This has to be the best Qdoba I have ever experienced. You often can take a risk ordering through Ride share delivery apps but not with this restaurant. This team prepares the order as if you are standing in front of them. The bowl is beautifully prepared and of course tasty. This team has GREAT customer service and very accommodating on any request. They not only offer the notes box on the Uber Eats app but they read it throughly to ensure a perfect order. I m very impressed with their ability to create an experience for their customers without ever walking in. Thank you so much Qdoba team!

For months, this place charges 24 cents to $2 more at the register, over their own listed menu price at the counter. I call them on it, various times - they will inform the manager! To each person $1 may not amount to much, 100,000 transactions in a few months x $1-$2. Whos pocket is getting fat? So which price is it (displayed menu price or secret price at the register) or are we being played by a Qdoba burrito scheme.

This facility has been opened for a while now in my area and never thought to give them a try although my wife has. So I decided to try them with my wife and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was especially the choices. Secondly we received excellent service from Sandra, she was super kind and helpful and did everything with a smile, she even remembered me and my wife when I came the next day and offered a compliment to my wifes dress from the previous day so definitely an A plus for that lol.

When they first opened , I was excited! It was great the first time around. Went for the 2nd time today , but ended up walking out with no food. The first time I went , I was able to get more than 3 toppings. But this time I was limited to 3 toppings! Portion is small! The workers barely even understand/speak English . The amount of food you get is amazing. Yes..there is a BUT, please have your employees clean vents above the food after hours or at least cover the food. My friends and I were there today and witnessed an employee using a broom to sweep the dust off the vents above the food area.

So I was sitting in the parking lot and was ordering a combo that included a drink for $11.75. It doesnt give the option to pay in cash inside the store, so then I walked inside because I wanted to pay in cash and not use my debit card. So I went inside and ordered and they proceeded to make my bowl, and I went to the register. After hearing the total of what I though I was purchasing, I showed Christian what it says online. He said No you have to order it online. Huh, so the price changes dramatically by several dollars if I simply walk in the store! So I said forget it and walked out. I then thought about it and walked back inside and asked to speak to a manager. The manager walked back up to the register with the bowl I just left, and from his demeanor I asked if he spoke english, he then said a little. I told him the dilemna and showed him what it said online the combo price was. He then looked confused and looked at the cashier and online said online only. I told them both that the website DOES NOT SAY THAT! So, for the 2nd time, I just walked out and left. So a sale was lost and maybe Qdoba doesnt care, who knows, but I live directly in the apartments behind them and I know that a plethora of tenants get food from here. Im going to be sure and let my mgmt know to put out an email so EVERY TENANT will know, that if you walk in, the prices change and what it says online will not be honored. Im confused about something too. Why would any national chain fast food establishment have a Manager on duty who cant communicate effectively with customers????!!!!! Why?! Not sure if Ill ever go back again because I dont want to be forced to used my debit card to get a lower or special price when I want to pay cash.

Upon visiting the establishment during the morning shift, the manager provided exceptional service with impeccable attention to detail. However, during our dinner visit, we encountered several issues. There was no white rice available, and the staff scooped rice from the bottom of the pan upon our request. Unfortunately, a fly landed on my food, and only upon my insistence was the affected portion discarded. Regrettably, a subsequent incident occurred when a fly landed in the chicken, and despite bringing it to their attention, the food was not replaced. Despite the courteous demeanor of the cashier, the managers response was not commensurate with the situation, which left a negative impression.

I dont know where to start. I went there many times and everytime I think they will not do the same thing which they did last time. First I am allergic to meat so I always tell them to change gloves and their reaction be like why? All of the employees dont know English. Its difficult to communicate. Next if any employee is making my food the other employee always do something like putting cheese or folding the burrito with meat gloves which I dont like it. Please this is unethical and not professional at all. This is like playing with someones health. If customer dont like anything the staff should do it right away.

