Dont even waste your time trying for this position. I was hired in less than a week and bilingual at a very cheap rate and they checked my computer specs previous to accepting the offer and I was told it checked out fine. I build and program computers and devices so I knew it would. One day of training and on to client support right away and in less than 3 weeks they had to tell us thdy had no more work for us but maintained they would keep us till another was available but had no idea when thats gonna be. 2 weeks later a campaign im familiar with is available and 2 weekz into training they tell us after rushing,us through, signing the agreement , we need,to be to be hardwired and my computer was being repaired because of an,issue w a program they made me download for, the, jobs . I explained the brief, delimma,as the computer, was going tobe picked up next day. Ashley Knutson supervisor who shouldnt be anywhere doing any type, ofclient services I had till 9 am the next day to be in and ready for the rest of training. I wasnt able to get my computer that early and had my other backup to use w the programs,on it and ten minutes after 9am she had me,kicked out of the training. Class I was ahead in cus ive done it before. I even called HR they specifically, said despite the unjustifiable treatment by the supervisor they would back up her decision. They had new hires that couldnt even manage downloading a program let alone service a whole tech company . it made no sense and Im not done with them yet.im going to expose them . dont waste your time with these people

Worse company to work for.

If youre thinking about applying here, dont. This company has been the worst place I have worked for by far. They dragged me along for 6 months before even hiring me, in which I had to apply TWICE they lost the application the first time, everything started out fine. Their systems are broken and there is always a problem with a server or a website thats crucial to the job. When I was working here, they started to micromanage supervisor transfers because alot of us were wasting time waiting for one to pick up, which is understandable. Then they completely got rid of the supervisor transfer, which meant that handling verbally abusive customers fell onto the shoulders of untrained level one techs. I purposely didnt want a high position because my mental health cannot handle that. When they got rid of the transfer, they gave us forms to fill out for the customers to get a call back from a supervisor, which obviously did not please angry customers. As well as we started getting customers who were calling and already had three forms filled out for them and nobody had called them. This company provides zero answers that satiate the anger of impatient customers. There are some agents who actively give out misinformation that you have to combat or correct. Even some agents that will lie and give the customers what they want to hear just to have their anger fall onto somebody else. Even when I thought things couldnt get worse, they started micromanaging the supervisor callback form, we had to ask permission to fill it out.. So not only did we have to deal with the stress of abusive customers, but we also had to explain how we tried to deescalate the situation WHILE the customer is still yelling in our ears. AS THE BOTTOM OF THE FOOD CHAIN, LEVEL ONE TECH. needless to say I quit after 6 months, but thats not the worst part. This company is refusing to send me my W2, meaning I havent even gotten my stimulus check because I CANT FILE MY TAXES. Ive reached out to SEVERAL people within the company, nothing has been done and Ive gotten no reply. Tells you how much they care about their employees right? they dont, in the slightest. The only good that came out of this experience is the people, the people were nice. I once got in trouble for talking to them too much in the team chat room. Some team leaders are understanding of when you need a break from all the verbal abuse, but in no way does this mean that this company has your wellbeing in mind in the slightest.

Worked with them for a little over 4 years with Consolidated Communications. Overall experience was good, dealing with the customers was the worst part of the job. Flexible hours, passed through 4 supervisors during my stint, and enjoyed 3 of the 4. The only complaint I really had was that they changed policies often, making it somewhat confusing to keep up. I left due to illness.

NOT a good company to work for. The people from their marketing, as well as their training team will talk about you, as they pass your desk, or loud enough for other employees to hear. It doesnt matter if youre just starting or been there for several years. The rumor mill is awful. The upper bosses have no idea what the sub bosses do to people. They never come speak to you face to face, and the teamleads and human resources simply shrug complaints off. Its worse than a high school cafeteria and the starting pay is not worth all the work they pile onto their technicians. The only saving grace for this company is some agents get a chance to work from home, so they dont have to put up with office politics. It doesnt help either that they have two offices in the same building and they treat the guys handling one single contract far better than the customer Service reps handling multiple contracts. The company used to be great and very family friendly but that changed years ago.

Company seems very disconnected from reality. I sadly never got the chance to work for this company due to them dragging their feet for nearly 2 months on starting my training I found a job elsewhere making $50 an hour as opposed to their measly $10. I was offered $10 an hour for tech support from home position. First off, $10 an hour is completely unacceptable. Do you realize that this is 2018 and you can make $13 an hour working from home. Im guessing their justification is that working from home is the extra benefit and so they dont have to pay you as much. Very strangely, the company called me every Friday and informed me we are still considering you for a position, but we have not put together training. I highly suspect this is due to lack of applicants and being unable to recruit enough employees to put together a full training session. For god sake pay more than $10 an hour, and start your employees much sooner. NO talented people are going to sit around and wait months to work. Wake up!

Telenetwork is the kind of place a kid out of highschool should work because they have no other qualifications. If you have some kind of technical expertise this will tide you over for 6 months until you find something better. They sell you on the benefits because the underlying core of the company is not a good one. They keep most of the money the client sends them at the top instead of passing it down to the employees who handle the to-be-expected outages. The advancement opportunities are there but you basically accept that you will be doing 300% more work than you should be for pay that definitely doesnt match. One person revealed to me they had not received a pay raise for 4 years, which was shocking as they were one of the actual shining examples of customer service and amiability. If you want to make some money for minimal effort, and roll the dice on getting a good team lead, go for it. But keep putting those applications out even after being hired. If youre trying to get a technical position (not customer service), good luck saving that sinking ship; I hope they have moved on from the dated 2007 freeware they were using as a coverage system, because thats how they got an overtime-nonpayment lawsuit stuck on them in the first place.

Turned away from an entry level tech position and told to reapply in 90 days being a 10 year Veteran and with a Masters in Computer Science. Whomever is making decisions for their hiring team are idiots. The Recruiter outright lied to me on the phone - careful working with or for this company.

Great place to work & make friends. Its whatever you want to make of it: a quick job while in college, a great place to start a career, or a long term place to invest your time and see the positive change you can make.
