Aquatica is nice but it has lost its magic. My 2 favorite attractions have been so severely devalued that they are no longer worthwhile. The Stingray falls glass tunnel is so dirty that you can no longer see the sting rays, except for blurry shadows. Even if the glass was clean, theres an attendant there to push you through the tunnel so fast that you only get about 20 seconds in the tunnel anyway. Its nearly a worthless ride now. The lazy river had the aviary removed. That was the most magical part of the river and now its gone. What a shame! This used to be the best water themed park in the world and now its no better than a local water park. Parking is terribly expensive too. Also, be prepared to pay double tax on everything. Theres a forced surcharge for everything, not included in the price. Money grab!

Great stuff to do for all ages. They have scary rides too. That will make your heart pound. They have food for not under $16. Pizza was good near the Kitty pool. Its $37 to park, so get that through your little heads before you pull up like we did and just find out.

Yeah this place may be fun but I honestly think we should stop supporting this place. I mean they abuse their animals in horrible ways, and there is a photo of a grown man standing on a baby orca. That is honestly so disgusting to me, you don t have to listen to me but At least try and think about it. I mean the parking spot is so huge but for the orcas performing thing is so small. That s so sad that these poor animals go through so much abuse to the point where they have to kill themselves. I just want someone to like or listen to me and try and agree that Seaworld needs to be stopped!

I recommend buying an annual pass, you can pay for this pass in monthly installments or in cash. With the pass you can enter as many times as you want without any additional cost and you can bring guests for free. There are also weekends when they run promotions for pass holders. So its much better. This is how you arrive and enter directly. A very fun place to spend with the family.

The bees truly ruined this experience for my 6 and 3yo kids. Every time we set one of the $10 refillable cups down, bees swarmed it. My husband got stung on the foot just walking through the wave pool area. The All Day Dining pass was more like All Day Waiting. It applied to few places worth waiting for, and did not apply to any of the convenient snack huts selling popcorn or desserts near the kids rides. If your kids aren t scared of bees like ours, they ll love the rides. But beyond that, this place left a lot to be desired for $300+ for 3 people.

Only complaint is the food. Disappointed. SeaWorld food was better. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, debit/ credit card. Cashless. Or you can put money on their card. Rent locker $20. Bees everywhere. Bring insect spray/ repellent. Enough fun for everyone.

It was a fun time main complaint was the tickets... There is a ticket that stays SeaWorld and aquatica admission ticket and all day dining pass well I purchased that and apparently it was only all day dining pass when it started general admission on the website so I was robbed 170$ be careful with buying tickets they will not help you and they will not work with you if you buy the wrong ticket too bad and id highly recommend buying the skip Que pass because youll spend most the day waiting in a line for an hour instead of enjoying yourself

Love Aquatica. I have come down to San Antonio the last two years for summer break, and Aquatica has been on one of our stops both times. Despite there being a lot of people, we have always left having a good time. I appreciate the shallowness of the waters. The only real con I would complain about is parking. There is ample parking, but at a hefty price of $39. The lazy river also almost like the game of thrones. EVERYONE is battling when a tube becomes available because there is no where near enough tubes available for the lazy river. Honestly seems like there were even less tubes this year. Sometimes, groups of people absurdly completely stop in the middle of the lazy river and stand there, causing mass backups of people trying to come through also. I do also wish the water park was open later.

I will not comment on exorbitant prices for both the entry and all the services, but what really got me was the fact that they asked for the full price and offered only half of the premium rides. In Europe in the middle ages there was a an aquatic experience consisting of being put in a cage and then dipped into a river, which was inflicted upon on all cheating bakers who tried to rip of their customers in a similar manner the Aquatica does with its guests. Perhaps an idea for a future ride?

Absolutely love Aquatica, especially when it comes to beating the Texas heat. I wish they would invest in developing it more, though. One thing I do not like is how packed the lazy river can get and trying to fight to get a tube when entering the river. They should have a designated person who retrieves inner tubes from those getting out and handing tubes to people entering.

Pros - lots of sunbeds, life jackets and swimming rings, relatively short waiting lines on the slides. Cons - there is not a deep pool where you can swim, all the pools are shallow and small, very high prices for food and drinks, parking. Lots of people, high concentration of people in each pool. My rating would be higher except for the experience with quick que. When paying that much for a family, it should be ran better. When we went, people just stood in the quick que lane instead of general. So you have to speak up all the time. They dont have it separated well like other theme parks. For those prices, they should have a system where you scan your wristband to get in that lane and more divided or an employee standing there. So if you are thinking about paying that much just know youll be working for it. Some people get upset when you want to pass them because they dont understand and the lanes just mix together.

