It is impossible to locate them after paying them They only put me in legal cases, which have changed about 10 times in the last 4 years of my processes. The only times I have managed to contact them I have to explain my case over and over again because they appointed me a new person who knows nothing about my case. Right now you need to renew your paperwork and I have called like crazy for more than a month and they only tell me that they are going to call me and call me and no. I am looking for another lawyer so I have to pay again... when with effort I have already paid 8k to this firm.

They just take your money. They promise you false hopes and then charg more for all these extra stuff that Rudy said would be included. I had no way of proving it because we never signed an agreement. Then they forget about you dont remember who you are. I called a lot and after a while I never got an answer until I showed up. They arent for the people they are just money hungry. No vallan con Ellos mas aparte cobran mucho. Mind you my case a previous lawyer had it so this firm just had to show up and represent me in court. All for the case to be dismissed and I be out on 10,000 you would think they took all of this in consideration since they did nothing. Not file one paper but a motion to dismiss by the judge. Oh and when I asked for those papers in case I had to ever show them I got a blurry copy and they took forever to give me my paperwork back.

I dont recommend it, personally terrible lawyers! They sent completely false information about my husbands case, they lied to the immigration offices that if we paid as soon as possible my husbands case would be much faster. And it was a total lie, we waited for my husbands appointment for 5 years. And when they finally scheduled his appointment in Ciudad Juarez it seemed to me that it couldnt be arranged and that it was better for us not to go to his appointment when we had already paid for everything to go without counting all the plans we had in mind... Norma Hernandez handled our case Its not fair that they do this to us. There in Ciudad Juarez I met people to whom something similar happened and they went to the lawyers Rudy Castillo And their cases were also handled by Norna Hernandez. Rudys track record is very good, however he lacks a good personnel manager, the staff must follow up on his clients, with so many clients he has, without a doubt one knows that it is because of his success that the majority of his cases are approved However, there is frequently a lot of personnel turnover, and very, very little communication with clients. Ive been with Rudy for 10 years and I continue because even though I have to be behind the agents on my cases, in the end they finish the process, and they respect the price they generally give you even if you dont sign the contract right away. They are patient in payment if there are delays. My only recommendation would be for Rudy Castillo to look for systems where he can automatically so as not to lose the connection with his clients, in an efficient way.

Very bad job they did for me to process my wife and my 2 children for residency and I was in a hurry to struggle, they were never able to put together the process for the 3 of me, all the documentation was wrong, they put the last names backwards, they didnt give me the appointment for the Cas, I dont know why the lawyer Rudy Castillo does not check the documentation of his employees, very bad work.
