Phillip has been OUTSTANDING! I never expected such great service and attentiveness from an attorney. His average response time was less than 30 minutes, INCLUDING after hours texts. He would even respond back to me after hours when I specifically wrote to him, telling him not to worry about answering my questions until the next business day. The circumstances were life altering, and he was extremely compassionate, understanding, and CARING. Thanks Philip, and crew for helping me through this horrible life changing event. I hope I dont need you again, but if I do, theres no one else that i would consider calling upon.

If everyone used this law firm, lawyers wouldn t have a bad name anymore! Seriously the most kind caring people I ve ever had the pleasure of working with! They treat you like human beings and actually care about you, they also have wonderful communication skills and got back to me immediately even on the weekends. I was also very happy that I could text them and get responses! Also they weren t like other arrogant lawyers, I have experienced they were like nice people! I was blown away by their professionalism and how kind and caring they were! They went out of their way to always be empathetic to the fact that I was the victim of an accident, and that their main objective was to get me the compensation that I deserved. I just got my check for $10,980 and I am very happy. But I was more happy with the way that I was treated. I felt seen heard and valued! I would highly suggest anyone use them! My wife and I were hit broadside by a drunk driver last Memorial day weekend. My wife suffered a broken ankle, lacerated spleen and multiple bruises. I thought I was going to lose her. She had lost her job and her insurance had just ended. The drunk driver had no insurance. She was in ICU for several days and in a short time frame our medical costs exceeded $100,000. My sons best friend had become a lawyer and works for The Doan Law Firm. Phillip told us not to worry about anything, just work on getting Tammy better. The Doan Law Firm took care of every detail with Phillip giving us updates regularly. We wish we had the right words to describe the help and comfort Phillip provided to us. Our medical fees were reduced almost completely. I am in my mid sixtys and without Phillips help, I would most likely never have been able to pay our medical bills ,that resulted from the accident, before I died.
