Terrible service, they did not help me or answer any of my questions, the only thing they care about is collecting the money, do not come, they only discriminate against you and make you feel bad

I am very grateful to Caritas Legal of San Antonio Tx, the three lawyers who supported us in our naturalization, they did it with great professionalism. Attorney Khadija Aboueisha, who filled out and sent our N-400, attorney Irene Rico who made some recommendations and attorney Sandra Mendoza who accompanied us during our naturalization interview giving us support, refreshing our knowledge and at all times making us feel confident in ourselves. I recommend that you use the Caritas Legal service, it is excellent.

Wow amazing havent even paid 1500 for guardianship and already reviews are making my skin crawl , when told 6 months people still waiting 2 years later im shocked to know this we need your help why charge us for consultation I mean u are through catholic charities , parking horror no parking go 2 blocks away just to visit but can guarantee employees all park in front and side of their blue house , reading reviews are so important they have been here before and save us a trip not going one thing I dont like is dishonesty told one thing then they change their tune to another glad to know .....

Be careful because if you dont like how they handle your case and youve already paid everything, they wont want to give you your money back. So in a nutshell you are forced to stick with them

If I could give less I would definitely do it, I went for a status adjustment and they never answer your calls, they dont even know the Immigration fees, and Mr. Akram Alkhafaji does not even have a license to practice as a lawyer, when I asked them for my refund they did not they did it, I will definitely file a complaint and file a report

Being waiting for 2 years to go to court for my special needs guardianship, I paid and havent heard from them for over a year. I wonder if I could have filled out the paperwork myself and submitted it to court myself. I did not know it would take this long!!

They helped me to bring my husband to America while I was still a college student without much money. Thanks to them, weve had more years together here while I was getting on my feet. My husband just took his oath ceremony this year, ending the immigration journey that Caritas legal aid helped us start. Thanks to Mr. Akram especially who helped our case. Had a Really poor communication with Akram, I tried to change to someone else s because I did not felt comfortable with with him but he said they have a policy and I am not allowed to see nobody else. I have not signed any contract yet, I will check other options and If it doesn t work might consider going back.

Late review but Im looking for legal aide now and was brought to this place again. Last March I called for information. The lady was very inconsiderate of my feelings. She told me to hold on. Then was frustrated because Itwas hard for me to speak on the matter. I told her nevermind and hung up. I started crying. She called back twice but I didnt answer. Legal issues can be hard got some ppl. Never going to ask for help from them.
