This will be my ongoing review from start to finish. DAY 1 - So far, the phone intake process was painstaking due to horrible phone connection & multiple disconnections & not being able to hear or understand the caller/intake person for my case. My car was repaired quickly after being back-ended and it was a relief to leave it all in their hands while I dealt with my broken bone and weeks of PT. But after the car repairs the ball was dropped repeatedly until I d call several times and get it rolling again. At one point the paralegal on my case asked me to re-send all of my medical bills as if they d lost them all. On several occasions out of frustration with my paralegal on how my case seemed only to move when I called, I requested to speak with my lawyer and another time to a manager. Each time my request was ignored and I never was given that opportunity to speak to either of them. Now, 18 months later after countless phone calls and texts on my part, this law firm has been paid from my injury and my insurance company has been paid but my portion of the payment comes out to less than my out of pocket medical expenses totaled. My P&N paralegal assured me that s the very best they could do because my injuries were not great enough something I would have appreciated being told from the start. So I ll just share what I learned with you: unless your injuries call for surgery, you should just go with your insurance company rather than this law firm.

My son google these people and hired them, its 6 mos and the Phone assistant told my son that the people how hit and ran are good people. I asked who are they working for them or you? They had my son to call the adjuster instead of them doing the work. He had to get the police report that showed the witness. * STILL IN PAIN AND THEY DONE NOTHING!!!!, Its been more than a week and replied to you company with my sons name as you asked and still no response just like my sons case. He had to provide your assistant the police report and the witnesses that you are was supposed to get since youre on his attorney or does he need a new one firm?