7+ people were working the shift at this place and they got my order wrong. Came to get food for my girls since I saw no body there. I asked for a kids quesadilla plain and simple but the lady didn t hear me and made the regular quesadilla and charged me $10.29 ( I even spoke Spanish to them)all because they are busy gossiping and not paying attention to peoples orders. The manager tried to make it right by refunding the difference in cash but her math was wrong and kept my receipt. I told her my refund was short and asked for my receipt back, but she said she needed for her reports.I walked away bc I don t have time with people who gives attitude to their customers. This is a great place to eat! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, the place was clean and the atmosphere was nice. I placed an order for a bowl and a burrito. However, they ran out of quac and fajita veggies. I asked for a queso for each of my meal. The lady told me its only 1 per person. Then I asked for a sour cream - sour cream was out too. She then gave me an attitude and gave me a side of queso. With that type of experience I dont think I will be back there . I went to qdoba for the first time yesterday and I went around 5pm and it was the first meal of my day and I got pretty full so I didn t eat anything else after the Qdoba yesterday. Long story short I was throwing up all night then had major diarrhea and ended up going to the hospital with food poisoning. Today is Easter and I couldn t even go to church bad planned due to this. If I could find a way to sue Qdoba, I would!!! Do not eat here unless you want major food poisoning.

I want to give this place a fighting chance I really do because I m a Chipotle girl through and through! The food at this restaurant is actually good every time I ve gotten but my goodness I can t get decent service to save my life. The first time I went was thru the drive thru (which is nice as a new mom). I ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal. My order was missing ingredients and side salsas after I had left, so fool me once. I tried again thinking okay the food was good maybe they just misheard me, whatever. I ordered another bowl and AGAIN I m missing ingredients on my bowl. And this is after I repeated myself 3 times because the cashier couldn t hear me or couldn t keep track of my requests, I suppose. And on top of that my side salsa was not properly secured and spilled all over my bowl before I got home. So cool. I guess moral of the story is check your food before you walk away/leave, because they are prone to poor execution.

We had a disappointing experience at Qdoba on 710 Union Park Place. Despite ordering online and picking up our meal, everything was wrong. When we called the store, they offered to redo the order but refused a refund or any other compensation, citing the online order policy. This was frustrating, especially considering the inconvenience of returning in pouring rain. Other restaurants often make up for mistakes with refunds or complimentary meals, but this establishment stood firm on their policy. However, after expressing our dissatisfaction, they did remake the meal Nonetheless, the refusal to offer any form of compensation left a bad taste in our mouths. This is disappointing because we have enjoyed Qdoba before when traveling and were excited about it being close by. Its disheartening when a restaurant falls short of expectations, especially in terms of customer service.

I decided to stop by and try QDOBA for the first time. I went to their site, it said if you sign up for their rewards, you can get a free chips and queso. I signed up and proceeded to place my order for 3 bowls. I had my QR code to scan when I got to the window. I asked for my chips and queso, and they denied it. They said I can only get that when I order an entree. I DID. They said I can only get it if I place the order on the app. I read them all the fine print on the advertisement and no where on there did it say it had to be through the app. I get it s just chips and queso but it s the principal. I did what you asked and then you tell me no. Are you guys really hurting for chips and queso?! I wanted to find a new go to place, but chipotle would NEVER do me like this.

Really liked this Qdoba when they first opened. But been disappointed the last 2 times we came. It s almost $13-14 a bowl. My husband and I got steak as protein and the staff gave us about 5 pieces of meat??? The bowl barely had anything in it. He just took 2 bites out of that bowl. Look at the portion??? Ridiculous Update: Customer service was quick to reach out and compensated us for our bad experience. Not sure if management really stepped in, but it was definitely a lot better when we went back in the morning another day.

Three flags is excellent- they actually season their grilled chicken, unlike most places. The queso was really good and the tortilla soup and quesadilla were excellent! Update after going a few times. So far good tastes good, but service is iffy. One visit I ask for a custom bowl, and I m missing ingredients I asked for. Next time I ask for the same thing, then I ask if the they got the ingredients I asked for, and get a long sigh response ugh yeeeeess it s on there. Didn t realized I ordered a side of snark. Today just got the premade chicken fiesta bowl and steak burrito. Barely any chicken in the bowl, and the burrito probably had a bite or two of meat at the bottom. I get it. Our online order was missing a bunch of things. We ordered a bowl and there was barely anything in it, especially minimal protein. Burrito was missing things we ordered. Kids meals were missing products. Food was bland. When I called to talk the manager, you could hear the workers arguing with the manager. The food is bad, it just is, probably not even this locations fault. It just taste like nothing, its hard to describe the blandness. Tldr: First and last time eating here, or any other location.

Ran out of tortillas already. Stores been open for literally 10 days. Also nobody that works in the place speaks English and they don t know what you re saying and put the wrong stuff in your meal. Pretty brutal for a $12 burrito!!

Was a little underwhelmed by it. I had a quesabirria burrito and my wife had birrea nachos and our food didn t have much protein in it all. Minimal meat. Was definitely disappointed because of the hype around this place. Please increase the protein!
