We recently used Attorney Tim Whitten to assist in an adult adoption process. Mr. Whitten and his paralegal, Ms.Cardwell, made everything so easy. They were quick to respond, prompt in taking action, and extremely clear in their communication. They got a lot done for each billable hour. We sincerely appreciate the effort put forth in making this adult adoption a reality. It was a wonderful day that would not have occurred so seamlessly without his help. My husband is an attorney practicing in another area of law, and indicated that he would be referring him clients needing a family law attorney. I called The Law Offices of Tim Whitten today. My call was promptly returned. Summer was able to quickly research and address my needs. Everyone I spoke today from the office was professional and courteous. Sometimes there is a tremendous amount of anxiety when you have to engage an attorney s office, kindness and consideration goes a long way in making it a less stressful event. There arent enough words to fully convey how happy I am I chose the Law Office of Tim Whitten to represent me in a recent cusody case but I will attempt in this review. I contacted Tim Whitten to represent me in the most difficult time of my life. After a few in-depth conversations with Summer and Tim, we agreed it would be best for my case to have Tim and Amerin Whisnant represent me. Amerin Whisnant was my main attorney and handled the bulk of the case and throughout the entire case, I have never seen more courtesy, kindness and hard-work on my behalf. I felt secure knowing the knowledge they possed would give me a clear picture of my options and guide me in the right direction. However, they allowed me to make all informed decisions based on what was right for my family. Rightfully so, emotions were high, however, Amerin did a tremendous job navigating me through it all and eleviating some of the stress and intensity that came with it. They displayed the utmost professionalism towards the opposing party including his attorney which showed me a lot of wisdom. I can honestly say my son and I are better off having chosen Amerin, Tim and this entire team as our legal coucil. Even their paralegal, Ashley, was great to work with - I highly reccomend them 100x over!

Tim Whitten represented me in a custody case 2 years after my divorce. While remaining calm and focused (and keeping me somewhat sane), he was able to represent my interests very well. Looking back now, I am very thankful for Tims help and while I may not have agreed with everything at the time, the man knows what he is doing. Things could not have worked out better and Tim and his staff are held close to my heart for the effort they provided and the way they kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Tim.
