Olmos Basin Park, nice place to go for a walk or run. Very good environment for exercise and picnic. Sometimes problems with trash in Park or on the road, toilets is very dirty and sometimes it locked. I wish City scheduled some cleaning once in a while. Little Creek in Park looks terrible with huge amounts of trash! Update for today, September 1. Im very disappointed. Little creek full of trash! The trash stack on the big pipe! Very trashed view!

This is a good park and trail, with a couple different areas. There is a small trail that goes from the Soccer Fields to the Quarry, would be great if someday it manages to connect to the rest of the San Antonio trail system.

It is a nice park didnt get to walk alone there but will be back soon . Its hug Llove the under bridge water. Bathrooms need some tlc but its a park right. Will be back tho dog loved the open room and the squirrel activity. Playground: Its a simple play ground Jungle gym didnt see a swing Toilets: Dirty smelled like someone peed all over the the floor. Probably did. Dog-friendliness: Had my dog off the leash for a while tell he saw a squirrel and wanted to chase it. Picnic area: Reg concrete pinic table

You can tell that this park used to be really nice but maintained but Im guessing lack of funding it isnt kept up as nice. BUT its still a really nice park for walks, dog walks, picnic or parties. I will for sure be back here to walk to full trail when I have more time.

This a really nice park. Great trails and facilities. However there are many people who walk their dogs off leash. I wish the city would do more to enforce the small rules here. I did not see a single ranger the entire walk.

We went there for the playground area. Wish it were a bit bigger, but if there aren t too many children it is a good place to climb around. I did not use the walking trails, but they looked good and people were walking their dogs I understand there is a dog park up the way There is an open restroom near the playground. Also, there are picnic tables available and plenty of shade.

Should have used some of the millions to create the park to make a real sidewalk down the side of the street, some of us can t afford to be zigzagging back and forth 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the road. Some of us got places to go and don t need the exercise just need to get there

It was quiet and lots of shade to walk under. I would recommend any dog owners. There are no pet areas with bags so bring your own. I always keep some im my car, so its no biggie for me. Its also empty enough to let go of my dog for him to run around and play. Playground: Its an open area so no shade. Toilets: They have a water fountain for pets here. Picnic area: Really nice picnic area. Right under a bunch of trees.

Lots of park, benches and lots of for real barbecue pit grills made of limestone from the local quarry and of course I mentioned the trees are just spectacular. They reach out every direction and provide a nice cooling shade even on the hottest day of the year.

One of the best place for romantic walks with partner. Lots of dog trails available. Peaceful place The trail makes me wonder how beautiful it might be in the springtime. The open air pavilion at the park across the street from the sports complex is super for celebrating events and barbecue Toilets: The mens rest rooms were locked The womens rest room was open so all of us had to use the women RR. Nice secluded trails and huge. There are different areas to this park which I have recently been finding out and you will get the feeling of a natural safe forest in some parts. Reminds me of some of the parks back home in Austin. Definitely 5 stars!
