Dont go if you are more than 6, we were a party of 7, they put us in the most awkward table, we were cramped in a booth the other side of the table wasnt used. The food was mediocre at best. The server was great. Otherwise, I would say 1 star. They dont do anything for birthdays either, something free if you have the app. Not worth the price.

Your staff needs to learn how to pack the food when a DoorDash comes to pick up the food. The food was cold. There was no ketchup. There was no napkins nothing. I tried to contact the store and I don t know what s wrong with your phone, but there is no way to get a live person. I will be not ordering from here again.

The service was not bad but not the best. The waiter was walking around a little sluggish. We waited for straws and any extras. Drinks were not refilled promptly. The restaurant wasnt too busy. The food was very good.

Let me start off by saying the 54th street over by Wurzbach and I10 is 5star food and service amazing. Now this location was very disappointing. The waitstaff was terrible. She was just hanging around bs n with one specific table while her orders were being brought out by other people. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. Appetizers were great but then we got our food. My sister got 1/2 &1/2 soup and sandwich. Her sandwich was half cold and half hot. The soup tasted terrible she couldnt even eat it. I ordered a Margarita on the rocks. The salmon, and a salad. My salad had 3-4 odd flavorings in it. Just didnt taste right, so that was wasted. Then the margarita it tasted as if they put hand sanitizer in it or something. Rubbing alcohol, idk. It was terrible. So that was wasted. Salmon was ok. The waitress hardly ever came by, we watched a couple get seated ahead of us and wait staff never tended to them so they actually got up and left. Thank God they made the right decision and left! I barely made it- whatever they tainted my food and drink with, my stomach was not happy and I barely made it to a toilet to vomit it all out. I will never return to that location. Very disappointing. What a waste of $75 (my son had burger and fries and said it tasted normal)

First time at this restaurant with a friend. Food was absolutely delicious! The waitress was excellent. Impeccable service. Highly recommend this restaurant and its food to others. We went during happy hour and ordered off of the happy hour menu so dont yet have a feel for the entire entree offering. Based on first experience, I will return. Highly recommended. I deducted one star for atmosphere because we went outside to open seating and were not served until we returned inside but it was completely dark out and I did not expect someone to come find us!

The prime rib, sandwich is delicious. The chicken tortilla soup is OK. Chicken quesadilla is great. If you ever order takeout. You cannot go inside and pick it up. You have to wait in the car and call the number on the sign. don t know how that will work when the parking lot is fully packed. The chicken pasta plate was lacking was just OK for my taste buds.

I guess I was expecting flavor. I got the Chicken Avocado Grille I can understand that arugula is small. But the average sprig in my sandwich was half the size of my thumb. This setup resulted in a spillover on the first bite. Parting in two revealed a bottom bun thats about half the size of the top bun, resulting in just about no sandwich left to be had. The avocado had no salt. You dont have to make it fancy, but by god without salt youre serving me grey flavored paste. I know the avocado isnt going to be fresh, but jesus did it need to cement the sandwich down to a flavorless grave? The chicken breast is dry. Well colored, but excessly chalky and once again devoid of flavor. Even the bacon could not save this club. It looks divine, thick cut, appears cooked. It was cooked, but per the taste, texture and close appearance, cooked many multiple hours prior. If you are not picky, great place. Hope it treats you better if you visit.

I went to eat with my wife here at this location. Around 3pm. It was hardly anyone eating. We saw an abundance of staff. We were seated right away. That was good. The only good part. After that it went downhill all during our seating. We didnt see a waitress for about 10 minutes after being seated. I told our hostess that and she was combative. We ordered our drinks. We waited another 5 minutes before our drinks arrived. We ordered unsweetened tea. We got our tea with no sweet n low or sugar. We had to wait until we saw someone. Then waited another 5 minutes for our sweet n low. Wow. Then we waited another 5 or so minutes to order. We had to wait because management was giving praises to the staff while we were waiting to order. We finally got our chips and dip while waiting. Then waited while my greasy hamburger was being prepared. Finally got our food. Then I noticed we didnt have and pepper or salt. Sp I had to wait 5 minutes to ask for condiments. Then another 5 for some ketchup. By that time I was fed up with the service. After all that a manager came by and asked us how was everything. I told him about the bad service and all he was concerned about was how was the food. And he mentioned they dont keep condiments at the tables. Wow. Maybe faster service and I wouldnt have to wait or complain. Thats all he said and walked away. Bad management. Now I see where the service training is coming from. Bad service bad greasy hamburgers. No condiments. And a manager that isnt concerned with that. I will never go again.

