This is the best law firm in San Antonio! I got rear ended by a driver who fled the scene of an accident. Where most attorneys would not take cases where the other partys insured could not be found or verified, Mr. Myer did not let the other insurance off the hook! He is a shark! We retained Wyatt firm approximately 2 months before our personal injury case had to be filed prior to the statute of limitations running out. They were gracious from the beginning and always professional, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. The entire team worked to keep the case moving and in progress. They told us it would be difficult because of the late date, but did a great job of negotiating with the other insurance company to get a fair settlement for us although we hadnt had additional necessary medical treatment. We couldnt be more pleased. We hope to never need a PI attorney again, but if we do wed definitely retain Wyatt.

Wyatt Law Firm is filled with great people! Tony, Nora, Gabin, Jordan, Joseph and of course Paula. Myself, my 4 month pregnant wife, our 7 year old and 7 month old baby were involved in an accident in Texas but lived out of state in Utah. Im very thankful for Paula Wyatt and her staff for thier patience and expertise in resolving my case. I interviewed a few law firms before deciding to work with Paula Wyatt. Paula from day one distinguished herself above the other law firms by beginning the interview with the accident report and data pertaining to the accident. I was struck by an 18 wheeler as I was driving in the right lane of a 1604 access road when the Semi was solidly in the left lane and, without signaling, turned into my car. My car was totaled and I sustained a broken hand and wrist in several places which required surgery along with neck and back injuries that required multiple months of treatment along with physical and occupational therapy. I was new to the litigation process and had many questions and concerns. Paula and her team, through Attorney, Louis Durbin and Paralegal, Valerie Garza as well as others, were all very attentive and accommodating in answering those concerns. First off do not hire this law firm if you want someone who is actually going to REPRESENT you. Benita (has no knowledge of case but will say that it is at a stand still because USAA doesnt respond) Yeah, very helpful! and Paul Myers have proven to be not only incompetent BUT extremely demeaning and have ZERO communication skills. Paul thought he would tell me (the mother of the client and also who hired Wyatt Law Firm) What you need to do is listen EXCUSE ME?! I dont think so! Oh, BUT here is the WHY...He stated that the attorneys arent making enough money to file a lawsuit against the person who HIT my son and also because he is young and he will be fine. Paul Myers is obviously not a parent or else he would have NEVER spoken to me so disrespectfully and say that the case isnt worth fighting more for. We need to close this case within 6 months because then WE lose money. Why would they say that the attorney would go from 40% to 28% with their fees if that was a lie? BECAUSE they will say anything just to get your case but then if the numbers come back low, they no longer want to fight for the client. AGAIN, they are more worried about what they are going to make first. Then Paul thought it was ok to yell at me while I was on speaker phone with my son (the client) and my 8-year-old daughter who is home sick. So sad for the attorney who has these 2 representing them. Hopefully, the Wyatts will see this and fix it.

After my accident I had trouble walking. I got hit by a drivers speeding past a red light. Wyatt covered over 43,000 in medical bills I didnt have health care. They help to reduce the cost of my medical bills about half off .I also got a check for over $15,000. Wyatt saved me so much money on reducing the cost of my medical bills. Not alot for lawyers have that type of hook up. This isnt my 1st accident but I was unhappy with my first lawyer . a friend recommended to this law firm. Work out great. Also they reduced the attorney fee so I could get more money. That was nice. They answered every time I called. They also helped with getting my insurance to pay out for my vehicle that was totaled. Paul Myers did an incredible job on my UM case. I was involved in a high impact motor vehicle collision back in July 2022. The individual who collided into my vehicle didn t have any insurance, so a claim was made against my UM coverage (which everyone should have, so if you don t have it, get it). After haggling back and forth with the adjuster, a lawsuit was filed. In less than 5 months, policy limits were tendered. Paul negotiated the settlement on my behalf very quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. He truly gets it. He knows how to talk to adjusters and opposing counsel in a manner that gets you what you deserve. Karen also did an amazing job setting me up for treatment and she got me awesome reductions. She is amazing at working with providers. For those of you who have a multi-million dollar case, Paula is the powerhouse you need representing you. Being involved in a collision is not a pleasant experience. Thankfully in my situation neither I nor the other party had serious injuries that required a trip to the hospital. Excellent knowledge from all staff aspects. Paula knows how to work in her clients corner and she brings so much experience and energy to make sure her clients are treated fair. She helped fight with Tricare on my husbands behalf and she will not stop fighting until the client is happy. My husband won his case with her and her staff. It was January 3, 2017 I was at a red light on the access road of IH 10 waiting to turn left onto Huebner road. Suddenly , without any warning I was rammed from behind by a commercial van. I was hit so hard that the wind was knocked out of me and suffered 7 herniated disks. I had been involved in 2 car accidents that were not my fault several years before that had nowhere near the type of injury that had occurred this time. I got a hold of the attorney I had used for the previous minor accidents and soon after, my attorney referred me to Paula Wyatt. I had an important case to fight and needed a bulldog of an attorney in my corner. Paula Wyatt walked in the room and commanded attention. She carried an authority and confidence with her that made me feel I had been robbed of my health and was going to do all she could to get the justice I deserved through her practice. From that point on I was completely given over to her and her team. Since then, I learned a whole lot about the industry of personal injury. It is paramount when involved in an auto accident that you have the right law firm behind you to represent you! With the Wyatt Law Firm I was able to meet some of the best chiropractors, drs, surgeons, and physical therapist. I had extreme pain in my neck while being the only bread winner with my new baby girl to raise and the stress in my life was exceedingly high. I was referred to a wonderful surgeon who then gave me a new disk for my neck and woke up with no more tingling or burning in my wrists and hands and no more pain in that area of my neck. I was able to do more production while at the same time knowing that Paula Wyatt and her team were doing all they could to win the case with huge strides. The Wyatt Law Firm treated me like my own family would if not better. I was informed of what steps needed to be taken along the way, I was updated frequently, if I ever had any questions her team members were always available as well as Paula. My court date kept getting postponed and the covid only made it draw out longer. However, we were able to settle outside of court for an impressive amount to cover my pain and suffering. I believe that in the game of life we are always on a journey to find out why we are here. It is often given the term purpose. I strongly believe that Paula Wyatt was born to do what she does. She is walking out her God given purpose in defending her clients. I am deeply impressed and forever indebted to the Wyatt Law Firm for their representation of me and my family. The team at Wyatt Law Firm changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but they truly blew me away with their efforts in pursuing my case. I had given up on the case very shortly after we opened it due to personal struggles I was dealing with. And after almost a year passing by I received a call mentioning they had reached a settlement. I was in awe that they had even continued working my case. I assumed that bc I had basically given up on it that they would too. But no, they pushed to make sure I wasn t forgotten after my car accident. after 3 long years , and many ups and downs even through this pandemic , Wyatt law firm never stopped their hard work and determination with my case. i was in an accident in 2017 involving carbon monoxide poisoning, this kind of case is tricky and difficult. I am very happy with how Paul has been handling my case. He has gone above and beyond my expectations and I can see how he genuinely cares about his clients and puts himself in our shoes. Im in the process of receiving settlement money from my car insurance. I was not expecting much in return for the damages but thanks to him I am now able to get an awesome amount that I prefer not to mention and on top of that I was even able to keep my car! Right now, a loan company has the title of my car and he worked extremely hard for me to be able to have a win win situation. This great gesture did not go unnoticed.