Looked up seaworld San Antonio for their hours of operation, and it said 10:30 to 9. So we got there about 3 after driving 6 hours and getting a hotel nearby. Figured we would have plenty of time, come to find out the Waterpark closes at a different time, which was 6, so my kids only got 3 hours in the park. That was a little unfortunate, but I guess I should have been a little more specific on my search criteria.

Get the season pass!! For both parks its definitely worth it. Great family vacation for all ages. Today Sunday 10/04/2024 Last few days before summer is over, heat at 103+ but all staff had a smile. Lifeguard Deboo working the bottom of the slide was doing a fantastic job!! We rode multiple times and was always greeted with enthusiasm and excitement!! Amazing Job hope too see him around next year.

Do not buy all-day meal deal! It s a scam and waste of time. Family friendly but eat before coming here. The wait for food on a Saturday is beyond ridiculous. Over 30 minutes to just order the food and another 5-7 to get it. Plus the walking to the food places. You are looking to lose about a minimum of an hour to eat. But that s how they make money since they don t let you bring in food. Waste more time and money in here. I regret buying the all-day meal deal don t do it.

One would think that after spending $100 dollars prior to even ENTERING the park, it would have attractions for all ages. HAHAHA. You will spend you re entire day, looking for anywhere to swim. But you will soon find out, that you can hardly even float in 3 feet OF WATER DEPTH. !! THE DEEPEST WATER YOU CAN SWIM IN IS 4FEET!! So yeah I recommend swimming in a bathtub. Spent five days here and what a joke! If you get the quick access pass be prepared to argue and fight for your right to use it as the guards will not honor it and everyone was lined up in the QA line, spoke to several supervisors about this just for the chaos to return within the hour. No one knew how to change out the empty condiments . I mean I get it big deal but when you pay $40 for two cheese burgers at least be on top of that. They had one person working every stand, store or line. It s just complete madness. Half the rides are shut down on top of that. The SeaWorld side is no better the operators where laying down in between coasters departure and arrival on steel eel. Haven t been here since pre covid and will never be going back. You want a cool experience outside of the animal shows Go to Sixflags fiesta and Schlitterbahn water park.Bigger bang for the buck and half the price, heck I d pay double if it meant never going back to a Sea Wotld / Aquatica

I have been coming here for the last three years to bring my grandchildren and the service is not up to pare. The price on the tickets are steady increasing and the service we receive is decreasing. Order a cabana and several services is suppose to be provided. At first it did when I purchased it three years ago. You received towels and food it was cleaned and well taken care of. Now the place is not cleaned, the person signed to that area was not on post, the food order was wrong.,. The bathroom was not cleaned. There was dirt (sand) in the pool and it look like it was there from the previous night. It should be no way the park and pool should be dirty when it first open up in the am. Security is not as thorough as it should be. I wish they would take some time to walk through the park and see what is going on. This will be my last year attending.

Loved the park but, firstly, there was no pool that had water above 4 feet and tall people cant swim. Secondly, the wave pool had the 4-6 ft blocked because they had no lifeguard for it even though they had some at the 0.5 ft end that they could have put on the deep end. Lastly, the wait to get in was soooo long and I was burning in the sun. I love the rides but there are lots of Pros & Cons.

This place has some of the most ridiculous and restrictive rules. They wont even allow small baby snacks in while I could see others able to bring snacks. On top of that, the toddler float needs to be US Coast guard approved or its trash. Not to mention the outrageous food prices inside. If you are coming from a nearby hotel, highly recommend to uber as the general parking is $34 for a day. This is my first and last time.

Every ride we went on they were either rejecting people for what they were wearing or lying and telling us we couldnt ride when the same amount of people got on right before us. The good part was the rides were great but every ride there was a problem.

People with fast pass got to go 5 times or more before the regular people could go it truly was unfair then the ride closed due to weather and our children never got to go. BAD experience. Almost got tackled down due to a misunderstanding on a water refill, which they thought it was soda, but it was just water.

Very disappointed! Half the slides were shut down which lengthened the lines on every ride. Food was ridiculously expensive and the chicken strips were awful. Feel the cost is way too high to go when half the place is shut down and it was packed on a Wednesday.
