing as Im exiting store, unload bags into car and then unload like normal once home. I feel like I should get reduced price groceries. Walmart putting people out of work by not having cashiers.

Very nice Walmart. A bit hard to get to the parking lot but once inside you find all the delights that Walmart has in store for you! There are abundant self check out lines on both sides of the store and some manned check out lines too. Last time I purchased some wine and was doing self check out and the clerk made my husband and I both show our ID s to purchase the wine. (I m 65 and my husband is 72). That s a bit silly. Do you really think either one of us is under 21 and requiring both to show ID s was a bit much.

Irene was extremely rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Irene was not knowledgeable on how to use an e-gift card to complete a purchase. Irene denied me services and told me to go print out my e-gift and then we can see if it works. I was later helped by an employee who helped me transfer my gift card balance to Walmart pay to make my purchase. Irene needs some serious training on how to utilize her resources to assist customer instead of denying services because she doesn t know what to do that is poor customer service for someone with a management title.
