Four times, I have been there, and every time I have gone, the bartenders take care of the people who show up at the bar after I walk up before me. I was acknowledged and then pushed aside. I always end up leaving that place pissed off.

They had some good customer services I would recommend for family because you can go there at night time and still find a lot of tables for you and your family. I got a table and drinks in under 5 minutes fastest billiard check-in I had ever seen. Their drinks were good and they do have sodas for kids too and drinks for adults. I hope you guys go and try it out for y all selfs.

Went there on a Friday afternoon. It was lively but not packed at all. Every table felt like it had its on bubble. Music variety was great. The food was fire! We had fries and lemon pepper wings we destroyed it. Their drinks were also good. I had long islands. And to top it all of everything was cheaper then the bowling alley we went to prior to coming here. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Well, for starters the servers, depending on the day can be rude. I came one night with friends and had very little to no service during a 4 hour play, we would try to waive them down and as soon as they came , they went. The place is big and very nice, had great music but the customer service, in my opinion, is lacking. I come regularly so I know how good vs. bad service can be and the weekends can be very scarce for food service. I end up having to walk to the bar for my drinks. I know they can be busy and sometimes its not their fault, but aside from the atmosphere the service should be better up to par.

Fast Eddie s has been a go to place for me ever since I started going when the Babcock location was around now I go to embassy and Braun locations. They have always treaded me right and known me by name. I play APA league there and used the pool as a stress reliever and now gotten lots better after playing for 30 years. Love shooting here, shoot here on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Apa Pool League. Great staff, decent tables, decent bar tender! My only complaint is the Karaoke on Tuesdays. The Dj obviously has no concept on volume level because he keeps it so loud you cant even hear yourself think let alone be able to concentrate on a shot.

Place is nice but there seems to be an issue here half the time. I came today at 11:30 sober and asked for the fish bowl. The manager denied to sell it because it was so close to midnight which is confusing to me since they close at 2 and I dont know what midnight has to do with it. But apparently certain drinks need manager approval and for some reason the manager disapproved. Also I was with a group of 5 people so its not like one person was drinking.

My first Time there and the service was on point and really polite. I had opened a tab and when it was time to leave the waitress added someone elses drinks and when she came back she said my card declined but of course she tried to double charge me. She said she didnt but my bank said she didnt Im still waiting for them to give my money back. Very disappointed.

The service was very nice and I felt attended to. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea that didnt quite taste right so chose a different beverage. When I brought up that I could not taste the alcohol in either of my beverages and that I thought it was not made correctly I was offered, by our server, to have the last drink remade because I had already been charged for it. They came back and I was told to stir my drink to make it taste correct and that the heavy cream covered the taste of vodka in a White Russian. I felt like I was served an excuse rather than a correct beverage. I have bar tended and I am not ignorant to the flavor of booze, spirits, and mixed drinks. I will be coming back for the billiards, maybe, but NOT THE BAR.

The bar staff had a terrible girl working, fake eyelashes, short, and very disrespectful. She had some attitude about her, and just was in no position to be this way. I definitely think they should fish a another tender.

Want to get out of daily routine? Fast Eddies is the place to go. Its clean, nice atmosphere ,people are friendly and everyone is playing their games why listening to the live Dj. I go there with my boyfriend we love it . We play pool ,we laugh ,snack and drink. We are on our way home, by 11pm .
