I consider Aric a very dear friend since Ive known him since he was a toddler and watched him grow into this very personable, caring and sensitive attorney. He was meticulous in explaining every detail of the process for handling my youngest brothers Will. He and his staff were extremely helpful during this serious pandemic in gathering of the documentation required, even offering for his Law Student to come to my home to pick up some of this documentation as I live right by the University where she is enrolled. Thats service beyond expectation. I also thank Mike Arispe for his patience in helping me get set up for a Zoom Conference with the Judge; a first for this 82 year old lady. Aric really put in the time - I am talking hours - into helping each side get into a position where they could resolve their case. The services I received from Mr. Garza and his team have been nothing but exceptional. They were quick and deliberate in providing their services to represent my family during this difficult time. Due to COVID-19, we were unable to meet in person and conducted everything via phone, email, and video conferencing. Mr.Garza did a great job explaining to me and my parents, my parents legal rights if one of them shall become ill. He sat down with my family as a group and gave us a general explanation. On a separate occasion, he met with my parents in person and walked them through the proper documents and finalized their POAs.