I recently dined at 54th St. Bar and Grill and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure that all of our needs were met throughout our meal. The food was equally impressive. Each dish was prepared to perfection, with fresh ingredients and incredible flavors. The menu had a great variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend 54th St. Bar and Grill for anyone looking for fantastic service and outstanding food. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I cant wait to go back!

I really dont care too much about reviewing but their cajun ribeye was the grossest steak I have ever eaten. Please save your $29 and do not order this thing. If you enjoy steaks like I do,you might even suspect that this might be that meat thats created in a lab. My steak was cooked rare but it had grill marks. I dint think the steak was on the grill long enough to get those marks so I wonder if the marks are painted on there at the factory. Our server was polite but added an extra $9.50 charge to our tab but she removed it. The kids tender were average and my wifes chicken cobb salad looked decent with alot of chicken. A large group was sitting next to us celebrating a birthday. When they left I looked at their plates and most of them left most of the food behind. Their food was ptobably gross too........Does anyone else feel the food industry especially the chains have gotten worst?

Manager Cassandra is very disrespectful . Even threatened to call the authorities on me .She said I was intoxicated but fact of the matter was I was trying to clear the outside patio so I can be served a drink and appetizer , but in reward i was deemed intoxicated, when questioned as to the reason why i was unservable she just said I was irrational and drunk, but never was it mentioned I, as a guest helped service the clean up and expedition of new guest ,in my opinion I feel its very unprofessional and me and my family will never be dining here in this establishment again.

Literally the worst service I ever had, the hostess were terrible and mean and fr need to be fired they had an attitude as soon as we walked in. Chicken was very subpar but the fries were good. Jacob (bartender) was excellent! He was the only one who came up to our table to ask if he could help us. He took our order and made a point to check on us throughout our lunch afterwards. Excellent customer service and a can do attitude. COMMENTS: While several other servers were walking back and forth to I suppose was the kitchen and standing around. Even if it was not their designated area they should of ask if we would like a drink and inform us who was designated server was.

The staff here is great. Attentive and that alone can be difficult to find. I went during happy hour and the prices are not bad during that time. I like that happy hour ends at 6PM. Definitely good The nachos were good and loads of toppings were piled on top. It would be nice going forward if they provided more actual nachos though . The soup and sandwich was a nightmare. First the tortilla soup came out lukewarm. When they gave it back it was hot but it just didnt taste good. The sandwich (turkey) was good. Great atmosphere. I sat at a booth and didnt feel bothered by the people walking by.

Dined here last night with my family and really enjoyed the food! Service was some of the best I have had as our waiter was attentive to everything. Never had to ask for a drink refill and the food was delivered promptly and hot! The tater kegs were outstanding and highly addictive! My kids loved them! Good place to come if you have a gluten-free allergy, I normally get the burger or the ribs, They do have a gluten-free menu with a wide variety of opinions. I definitely recommend if youre looking for a gluten-free place to eat at, I am very sensible to the cross contamination, and I havent got sick.

I love the Prime rib french dip at 54th Street! You can get the whole sandwich or half with a soup! Went to 54th street for a late dinner about 1030/11pm. I ordered the grilled chicken avocado bacon sandwich with onion rings. It was good this time. Chicken was not dried. My husband, hungry from coming out of work & ordered the fajita plat. He was disappointed. It was filled greasy grilled vegetables and the fajitas were non appetizing. He didnt enjoy the taste of the fajitas. The flour tortilla was this like out of a bag. I thought it was corn for a moment. Came with rice which he didnt eat. Last time I went I wasnt a fan of the Alfredo chicken pasta. This time around I got the pickles for appetizer and the boneless wings and let me tell you I NEVER eat boneless wings, but the appetizers were excellent.

The hostess was just plainly rude with a blank stare on her face. The wait list is pointless you are unable to put greater than 6 people to your party so we had to wait a 1 1/2 hours

Disappointing dinner. Their cream gravy is sugary (for the love of heaven why?!?) ... which I had forgotten, so I didnt eat the mashed potatoes and ended up scraping the breading off the chicken and drowning it in ketchup to make it bearable to eat. The Brussels sprouts and tater kegs are the bomb, though. Next time, Ill just order those. Kid-friendliness: Kids pasta had very little sauce... like over half the noodles were dry. The sauce she did get had no flavor. Canned tomato sauce would have been better.

Brandon and Mikayla were the bartenders who took care of us. Excellent service, drinks and food and the manager on duty was also incredibly accommodating as they were out of a soup I was wanting. They promptly took care of us without us even asking and we really appreciated it!
