He was rude! He didnt have to speak to me in that abusive tone. Said the money matter more to him. He will not care for your case unless you show him cash he will not consult with you unless you have money. Anyone thats only about money and no kindness the way this man showed should not be handling any cases with kids. He should be barred. Horrible first impression. Unprofessional. Rude and Dehumanizing .

I wouldnt hire this law firm to save my life! Called today to inquire services about obtaining a lawyer for a civil case and the whole phone call made me cringe! Absolutely NO compassion, concern, or anything to help. I was quoted $5,000 as the retainer. Told me I couldnt afford him with $2,500 on what I make at my job after I shared with him how much I made and often I get paid. He was only concerned with give me $5,000 and Ill handle it deal. I was so glad to get off the phone! I feel that theyre only concerned with if you can afford what theyre charging. I didnt get any compassion shown whatsoever! Theyre not in the business of doing that. Smh!

Burned out of $4000. Didnt do anything whatsoever. I already had done all the work he had he just put it on his attorney paperwork. Must of been the easiest $4000 ever made. Finally did get the divorce done which in all Im happy.

Mr. Ortiz is one of the worst lawyers ever I hired him to help me in my child custody battle and he didn t help me at all he was very disrespectful and his services where horrible the worst experience in my life he s just in it for the money doesn t care about his clients this is the matter of when a lawyer doesn t do his job right it s called legal malpractice.

I have been using Ortiz for almost 3 years now for child custody case and criminal case. At first I was skeptical but after building a relationship with him and Melissa (paralegal) I wouldnt trust a team more than I trust them. Ortiz was able to bring out IN A COURT ROOM how manipulative my ex is for the jury to see in my criminal case. Ortiz and his paralegal were able to prove my innocence against my ex who has tormented my life beyond belief. They say you can never win an argument with a female but they made it happen. Now onto my child custody case, theyve already got new dates for everything right away and cant wait to see the outcome of this one. Just shut up and listen let him do his job no matter how much you may doubt at one point just let him do it his way. Yes he comes off rude but dont let it fool you hes going to make it happen just let him do it his way. I promise.

Worst lawyer ever. Very money hungry and disrespectful. I booked 2 appointments and drove over an hour to this place and both times the lawyer was a no show. The secretary was very rude as well. It would ve been nice to get notified about the cancellation. Never again.

I would not want another attorney law firm other than Ortiz Law firm. Through my experiences in lifes fallouts. Attorney and Counselor, at law; They are more than helping you with a case. That word counselor has many definitions. Therefore at the end of the day not only will Ortiz Law Firm be your attorney and counselor, but your counselor when you dont even know it. Patience is a virtue.I dont know if you guys know it but you really have helped me more than you may be aware. I appreciate your understanding and being there for me. I just received mail from all these other law firms. Monday I received a traffic violation. I wonder if you guys will send me a letter. :) I have court next,month. Id rather let Ortiz Law Firm counsel me.
