Table, chairs and kids high chairs were dirty. Floors need cleaning. Stood in line at counter for 30 minutes while 2 other customers were served. Drive thru was attended to only. Kind of a sad experience. Probably need more counter/dining area staff.

Food is hit or miss. Some times its amazing and other times its bland. But the worst is customer service. Going through the drive through they will make you wait for up to 5 mins before they even acknowledge your even there. And you can scream and holler all you want and they just ignore you. Going inside isnt much different either.

I don t usually leave reviews, whether my experience was good or bad. In THIS case, I was left with no other option. I saw no open signs at this restaurant when I pulled in, but after driving around the parking lot, I was able to deduct that they must have been open, drive-thru only. We pulled up to the drive-thru and I had decided on ordering a beef fajita salad, priced nicely at $8.00. In fairness, there was a hand written note on the menu stating that the actual prices may be different than what are listed on the menu. The cashier told me that she would have my total at the window. After I pulled up she informed me that my salad would be $13.39 with card or $12.74 with cash. Frustrated, I questioned how the price could be so much higher, but she assured me that that s how much it had gone up from $8.00. Hungry, and thinking the quality may be worth the price, I dug out the cash and 74 cents in change. I drove about 10 miles back to our job site where I could not wait to get stopped and begin digging into this salad bowl. When I opened the container I realized that this was in fact a taco salad. Taco salads are fine with me, I like taco salads, but this one didn t look so good. Nonetheless, I laced it with the provided toppings (red salsa from a packet and ranch..?) and commenced to eating. My first thought was, Wow! Second worse fajita beef I have EVER had. For not only was it irreparably tough, but it was refrigerator cold. I just didn t understand. But my hunger, and refusal to waste any food made from plants and animals put on this earth by God, had me determined to finish this miserable excuse for a taco salad. Everything from the lettuce, to the taco shell, to the ranch (again, why..?), and ESPECIALLY to the beef, had missed the mark by four miles. If par for the taco salad course was a 3, and Dairy Queen was on par, this place was shooting 7 over. My point here is this; knowing what I now know, there is a 0% chance of me ever returning to that place. Like I said, $10 at Dairy Queen would have yielded a taco salad over 3X better. So please, if your considering eating here and you read this review DO NOT DO IT. Just go to Rosa s down the road if you want to spend $13 for a Tex-Max lunch. If I could go back in time now, I would have just not eaten lunch. I would have saved my $12.74 and used it to buy diesel. That way, I could drive as far away from this restaurant as possible (which unfortunately in our current economy, is about 25 miles or so). Thanks for reading my review.

Luckily the food was good because the customer service was absolutely terrible. Dora is who helped us, she had a nasty attitude the whole time and sold us a coffee knowing they were all out. There was also a child hanging out in the back, I am assuming he belonged to one of the workers. Please provide Dora with additional training on how to treat paying customers, having an attitude at 9 am is just not it.

TBH I was blown away by the service I had today. I got there at 12:10pm for lunch. Sign on the door says theyre closing at 1pm. Weird. Ordered tapatios and she asked if it was here or to go. When I said for here, she very visibly grimaced. Half of the chairs in the dining area were already put up on tables. I like Julios food despite it becoming increasingly expensive. But I can spend my $14 on single meal at someplace that isnt going to be rude to my face. If they dont want to serve lunch at LUNCH TIME then dont serve it.

I came here on a Tuesday around 830am after someone recommended I try it out. I got the breakfast burritos, the chorizo and egg and the sausage and egg. I went through the drive thru, there were 3 cars in front of me and from ordering to food I spent about 5 minutes in line. When I got to the window the smell was amazing and I got my food very quick. The food and hot sauce were delicious and the portions were very generous. My only complaint is they charge extra for more than 1 sauce packet per burrito and any extra is 25 cents a pack. My next visit will probably be for lunch.

I work in customer service and to wait 10 minutes not to be acknowledged, and not even a hello. Two workers were in front of us, one barking orders to the other and the other frustrated to be there..The food smelt great, and unfortunately I had to explain to my 4 year old why we were leaving empty handed. I immediately called the manager Lydia and she said they were checking the cameras. They never called me back, offered a discount. She just said they only speak Spanish but so do I, but they never tried. Unacceptable. Most restaurants in San angelo have a policy if the customer walks out so does the employee that causes them to do so . Unacceptable

My family and I visited this location this morning. We were not acknowledged when we walked in. There was only one person sitting in the restaurant so they were not busy. We walk up to the counter and two employees were there, we were never acknowledged. One was prepping food for the drive thru and the other one was just standing there watching her. They both had apparent sour attitudes toward each other. We waited for 10 minutes and no one offered to help us. We finally walked out. We only chose this location because it was closer to our house and my husband had to be at work soon. So the only thing we got out of this was that my husband went to work hungry! They lack customer service! If you do not like your job please go somewhere else because your attitude is the first thing people see and experience!! The only reason i am giving this place a star is because it is the lowest rating I could give.
