I did a consultation last year with Attorney Adriana, consultation fee was $250 and within 10 minutes she mislead me into thinking a deportation order that I had was no big deal because I had done advance parole a year prior. Now I am in a huge battle with immigration thats costing me more than it wouldve if she wouldve taken more than 10 minutes to look at my case she most likely wouldve seen that the deportation order was a problem in my case. I did the right thing with seeking an attorney and was willing to hire someone to help me with my case. I then sought out to them again when immigration denied my application. To be told that I should pay $250 again.

Great experience with this law firm. Adriana worked on our case. We got her help with an I-129F. She was always very responsive, and I could tell the work she was doing was high quality. I got the impression with some law firms I spoke with about our I-129F that they were more in the business of churning out applications. But my experience with the people at Joseph Cohen was the opposite of that. Adriana took the time to pay close attention to the specifics of our case and worked with us closely to formulate the best response, which resulted in our case being approved. Highly recommended.

If I could give the law office of J. Joseph Cohen 10 stars I would. Possibly even more. My familys situation came over in the speed of lightning. Literally. We only had about two months to prepare for my moms case and Mr. Carlos Castaneda and the team at Joseph Cohen Immigration Lawyers office did such a divine and well job handling my moms case in the short amount we had. I am so so so grateful for him because I genuinely feel like everything went just right because of Mr. Castaneda and the team that me and my mom always remember he did everything and thankfully everything went well and my mom is still by my side. My mother has been living with me and taking care my kids while I was work. During pandemic, we decide to apply for green card for my mother and we though we can do by ourselves. We were so wrong I contact Joseph Cohen law office and they would gladly take over application that I started and continue with it. Carlos Castañeda was really helpful and really understanding. I found my life mate in San Antonio and decided to live here. My green card was approved today April 21 2022. Thanks to our lawyer Mr.Carlos who patiently guide us and help us through the process. He was very patient and good to us. He was always there everytime we had some questions. And yes he was with us every step until our interview day.
