Eric helped us to find a house without even looking! We wanted to move to Edinburg but we didnt know where to start since we were already paying a mortgage on a house in San Juan. After looking at the house in Edinburg we made an offer and it was accepted. A few months later the San Juan house was also sold. Id recommend Eric without hesitation, he is easy to work with and fun.
