Wow !! Amazing burgers I had the cheesy deluxe double cheeseburger with cheese fries and an order of onion rings everything is homemade. If you re looking for a homemade burger I recommend this place . The place it s super clean . The bathrooms are spotless and the service is excellent from the moment you walk in you feel welcome. I highly recommend this place. The burgers are delicious! Well worth the price. The burgers are seasoned perfectly with the right amount of cheese. If you are a tater tot lover get them loaded so good with the Jalapeños. Next time I go I want to try the nachos They look delicious.

10/10 The service was amazing. Truly made you feel welcome as soon as you step in the door. The atmosphere is so fun! Kids would definitely love all the things on the walls to look at. Omg!! Best burger/ chicken sandwich ever!! Such a friendly greeting when walking in, as put of towners, it was so pleasant to feel so welcome. I ve lived in this neighborhood for 4 years now and just recently started checking this place out!!! OMG, I regret waiting so long!!! This place is amazing. The food. The service. The atmosphere. Burger was a bit of a letdown. I had seen such great reviews and the burger itself is aesthetically pleasing! Just needed a lot more seasoning. They did provide a salt and pepper shaker so maybe they do it that way to avoid anyone complaining but I would have preferred it done traditionally. It has too many good reviews to never come back, so I ll give it a shot next time I m close by.

Wife and I tried out, glad we did. Friendliness of the 2 young gentlemen was great! Attentive and extremely pleasant to be there. Food was good, onion rings were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Melted with every bite. I had the Bacon deluxe burger with everything and my wife had the cheeseburger. Tasted great and looked like it was made for picture taking. Tots were crispy and not greasy like other places. Definitely will be back for more with others. Atmosphere screamed 80s / 90s with banners and posters of wrestling and video games and movies. Action figures and wrestling belts on display with some pictures. Very nice and relaxing place. 5 experience at a very affordable price range.

So todays random burgers in San Antonio Google search led me to Filés Burgers. Located centrally in the famous west side, this place is rather hidden amongst residential homes. The drive thru doesnt work (a sign stating that would help) so you have to drive to the window and order there. Dont yell and wait for a bit looking foolish like I did. In their defense, its probably written on the menu board and I was just too impatient to read it. Anyways, I went ahead and walked inside to check it out. Loved it! The owner is clearly a wrastling aficionado! The burger was built right and lightly seasoned. The hand pressed pattie was definitely bigger than the bun which is a RARE but pleasant surprise. The onions were a little excessive for my taste but luckily, you can just pick one or ten off. The fries were eh... no seasoning AT ALL. Thats seems to be the norm around here. Overall the cheeseburger combo was like $14 so a little on the higher end but worth it. If you make the drive, bring a buck or two for the dude washing your windshield at the red light on Zarzamora and I think Baker. He does a good job. That is all. Good day, carry on. 100 percent this place is awesome !! First time experience: Food was okay. Burger patty was thin and didn t have much flavor, fries weren t bad and fresh. Tots were cooked well(kinda tasted like old oil) but the cheese seemed to have melted and got cold on top before serving, the tots would probably be better with chili as well, just my preference. Nachos were underwhelming but still good, just felt like I was eating two bean cheese chalupas. Soft tacos weren t bad. Overall cool place with welcoming staff, but I will not be returning.

I was a bit skeptical about its almost 5 star rating, but let me tell you, this place IS 5 stars. I got the double cheeseburger and it was great, it had a great flavor and cooked good. Great homemade burger. I got tator tots and they were great too, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. My kiddos got the nuggets kids meal and they loved it. When I walked in I instantly felt welcomed. The decor made me want to bring my friends here and say look at all the videogame/skate/ basketball posters. The general vibe of the place was awesome. Food was delicious! The service was amazing as everyone was super nice and attentive. Everything was hot and fresh! I had the bacon deluxe and I was not disappointed at all. Great flavor and ingredients were fresh. The cheese melted perfectly. Definitely going to be back to try the nachos and onion rings.

Visited 06/17/23 Little restaurant that we always pass by. Decided to give a try. Walked in to a very warm welcome. Greeted us and told us about their menu. We ordered nachos, a bacon burger and crispy taco. Food was a bit pricey but again what isnt. Worth a shot if ur in the area. By far the best friendliest customer service I have ever experienced any where! Keep up the awesome job guys. For that I will definitely be back.

Thin burger patties seasoned with old school burger joint seasonings. Like traveling back to the best burger you could get at the snack bar at the pool- its not the same type of burger you would have at say, Chris Madrids. Place is family friendly, comfortable and enjoyable. Loved the burger and fries, perfect with a Big Red.

Love the feel to this place. It s my Go to place for my fam and friends who come visit me in San Antonio. They love the prices, how friendly they are,how quick the food comes out, and the portion of the food you get! We leave stuff and full all the time, which makes us want to keep ok coming back. A plus is there is always a movie playing when we eat. It s awesome!

Yes, make the trip out here with the fam. Yes, it is where the gps is taking you. Yes, its in the middle of a neighborhood. Yes, you will really enjoy it! Just like other reviewers, I had Files on my try list for a while. The staff is super friendly, I think File himself runs the register. The decor is awesome, everything I liked about growing up in the 90s. But more importantly, the food is great. Try a little bit of everything if you can, specially the crispy tacos, the best crispy tacos in San Antonio. They do have a drive through but I recommend you make time to dine in. Enjoy yall!

First timers and will definitely be going back! The man at the drive thru was so nice and patient with us! Amazing customer service. The burger (bacon deluxe) was so good. Hamburger meat had great flavor. It was a mixture of home cooked burger and restaurant. I love the fact that each combo came in its own bag and it was labeled! Drinks we re labeled as well! Great job guys!

This place is one of the citys best hidden gems. The restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere decorated with a mix of skater/anime/sports themed decor. Cozy little dive restaurant. The owner and staff are super welcoming and polite. Burgers are very tasty. Buns are soft just the way they should be. Its one of the best burgers for sure. Fries, tots, and onion rings are all fried to perfection. Also ordered a beef soft taco and a beef crispy taco. These were very, very good as well. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu. Or another burger
