Bunch of incompetent teenagers working there who dont care. Placed a call in order...picked up..got home....part of my order missing . Called and talked to young lady who could care less. She told me she would have to speak to a Mgr. ( whom supposedly wasnt there ) . She got back on phone and said she spoke to manager ( with ATTITUDE ) and I could come pick up the rest of my order. MY TIME,MY GAS, 20 minutes away....not even and apology from staff when I got back for a 2nd time. VERY good way to lose a good customer quickly !! I realize ppl. make mistakes....but AT LEAST act like you care...check your order BEFORE you leave ! RANT over.

Very good comfort food. Good daily specials, a little Cajun twist. Service is really good and attentive. A lot of different age groups really enjoy it. So reasonably priced. Enjoy! Kid-friendliness: Kids really enjoy the kids meals and actually the whole menu. Staff really makes the kids as well as the adults right at home.

I wish I had gotten photos of all the plates on the table. And had bites of everyone elses food! Fresh hot rolls were so soft and delicious. My fried shrimp were seasoned wonderfully! Not overly Salty, but just right for me. Not a fan of fries. But they offer home-made potato chips as a side too and I wish Id gotten them. Its tucked in a small shopping center and we got there as soon as they opened. Friendly staff! Wonderful meal. Sonic ice if thats your thing

As I always go to this restaurant and get take out, the food is very Delicious, thats what keeps me coming back is the food, but Lord the customer service is very Poor, you have to Beg for rolls, that actually comes with the food you order, upon asking the young lady gets an attitude, as if you are a bother to her, I have one question for the owner, why does this happens to me every time I order take out food, the rolls are very Delicious, so can you please get with your staff to solve this matter, it bothers me, because I enjoy your food, but not your customer service. April 23, 2024...we were served spoiled boudain balls. Ranch was hot. My friend ate hers with mustard which must of covered up the smell I went to take a bite ...immediately I knew they were spoiled...the smell was so intense it left me sick. She immediately left the restaurant she felt sick...never again. We always had good food there...now they had a bad cook and manager. Please hire better ppl for your kitchen staff.

I really like this place! We frequently get the baskets, shrimp, steak fingers, fish ect. The rolls are extra if you get take out, but oh so worth it! Good value, staff is great. Just wish they were open a little later especially on friday saturday.

Lunch is always crowded. Amazing food! I find myself eating here at least 1x a week for lunch - whether pick up or dine in. They will accommodate large tables and theres something for everyone here. I havent found anything I dont like. No one beats their grilled shrimp.

Never been before. Got an invite to come in for my birthday, so we did. Wait staff was awesome! Drinks never more than half empty before asked if wanted a refill. Fried pickles- yummy! My steak was cooked exactly as ordered and tender. Dirty rice and chips were my sides. Hubby and sis had shrimp Ibiza. Shrimp were good but a little salty. Whole meal for 4 adults was right at $100. Like the girls that wait tables, great attitudes. Unfortunately the food isnt all that great. The gumbo is typically overcooked, and the steaks are pan fried, so they dont really look or taste so great, location is easy to access, the value isnt really there, party of 4 eating so so food and a few beers shouldnt cost $200 including tip. And besides the quality of the food isnt worth the money they charge. I wish I had more positives, as this place is a good place as far as location and the wait staff goes.

Ordered seafood gumbo because the picture they advertised looked delicious. After working 12 hours, stopping to grab dinner to go ( I do not live in that area) that pic is nothing more than a pic of what it should be. It was shrimp gumbo with very little shrimp and no crab or much of anything. It had no flavor, was spicy and just not at all what they portrayed to serve. I called them with my concern and was basically told they couldnt do anything about it unless I brought it back. I live 30 miles away from that establishment and extremely exhausted and still hungry NO WAY Im up to drive only to take me an hour to return home. This place is NOTHING like it was 4 years ago. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY

We placed an order online. We waited to get there until the order said it was complete, but when we got there they said there was another 10 minutes or so. I understand that food takes time to prep, but dont mark it as done when its not done. Walking in, there was Country music BLARING and the staff couldnt care less we were there. The food was just... Not good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were both obviously powdered and lacked flavor. The potatoes were like concrete. The chicken was fried well, but lacked any flavor at all. I would review the baked potato and fries, but we didnt get those. They were also out of the cake we ordered. Sorry, no second chance on this one.

This place is dirty. The paper menus are dirty. The floor was dirty. Our fried items came out cooked too long and were dark brown and greasy. The atmosphere was non existent. The hostess Maci was rude and slammed napkins on the table after cleaning the table because we requested to sit away from the restroom. When we asked for the manager he just disregarded our complaint. The manager then proceeded to tell Maci something about the situation and they both laughed. I think this was an unpleasant experience and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The manager was just as unprofessional as Maci.

No seasoning on any beef meat patty, no pasta came on my shrimp pasta, shrimp was overcooked and rubbery and size medium NOT jumbo, hamburger steak was bland and they used the nasty jarred gravy that is a salt bomb. Went here tonight. Staff was amazing, food not so much and wouldn t recommend. I got smothered chicken. It literally had a piece of cheese from Walmart on it and bacon bits. My corn and mashed potatoes were cold and tasted like it was made in a microwave.
