Went in today with some friends to have a little fun. We go in often and know several of the waitresses. Everything was good until we had 2 watered down drinks and asked for some new ones from one of the bartenders who made the first original drinks. Apparently by asking her to make us more drinks that annoyed her and she complained to her supervisor about us. She never retuned with new drinks and just ignored us. So the other bartender who made the watered down drinks made us drinks but this time we asked for less ice and stronger. Which she did and we continued to drink. It became a whole entire situation where the manager of the bartender who is a woman started running her mouth with the first bartender who was offended by us. We ended up talking to an older manager and explained the situation and we thought everything was fine but the woman manager of the bartenders went above and beyond to escalate the situation. She is a horrible manager and instead of coming over and asking us directly if we were ok with the drinks like a good manager would, she chose to argue and call a different manager from the back to get involved. When the third manager came over I tried to explain to him why happened and the bartender handed the checks over to him so we could pay. It continued to escalate with the third manager involved and in the end the bartender ruined it for herself and the other bartender with her because nobody got tipped after all that drama.

First time here and i have to say. The food is very mid. The waitresses are extremely slow. And the beer is flat. My chicken was very dry, chips were unsalted, rice tasted old. Our waitress thought that having her significant other on the table next to us is better then to pay attention to her clients. She tried to charge us for things we did not order. The manager made excuses for her poor service. We still tip her more than 10% just because we have work in the industry before. The manager should know better as well. My wife and I went to go watch the Celtics vs Mav games. First of all our waitress had her boyfriend or significant other at a table next to us. That means her whole attention was for the table he was sitting on. Then we got charge for his chips and queso. Lmao this girl tried to be slick and charge us for things that we didn t order. You CANNOT have a decent conversation with people at your own table because of how loud the music is. Where the music seems to be the only thing this location deems important enough for you to litsen to. We always have a great experience, however our last visit was different. Food and drinks were great as always, but our waitress was not attentive. I do not want to say her name. She was new to us. It was very seldom that she would stop at our table to see if we needed anything. She would just walk past us and would not acknowledge us. We would have to wave her down. Worse service and food ever. This was our first time going and our last. We paid over $100 and everything wasnt given to our satisfaction. First of all I had to go looking for a serve then we asked about over 4 times to change our channel to the TV and then asked about our glasses for our tower we paid $28 for. Then our food wasnt too our satisfaction I requested NO JALAPENOS due to my health conditions. I had asthma and if I eat something that causes acid reflux it reacts my asthma and Im back in the hospital. I asked it more then once and my food takes forever and upon receiving it it came with jalapenos which I had to take one by one out. It still didnt work I started to feel bad and had to leave which is upsetting to me cause I should had my menu to my request. Waitresses were only going and serving single parties of men versus a family of 3. Thats so sad if thats what kind of servers youll have. Youll be losing customers that way and for us to spend over $100 to be mistreated. Im going to place this on Google reviews people need to know what kind of establishment this is.

I of course did not attempt to explain the drink and just asked for a beer at this point. Upon entering, I was taken aback by the attire of the waitstaff, which resembled that of Strippers rather than professional servers.... The thought of potential hair or other contaminants finding their way into the food was unsettling and detracted from any enjoyment of the meal... From the outset, the attire of the waitstaff, reminiscent of strippers, raised immediate red flags regarding hygiene practices.. This immediately set a discomforting tone for the evening.Throughout the meal, the waitress seemed disinterested and inattentive, making it challenging to place orders and receive timely assistance..I will not recommend this place..... I hope that management takes this feedback constructively and considers reevaluating their approach to customer service.

Now the really disappointment, if you expect to get a true drink of anything liquor, dont waste your money. I ordered a double jack. All I got was a water down the equivalent to a half shot for 13.25. Yes I will come but not for anything liquor.

Bar service was bad, also check your bills, first time they tried sneaking in some shots I didn t buy onto my tab, wasn t gonna go back but gave them a second chance but the second time was the same thing and they were charging me for beer I didn t drink

Never been anywhere where it takes 20 minutes to get a server to table to take your order and another to gat a beer. Normally beer is the fastest thing to you not here. Don t think I ll be back

Music was Soooooo Loud couldnt hear my Bro talking to me. Had to yell to get my drink and food. I asked why so loud, was told Manager said if they dont like it they can leave. Sad, need a Better Manager, we will Never go there again, was my first time there.
