i came in looking for a specific item and i asked an employee for some help bc there werent any on the shelves even though the website said it was in stock, he kinda just said if they werent there they dont have them but it felt like he was just blowing it off, so i looked around for it some more and decided to ask another employee, Ian. Ian dropped what he was doing to try and help me look, and even ended up going to the back to look for it, he took over 10 minutes in the back looking for what i need, ive never had an employee search that much for something before, he came back with a brand new box and gave me one, its not often that an employee is that willing to happily drop what they are doing and truly help a customer with what they need. give this guy a raise!! thank you ian!!

I walked into the store to look for some chinos and headed to the dressing room. I wasnt greeted with a smile, possibly because the associate was chatting with a coworker, but its always nice to greet customers warmly. The customer service at the counter was terrible just an all-around unpleasant start to the morning. I ended up going to Walmart, where everyone was welcoming and smiling and thats Walmart. Do better, TARGET!!!

Very a very very strange store its like a weird movie. Not one person employed here was friendly at all. When checking out we asked the cashier if this was normal, she began to explain its a little early and the customer had to approach the staff with good conversation and lots of smiles to get them to smile and be nice. I said WOW! Thats crazy are you serious she said yes and started ignoring us. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.........

After multiple times of trying to give it a chance, I have to leave a review. Target drive up is made for fast and efficient service. Target San Marcos is anything but that when it comes to their drive up service. I wait almost 10 minutes every single time. Please train better and make this service what it is intended to be, fast and quick for the customer.

Wife had a cough and needed to gag, I couldnt find any workers for help so wife went to back room to cough it up away from public. Then Nicole and Kirsten showed up but instead of assisting her Nicole told her to get from back room so she had to do it in public. while Nicole assisted Kirsten was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing while rolling her eyes being really unprofessional. We still finished shopping despite Nicole telling us to leave .

The little pizza hut and Starbucks inside this target are cute. I feel this place upcharges a little too much for certain items and to be honest I wouldnt choose to shop here personally. This particular target needs to clean the carts and hand baskets pretty bad.

Really good store. Well organized and well stocked. The favorite cook stuff for cheap bins are right at front. This location has a Starbucks and a snack bar. The aroma of fresh popped corn fills.the store and makes you hungry. There were not many lines open for check out so that made self check out lines longer. Great selections and lots of Christmas cheer!

I went to this target just to buy a set of Bose earbuds, I asked an employe who was currently working in the electronics area for help. Everything was fine until it was time to pay, I asked to see the item since I wanted to check the specs. When I reached forward he kept moving backwards, I asked if I could see the item which I was ready to pay with my target credit card in hand, he said what is it that you need to check. I said excuse me can I see the item please, he said he would rather not since it was a security risk. At this point I could believe that he was discriminating me. I asked if he thought I would take off running with the item he replied he would rather not risk it. I paid and went to look for a supervisor, I asked her if this was store policy where a customer was not able to touch an item until you paid for it, she said that it wasn t and she apologized. I never said the gender of the employee but she knew who I was talking about since she replied I ll go talk to him with an expression on her face as if this has happen before. Will not go back to this target.

Clean and tidy place. The bad thing is that in electronics many things do not have their price, there were not as many price scanners as I would have liked, practically until I got to the checkout I could know the prices, but other than that it is a good place to buy, it is clean, tidy and the staff is quite friendly.

Store is pretty clean and generally well stocked. Checkout lines are always terrible though. There are usually 2 or 3 cashiers, and about 20 empty checkout lanes. Self checkout line always spills out into the womens clothing section. They need more self checkout lanes.

Do not buy from the electronic section. They give you the run around and its apparent that they are just in the back. It takes over 20 mins to even get someone and then they need to find the keys that they dont have which takes another 20mins. This has happened 4 times to the point that I spoke to someone and they didnt care. He made it clear to me that its not a huge deal to make us wait over 40 mins. As to not be difficult I just left. Save yourself the time and energy. I would like to say my experience is strictly with the electronic section. I dont have any major complaints about the rest of the store.

It is currently 9:40 a.m., 09/15/2022. I brought my bike here, brakes worked fine before I stepped into the store and when I got out one of them was broken. I was only in there for 15 minutes. I saw there was a security camera and asked them to review the footage. They informed me that some of their cameras are fake and that I would have to file a police report before getting any assistance from them. Thanks target!

The lady was lying how long I left my shopping cart on the floor. She said over 30 minutes so they put those 6 piece clothing in my cart back. I even dont mind they look through the camera. It was definitely not left my shopping cart over 30 minutes. I left my shopping cart to go the Pharmacy to pick up my prescription since they were going to close at 6pm and it was little over 5:30 on my watch. When I came back and realized my shopping cart was missing at 5:49pm. It was terrible she was lying, very unprofessional. I can definitely go through the camera with them.

I used to LOVE Target, however, in the last few years I no longer feel that way. If you are looking for home goods the selection is pretty good. However, if you are looking for clothing I wouldn t recommend unless you are a teen or early 20 s who want to look either like you live on the prairie or you are someone who wants to look trashy. My husband has appreciated your new clothing because it has saved him a ton of $.

I was in line over heard the pharmacy tech ( lindsay) and a customer talking but basically I thought the tech was so rude and needs to be checked on professionalism at work and keep her cool, she was talking to the customer in a rude manner and wouldn t help her locate what customer/pharmacy her prescription was at. Target is the only place that I could find swimsuits for my kids, since I like for them to try them on so cannot buy online. Very cute styles, colors and fit even for my picky tween daughter. Due to not receiving all my bags from the checker, I had to return to the store (which I did not mind at all) only to find that the items that I had purchased were reshelved. After searching the store for the items belonging to me, it was discovered that several items had already been sold, even though, again, they belonged to me since I had purchased them. This policy of selling items that do not belong to Target will absolutely prevent me from shopping there again. It not only wasted my time, it deprived two of my family members from gifts I was attempting to get them due to this policy.

I received horrible customer service and was discriminated against by Paige. She was disrespectful and even though her own home office asked her to run a transaction, she went against company direction and refused service. Paige is biased and discrimination runs throughout this store, from her all the way to the Store Director. They run Target how they feel it should be ran even if Target home office says differently. They both should be terminated. Stay away from this location and Target as a company for keeping employees like Paige and her store manager who discriminate against customers.

Your employee threatened me and tried to take my purchased items back into the store and told the ther employee just refund her card, because he didnt like that I was upset that you charged MY CARD for an item that when I came to pick it up I was then told it was not available. When I asked for a manager he first tried to tell me he was a manager but the other employee said he was not. He then refused to leave nad stood next to my car and then typed something ugly on his phone and then held it up to my drivers window. HE IS DERANGED AND SHOULD BE FIRED.

I only ordered 1 item but the order and notification process was great. After I was notified that my order was ready I drove up and parked. My order was ready and brought out immediately. The whole process was so easy and convenient.

Security does not call police when customers are being harassed in store? His position should be removed immediately. Then manager says she cant give me his name to report him to corporate? Lets hope she says thats not true since i do have videos. Thank you Target corporate if you looked at the video on 4-3-2020 10 minutes before 7:03pm i spent $315.51. Video shows us being harassed and security did nothing even when i keep pointing it out. Sorry but I dont feel safe in Target store. His a liability to yalls company

The staff was absolutely friendly which was a treat especially so close to Christmas. Not once did I hear a sales rep complain about customers or managers. Managers were not being rude to their sales team - as I have seen at other locations.
